Went to this place for the first time the other day and the owner was the man behind the counter. Not only was he beyond pleasant and welcoming but he actually knew about his products. Pretty cool to find a vape shop with knowledgeable people working there. Also, the product selection is phenomenal. Definitely worth checking this one out.

This has been my go to shop, ever since I moved from CA in 2015. They have never let me down. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My guy is Victor! Victor is very knowledgeable and will not just sell you something to take your money. He will tell you if it's right for you and go out of his way to get you exactly what you request. I now live in New Kent County and still make the 30+ min drive for my vaping needs.

Update: I still shop here because the service continues to be top notch! If they don't have it, they'll find it and get it as soon as they can. They will personalize service with a quick text too! Thanks Sam!I loved my sales rep for two reasons. First, she was attentive to several customers, talking on her headset, selling juice, finding me a glass, selling orhers juice and a couple of juices to my daughter. Secondly, she showed me that they were pet friendly by allowing a big Pitt mix to join the crowd!

Vaping is my hobby and I’ve learned all I know from the amazingly knowledgeable people who work here! Jacob and Kelly are both so outstanding, knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and warm! They have the BEST customer service skills, ever, and they know EVERYTHING there is to know about vaping! Best prices I’ve found, and even more than that is their willingness to teach me about various products, features, how to use everything, and answer all of my questions. I’ve been coming here for over a year, and have now bought several different types of vape devices (more involved, more simple and small,) and no matter the price point of what I’m buying - or even when I’m not buying anything - all of the staff is ALWAYS willing and able to guide me through the setup process and how to change filters or refill, etc. They’ll spend however much time with me that I need to understand how to use everything! Great prices, great value and great service/people!!!This is the only place I go for vape supplies since I’ve moved to Richmond a little over 3 years ago.The prices are right on mark for the products and devices offered. With loyalty discounts and veteran discounts the prices become GREAT.But to be honest the real reason I shot only here for my vaping supplies and juices is the customer service and the people.

Great selection of mods and juice. The employee made the experience uncomfortable. I understand the need for social distancing and preventative measures, but she I felt treated as if I were actively infected even with proper PPE.Perhaps a splash guard and actually wearing the mask that was on the counter rather than alienating customers would be a better option. I’m sure it’s just the times, but she should work on her delivery. Asking me to step back repeatedly where she didn’t ask the other two customers.If your experience is better, then this would be a great spot with a decent selection.

Went there for the first time, as a first time "vaper", and couldn't have been happier. The people treated me with respect, were patient, understanding and helpful for a first time customer. It’s a tobacco shop that sells cigars and has humidifiers. Get this: the woman behind the counter didn’t know what matches were. I had to show her a video of a match being lit. And they don’t have them. A cigar shop that doesn’t have matches. Nuff said.
