Very poor customer service, I called to ask a few questions about what kinda items they buy or sell. One of there employees was nothing but rude and annoyed with me, cut me off and hung up the phone . I have tried offering very profitable items and they decline just about everything so if you have any high quality items, don't even ask. Unless you have a gun, Xbox or jewelery. Which is frustrating to say the least. But rude service isn't worth none of the junk they have. But junk is what they will take. I have been a customer of there's for a few months but now they have one less....Sir, I never said anything at all about a "Gucci purse"for 1. I asked you specifically if you take "Gucci products". Which btw was only 1 item out of the six I had questions about. I had a gun to sell, I had a bow, I had an electric hover board, I had a lap top, ect. Now, please don't fabricate the topic sir. I never cussed AT you sir, I may have used very minor profanity, due to how surprised I was that y'all didn't take Gucci, being that it was a 1200 dollar item. You could of gotten a nice deal on? But I use Minor profanity in my every day vocabulary just like every one does. But It was very poor customer service. I had a lot of quality items that you could of gotten for a bargain. but you hung up on me because you got impatient with my opinions on the matter! Sir the customer is always right. Now if your someone who doesn't tolerate any" specific language " when dealing with a customer then perhaps give the phone to someone who can help me. But hanging up doesn't solve anything for no one. I did Not Direct any profanity at you whatsoever, nor did I insult or antagonize anyone by any means. I understand that profanity isn't a necessary choice of vocabulary when talking business. so on my part, I could of chosen a different way to approach my sentences,an I apologize. But what it comes down to is that communication is KEY! When dealing with the inconveniences of dealing with customers sir. I never ment to offend anyone but the reason I posted this review is how offended I was from you hanging up on me. The Gucci item was irrelevant, I had quite a few items to sell but I never made it past item 1 before you cut me off. I apologize for the inconveniences, this could of and should of been handled differently on both sides ok. Have wonderful night and God bless you.

Great place to come look at electronics. The folks who work here are kind and they're dog, Sophie, I believe her name is, is always a pleasure to visit with. Definitely my favorite pawn shop in the Gloucester area!

Tried to low-ball me on two items I paid good money for. Wouldn't accept a drawing tablet that I've barely used. Tried to pay me 15$ for a Nintendo 3DS that is worth 176$. Not worth it. I won't be back ever.

Went there to pay my geico bill. Three days later the transaction is incomplete. The hideous owner resmbels shreck/Gilbert Godfried. I challenged her to stand behind their billpay service and provide an explanation. She hung up on me without any assistance. Very poorly operated pawn shop. I will NEVER spend a penny in that establishment. They treat customers like sewage.

Greatest Pawn shop in Gloucester Period they are sweet , amazing , and knowledgeable Always willing to help my family out when are in need Gail let me Pawn a ring that she really didn't have to just help me when my family and I were in a tight situation and Kevin is Awesome they had a Parker Guitar there I obsessed over for maybe a year and a half I finally was able to have all myself lol at a great price ...
