Pretty good grocery. Management is on top of things, always clean, some of the employees could use a vacation cause they ain't happy about being there, but it's a good country grocery. Fresh seafood, very good deli. Great cakes and pie. Will get five stars if they have peppermint ice cream again this year.

The store is big, with lots of departments, products look fresh, shelves are full. Seems everything is OK.BUT, my experience was ruined by the cashier. It was 8 o'clock in the morning, and only one cashier was working at the time, which is reasonable because it was not peak hour. When we came to her, she just said that she was not working and closed the register. I do not know, was it because of our full cart or color of my husband's skin. We went on self registration, and at the same time, there came a lady with a couple of items, and the cashier kindly offered her to come on register. We felt very unpleasant after that visit.

I usually shop during the late evening, the stockers are always very nice and helpful with locating what I'm looking for. All the cashiers are also very helpful, I can't remember the cashier's name but he is very tall, I try to go to his line almost every visit because he is very sweet and understands not to overfill my bags when I ask. I'm also very pleased with the food lion to go but they do make my bags very heavy even though I've asked them not to many times.

Gone to sh!t current management seems to not care the only good thing is the produce area which is freshly stocked and in the best conditions everyday. The fried chicken is also excellent. But thats really about it .shelves are usually bare , lines are always long and except for a few friendly faces id say shop at kroger. its unfortunately better than the store at the point but not by much.

It's OK. I've been living in VA for two years now and I still miss the available variety and freshness of CA supermarkets. I'm not interested in FL's carbo- loaded and sugar saturated bakery products. I can't find grass fed meats. Hard to find coffee beans instead of ground coffee. So, again, it's OK.

Just like most other Food Lions you may have been in. Stick to the outer edges of the store unless you wanna buy some junk. Booze is on the left as you go in. That's usually what I'm stopping in for. Pretty good selection.

It's a well planned store with some unexpected features from your typical Food Lion. I especially enjoyed the sushi guy making rolls in the deli. Nice touch.

Great employees and prices are reasonable. From the manager to the staff. Are greet you and are willing to help you in any way. They are actually better stocked in pet supplies than Walmart. I try to shop there first before I go to walmart

The store is very clean...The staff very friendly helpful if you can't find something and the cashiers are always very nice...Would like to see more cash registers open during peak evening hours...All in all a great shopping experience...

One of my favorite Food Lions to shop ... Very rarely do I have to wait long to be checked out ... Have had only pleasant encounters with all the employees ... Love that there are HAND WIPE STATIONS as you enter both Entrances ... Very rarely have I had to get a basket from outside ... Very rarely have they been out of stock on what I need ... Bathrooms are way in the back of the store to the left side past dairy and egg cases ... Lots of parking too ... Sis and I are only ones wearing masks anymore ... Bee safe ... Bee kind ...

Are you going to not have a ATM That's as crazy to me You're right across from the hospital too it's not like you're in a bad neighborhood or anything or you might get your ATM snatched is like why do you not have that outside of that is a good place that just blows me away like I went in there to just pull some money out which they make money off the transaction fee and she's like well we don't have an ATM but you can buy something I'm not doing all that and it's probably cheaper but it's the process of having to like go pick something out and it's not the employee's employees are great if that's a stupid thing that food Lion's doing apparently

Food Lion has the best produce of any store in my area, the local farmer's market notwithstanding. Lately, I have not been able to find their store brand diet orange soda. Overall, good products and helpful staff.

I absolutely adore the new and improved Food Lion. There is no long crazy lines at check out and it comes with energetic friendly help. The store itself is so clean and organized. The bathrooms are extremely clean and very nicely maintained. A lady was stocking and rotating the fabulous selection of meats and the produce gentleman is always so kind and helpful. The deli is a restaurant in a store with a staff that helpful and knowledgeable. Today was my 1st time to partake in the wings and soup bar and instantly fell in love.There is nothing about this store that I could give any negatively to, not even constructive criticism. This Food Lion is always the most recommended place of any business that I visit.This is what I refer to good old fashioned quality service. Amazing group of people.

