The employees are always helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of unique items that you probably couldn't find in a big box pet store. They also have bakery-style cookies that you buy individually. They are traditional flavors that dogs love that are coated in yogurt and decorated in the most wonderful ways! According to some of the employees, the ingredients are human-grade, that they've tried one, and they are tasty! These cookies alone are worth the trip and the money!

Went to utilize the self dog wash and had a great experience. Just $10 and they provide the shampoo selection, towels and dryer. There are steps for your pet to walk up to enter the tub. I have a German Shepherd so getting out of the tub to the narrow stairs was backward. At checkout I donated $5 to support war dogs and received a patriotic bandana for my dog and a $5 coupon to use in the store. The staff was attentive, informative and kind. Thanks Rachel for all your assistance.

Hands down my favorite pet store. I take my dog there to use the all-inclusive bathing station. Pet valu also sells some very durable toys that I haven’t found anywhere else.

I have been amazed at the customer service of this store! Whenever I need pet food they make sure I get it. They will even go to their other stores to find what I need. Then I just pick it up at their store. They did this even during the worst of times of the pandemic. I was terrified, I was running out of food for my parrots and dogs. I tried ordering online at the other pet stores, they were out of everything. They were of the attitude that they didn’t care that my pets would go hungry. All I got was...sorry. I had seen this store, but I hadn’t gone in yet. I was desperate, and decided to try them. I called and explained my dilemma. They assured me that they would find my food. They said if they couldn’t find it in stock in one of their stores, they would special order it with a rush on it. Well, they delivered on their promise! I will not waste my time with other stores, from now on this is my store! They are so kind, courteous, and you can count on them to help you. They are the best of the best!

Great place to get all your pet’s food and supplies! Also has 3 huge tubs and everything you need to wash and dry your pets for a great price! Also don’t forget that wonderful customer service!

Can't beat the self dog wash so I don't mess up my bathroom. Shampoo products included in the price to use. Everyone was helpful and polite.

Our Golden loves the bath station and its a one stop shop. Purchase Blue dog food after bath time on the way out. Friendly staff.
