After looking at my dog for a day. She wasn't brushed and her hair not trimmed around her feet. She never had a problem with her feet and now she does. Something took place at the grooming session. Her nails don't look nice and her private area not trimmed. This is unacceptable! Her tail doesn't look brushed. What a horrible grooming! Will never recommend this Petco!

It was a horrible experience with Petco groomer, I had requested for a haircut, bath and summer package for $104 approx. The groomer called after two hours to tell the puppy’s hair is matted on legs and chest, therefore she couldn’t cut his hair. She said I could take the puppy elsewhere and she will not charge me for the haircut and for the trouble, but when I came to take the puppy she charged me $86 for giving a bath, summer pkg and removing little hair around the eyes. Wonder why you would do a summer pkg without a proper haircut. I paid $86 for nothing and now I have to go elsewhere for a haircut and pay all over again. This was my first time at petco grooming and i will not do this again.

Terrible haircut and experience. Customer service classes needed. Dropped 7 pound dog dropped off at 12:30 to be groomed and picked at 4:45… Why get an appointment?

We took our dog since 10am and at 12:30 they called me to tell me that they couldn’t finish grooming my dog because he was getting very impatient, and very rudely told me this. We’ve never had a problem taking our dog to other places and normally if my dog would get impatient they would just put something around his mouth, but even the manager was rude here. I don’t recommend, for the sake of your pet, to come here.

All the groomers are wonderful and treat my dogs like family. Will, Stephanie and Rebecca have all been wonderful and I feel comfortable leaving my senior dog in their hands for grooming. Thank you for taking great care of our fur babies!

It was my dog's and my first time at a groomer, but the staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable about my dog's breed (corgi). He came out smelling incredible and looking so fresh! Very pleased with the service and result.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Will, at Short Pump, had to work with our new little dog who, at 6 years old, had never been professionally groomed before. He was patient and understanding and even helped us recognize what breed mix Digby is (cairn terrier).

I took for hair cut buy they shaved my dog and it took them 5 hours to do this job I booked the first appointment. It's not same dog I left there and he was very scared and thirsty when he came home he drank 2 bowls of water I would never take my dog back there.
