Very clean and organized store. Everything is clearly labeled and was able to shop comfortably. There was only 1 register with a long line, but after about 5 minutes, another cashier opened up so no big deal. Great store and location!

This location has a fierce selection of products. Each aisle is neat and has the proper width allowing for comfortable cart passing. The cashiers are nice, I don’t need a fake conversation just an efficient check out process. I would love to know more about the origin of the name “Food Lion”. It’s a bold and wild name for a grocery store…but it works!

I love shopping later in the evening. Short list, but still in and out without any delays. Saturday morning is another good time to catch deals on meats. Tonight 11/3 I had THE BEST hands down experience with a cashier. So genuine. This is why I shop there.

This food lion got no customer service and manager are also poorly manage issues, they don’t fix the issue and wasting your time.Last 20 years I am shopping at this place and are price difference on what is on display vs what comes on receipt. Today I took picture and show it to cashier and manager as well. It is like several items don’t match price. I observe it every time but today I took picture to show. They did not fix the problem but started arguing with me. This is almost every week o see price difference and I believe this place is not trust worthy. Cashier tells me that I need to go to manager and they will do price adjustments. Today manager started walking away and when I asked madam where are you taking me, she asked me do you want price difference then come and don’t ask questions. Seriously? I just left as I spent my valuable time and wasted extra money. I will not shop here again. Avoid this place - there are better options around

The service at this food lion was great, and the employees were really helpful. My cashier was Zoe, who was very focused and patient when ringing up my order, even though I had some coupons, which caused some sort of issue with system. She manually input each coupon, and didn’t get impatient like some other cashiers I’ve had to deal with. All in all, this is a great location and I may start to stop by more.

My mother in Law cashed a lottery sheet in at this location in the afternoon of 10/8/2022. A cashier named Taylor helped with the transaction. Upon receiving the money and going to deposit it into my bank, the atm kept rejecting one of the two $100 bills. So my girlfriend and I called back and spoke with Taylor once again. Taylor apologize and stated she had just got in for the 5pm shift and failed to check her drawers before pulling any cash out. Taylor told us to come back the morning of 10/9/2022 and that she would leave a note for management. No note was left and the store manager, nor customer service would return my money. Stating that it was not note and they didn’t have a way to prove that the bill came from their store. Mind you, she used the pen to verify the bill several times but would not simply exchange the money that was owed to me. Now I am simply stuck with a bill that my bank will not accept. And the money was given to us by the cashier at this location.

Food Lion is my favorite local grocery store. They offer competitive pricing and good discounts. It is great that you can send or receive money through the Western Union money transfer service.

Very clean inside and parking lot was clean outside. Store was brightly lit. One of the largest wine and beer sections I've ever seen in a Food Lion. A big criticism is that my cashier was not wearing her mask over her nose AND her mouth.

Lately the prices are higher than Walmart why would I pay $7 for a dozen eggs and Walmart have it 4... And always remember to check your dates on everything they don't mind selling stuff that's been expired for over a year!!!

This is a nice medium size supermarket. It is complete with a deli counter and bakery area. The fruits and vegetables are kept fresh and well stocked. The meat selection is also fairly good. Prices are fair, but not cheap. The employees have always been courteous and attentive. I go here frequently and content to continue to come back.

Very good shop, maintained so hygiene. Carts are neat and clean, stuff is very well organized. Good staff. You may not see wide varieties but almost everything you need for daily stuff is available. I personally and my family loves this shop.

Today is a miracle to me, which inspired me to give my appreciation by writing this:(1) This morning I felt upset for I saw they had no ice cream at all and the worker replied for they have to clean up all the expired ones.(2) Then later I realized I lost my iPhone. I could not locate it just to check around evening with the manager in Food Lion.A great news is they kept my iphone left on the cart, and I feel their integrity showed beyond my expectation. I will come back more often to visit this store, which works hard to keep healthy and honesty business around the neighbor.

The cleanest, best organized Food Lion I have ever been inside. Everything was immaculate and every aisle and section were well-stocked and organized. Outside is a Red Box and inside is everything you expect to find at a grocery store, though this location is not as large as a Kroger or the like. I'm an Aldi man, so I find the prices a bit higher here than I like paying, but this location is very convenient if you're in the Twin Hickory area.

I recently went to buy a cake and asked if they could write “Happy Birthday” on it. When they gave it back to me it looked like a 5 year old scribbled on it. It even took them more than 5 minutes to write it. Why offer the service if it can’t even be done correctly. Very disappointed.

Shopping here is strange and unpleasant. It's difficult to find someone to help me. The manager, I believe her name is Venus, is really curt and honestly somewhat rude. Switched to the Publix across the street.

5 stars to this food lion because I got lost during my shopping and the employee i asked, which was Zoe, was patient with me and directed me to everything I needed for my wife's shopping list. She also rung me up and was very polite and nice to me. I had a lot of gift cards for small amounts but Zoe was very patient and manually input each gift card. I cannot wait to come shop here again!

Used to travel all the way to Ashland to pick up groceries. Never had an issue with this location and they always followed Covid protocol. Thought I'd give this location a try; much closer to home. I've used this location twice and I've had no issues. Associates are very friendly, kind, and care about how they handle your groceries. And too, they follow their stores Covid policy. This means a lot to me. I will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work!
