Dropped off at 5pm and was ready at 10am the next day. Speed of service, cleanliness of location and getting a text update sets them apart from other dry cleaners. Only negative was the cost as it was double what I pay at my other cleaners.

Brought jacket in to re-hem both sleeve cuffs and repair a hole.Fixed the hole, but ignored the hems.At least they did not charge for the hole repair. Will take elsewhere to get hems done.

I am an occasional customer, as I launder my own clothes. However, I never feel bad when it's time to have my dry cleaning done. I know I am going to be met with friendly faces and excellent service at Puritan! They recently cleaned my old leather coat, and it's as good as new. Pristine cleaning job! And incredibly kind staff! Done in 24 hours, which was standard not requested. Just on the pricey side. I’m from out of town and my normal dry cleaner is around $14 for two satin dresses. Got charged $38 for two satin dresses, which feels like a lot. They send clothes off site to be cleaned so factoring turnaround time, travel off and back on site, and good cleaning job I get it I guess.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I needed to get several suits cleaned and heard by word of mouth that they do a great job here. I was not disappointed. The quality was great, I had several dark spots on one jacket and it looked brand new when I got it back. And I swear my black suit looked better than when I bought it. Service was friendly and professional, clothes were done early and I got a text and email when they were ready. They even sent me home with a handwritten thank you note which I thought was a nice touch. Glad to have a top quality cleaners so close to home.

Have discontinued my patronage. Starting charging full cleaning price for press only items. Ripoff!! Since retirement, my wife washes a lot of golf stuff. Puritan charging same price to press item as to do extra steps of cleaning in perc. Do no use them anymore unless 1 day emergency. Prices are high enough.

Why did you ask for my contact info? I emailed you twice and received no response.UPDATE: In response to your answer below. There is nothing wrong with the young lady and her training. She only had one hour for lunch and there was no one else there to back her up. She was actually very professional dealing with an upset customer. There should either be a sign up saying closed for a specific time on Saturday or there should be another person there to fill the gap. I sure hope you didn't discipline or fire her. Actually, you probably should give her a raise.I'll be happy to send you my contact information later today.ORIGINAL POST:Absolute worst experience ever. Every week, I would get a text from them saying that the charge on my card did not go through. Every Saturday I would have to go down and have them re-enter the same card information ... again. Every time they would tell me that the one on file was the old card and that they would fix it. This happened about 4 weekends in a row. I am outside the store right now. It is Saturday morning. There's a sign that says we'll be right back, at CVS next door. I've seen this sign here before. Finally, after 30 minutes, a young lady showed up. I was quite angry. She then explained to me that was her lunch hour and they had no one to back her up while she grabbed her lunch. Of course I was upset with her but it's not her fault. Completely unprofessional of the company. They had four or five customers come by and leave while the store was closed. I really don't need my Saturdays wasted by coming up here and repeating the same task over and over and over. Unbelievable. I don't know why, but I'm giving them one last chance and hopefully they don't screw my card up again and I have to go down there and fix the problem.Service: Delivery
