Our experience was great! The atmosphere is fun and the bar is quite large. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and there is a lot of it. It was our first time there and it was a little overwhelming, you may want to look the menu up before you go. The menu is extensive. Also, you order first and then it’s brought to you, so there’s no real waitstaff. You get your own drinks, sides, etc. Overall it was a great experience!

Delicious food and great atmosphere! I got the Kali and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! They have cocktails from YROC on tap, so I got to enjoy my usual blueberry lemon crush.

We have given it 4 attempts before reviewing. I want to like it because it’s a really cool atmosphere. We have dined in twice and take out twice. The fountain soda is good. We’ve tried the poke bowls and did not like them at at all. Tried the sandwiches and they were average and tonight we got the Cobb salad and the northern lights. The grilled chicken was burnt and couldn’t get through the chicken salad sub. We tried the macaroni salad and it was mush. We love Yroc and from what I understand it’s the same owners. We wanted to love Dukes but after tonight I can’t. The staff is always super friendly

So we heard mixed reviews, but my mom swore by their French dip, so we picked up an order to go last night and wow! We love YROC, so we should’ve known this place wouldn’t disappoint. The setup inside is so much nicer than we would’ve thought, next time we will totally dine in. Wish we would’ve known last night because they had the playoffs on and it’s a nice modern bar type atmosphere. Plus the French dip was by far the best I’ve ever had! The quality of roast beef was what I’ve been looking for, for so long. I don’t know if it’s just me but the quality of meat and food has drastically decreased in our area at most establishments. More like than not, we are not happy with what we receive for money we spend. Thankfully, Duke’s Deli did not leave us feeling like that on my birthday yesterday! Thanks you guys are amazing! Dank bites are hitting, but if you don’t like spicy, hold the jalapeños.Vegetarian options: So many different ways you could create veggie optionKid-friendliness: Totally a place that you could bring kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Nice and open to love around!

Sat at the bar for dinner. Super good pizza bites app (I am hoping to replicate at home!) and really great Cobb Salad. Poke bowls looked good too! It’s a bit confusing when you walk in. We went right to the bar but for dining tables you order at counter & food is brought out semi to go style. That worked for us to easily take leftovers back to our hotel!

I am new to the area and stumbled onto this place awhile back , very happy that I did ! If I want a cold craft beer , a good sandwich and catch the game this is my go to now ! They can get quite busy at Prime Time and like most places these days seem a little short handed at times during a big rush , so have your patience if the place is busy . My food and service has always been good and we like the clean , modern environment that's not all dated and smokey ! I have now dined here now some 20+ times and try and go weekly . This area is VERY lucky to have this place. FYI- My go to on the menu is the "Cheba" sort of a panni hot toasty diced chicken yummy sandwich thang ! Their sister restaurant at the York River Yacht Club also offers some very good food ! I might add that like most any restaurant for the best experience DINE IN , then maybe after you find your fav on the menu try take out / delivery . Also If you do not know what something is , how it is prepared like a "poke" bowl - - - ASK ! that way you will not be surprised or disappointed. We have found the staff very helpful & friendly on every visit !

I understand that food costs are up and my order was a to-go order, but for $10 I expect a place that calls their hot dogs 'Dawgs' to church it up a little with some wax paper on the bottom of the box...maybe a toothpick with a little tiki flag.The chili was pretty good.

This has become our new favorite sandwich shop! The food is fantastic! Always fresh! Sandwiches are stacked!! Huge!! As I'm not a big beer fan, I love that they offer a full bar! Poke bowls are also nice sized and fresh!This is sandwich style restaurant. Chips, no fries. Order at counter and they’ll bring it to you, but no further wait service at tables, which is fine for this style restaurant!

My husband and I went for lunch and it was amazing! I highly recommend the YROC poke bowl. It was delicious and perfectly balanced. My husband got the smoked brisket sandwich and it looked fantastic! We will definitely be making it a regular spot!

Great, upbeat atmosphere and excellent food. The young employees were super. Wasn't the cheapest place around, but, what the heck is low priced anymore. A suggestion. I know they sell bags of chips, but I think for the price they charge for their sandwiches they could include a few with it in the basket. Would even make a better presentation of the sandwich in my opinion. A+

I must sadly revise my review to be three stars. I recently got a poke bowl that had rice completely overdone and was the texture of chewing gum. While the other aspects of my bowl were good, the rice comprises over half of the bowl. My wife's Italian sandwich was also reportedly mediocre.

Was just there for the 1st time. I ordered a Poke bowl. It sounded good with Tuna on it. Although I had no idea "poke" meant raw. The menu also didn't say it was going to be raw. Otherwise I would've ordered something different. When we mentioned it to waiter he took it back. A few minutes later he came back to say the manager said since it wasn't made wrong I would need to pay for what I wanted to replace it with. I can understand this but I also think if you are serving something raw it should be stated on menu for the ones who don't know what "poke" means. So I paid $15 for poke then forked up $11 for a salad instead. Will not return.

Got the Poke Bowl. Poke was delicious with a large portion, and fresh ingredients enough food for the day. Staff was friendly and quick. Food was fast, less than 10 min for me. Ordered to go but decided to stay. Chill atmosphere is you want to sit down and have a drink with your food. I'll be back.

So I have ordered from here three times. I have only got to taste one time the food I actually ordered. That was in person. My last two I ordered for delivery and unfortunately both times two of us did not get what we ordered and we could not eat it. I love Yrock but I just can't seem to have luck with Dukes :(

If I could leave no stars I would. Short staffed and all of our order was wrong. Talk to a manger the next day said he would give a refund and to come back up anytime. Well go back up there and the person working as no clue about said refund and that Manager was off so there was nothing he could do. This person calls the OWNER and the owner tells him there’s nothing to be done offer a free sandwich. I’m mind blown. Been back up 3 times and yet to get a refund. Left a review on their Facebook page but I was blocked and the review has disappeared. So if you wonder why they have good ratings it’s only because they block the bad ones. Do not eat here horrible!