This store has completely gone down hill in the last year. Produce is either bad or put out entirely too early. Customer service is a big 0. The red headed little girl working as a cashier needs a big attitude adjustment and needs to take a few customer service classes. Every-time I go in she is hellaciously rude to me or another customer. She has gotten defensive towards me and acted as if she is going to come at me. I refuse to go through her line. I’ve worked in customer service for 15+ years, I am completely astonished on how rude this girl really is…. And what’s worse, they let her get away with it. It’s unacceptable. We have been coming to this store for years and will not be going back because of her.

Staff is very friendly. Everything has a clean appearance. If an item is not stocked or out, They will order it. You can also make requests for items if not stocked in the store. I enjoy shopping here after work.

The Store was just like any other Food Lion. Nothing extra or that stood out to me. Just a little constructive advice, the cashier's could be more helpful when a customer wants to know if they sell a particular item. Their customers were more open and friendly. But that's all I see going on here so far.

The checker was finishing a large cart. We were curtly informed by the checker that he was changing back to an Express line. The Express light was not on. We had a small cart so I counted and we had 14 items so we stayed in line. He seemed a little irritated that we stayed. There were 4 lanes open one of which was an Express lane open next to his and there were no lines to warrant a 2nd check out Express. Also the lady that checked out in front of us had 2 LG Turkeys. She struggled to get them into her cart. He didn't make any attempt to help her. Maybe a reminder to your staff regarding customer service.

I am from New York and every time I venture down south I always try and go to Food Lion not are prices decent people are just nicer that work there compared to the people who work in New York grocery stores.

Went in Food Lion to pick up 3 jugs of water, a 6 - pack of 23.7 fl.oz. water, and 3 candy bars. After my Shop and Earn Rewards kicked in, I only paid $1.67 total for all of these things. I love reward points/dollars. If you haven't signed up for Food Lion MVP rewards, you need to. Scan your card (or enter your phone number) for every item you purchase so those reward points can add up and you can get the savings.

Excellent young man greeted me as entered most enthusiastically. Pleasant experience, free samples, found what needed, short line. Same young friendly man helpful cheery as waiting after work, yet still helping. Ran out after to give me a product not put in my bag. Yet he was not working. He definitely madey day better.

This store is terrible. They suck at keeping things stocked, produce is always rotten, prices are two to three times what Walmart is charging for a better product, the employees are rude and smoke out in front of the store and are unhelpful. I hope they go out of business. Every time my husband for some stupid reason stops here to pick up food we end up having to toss half because it’s rotten. Just came home with a $60 bill and I had to throw away almost everything he got and looking at the receipt it’s almost 3 times the price of Walmart

Many customers and some store employees were not wearing masks and of the store employees some only were covering their mouth-not the nose.In the past the store employees have all worn the masks and we felt comfortable going there, not so much after today. Guess we'll shop somewhere else next time

This Food Lion is absolutely awesome! I have been a customer for 15 years. Always very clean, employees are the BEST I have never had a run in with a rude employee there. We live in the pretty good size county but they are always so personable and while shopping and checking out they talk to you like family. My oldest daughter who is now 10 but about 8 yes ago she was called the Food Lion baby. There was a manager Jill that my daughter adored she couldn't leave without hugs she ran to give her hugs and Jill had her emergency call bell in her pocket my daughter set it off somehow police, fire dept and EMS came all we could do is say sorry the food lion baby hit it on accident. So keep it up you guys! Don't ever change.....

Prices are outrageous in meats anymore, that is when it is stocked! I shop there often as it is closest to my home but when I go in there alot now, meat, ALOT of frozen items; entrees, pizzas, corn dogs and snacks of the like, veggies, sides, frozen chicken nuggets/tenders, are often bare in those sections. More often than not it is like that in the produce section. Just not as bad and not as often. Chips and cookies aisles can get like that esp when sales are going on. Its like I cant ever get there fast enough to get even the minimal that I need to get for my family.
