I passed this location so many times. As fate would have it I couldn’t get into my regular groomer. I was able to get into Apple Dog and what a gem! Very professional and my pup looks awesome. I have a new groomer ❤️

Super annoyed! I had a reservation today and I had spoken to a male employee last week who confirmed for me 12-12:30 drop-off. I wrote it on the calendar while on the phone bc last time I forgot. I arrived today at 12 to drop-off and was informed that my reservation had been cancelled bc I was supposed to drop-off in the morning. Interaction was not apologetic, no one called me this morning to see where we were. When I tried to explain that I was told 12 on the phone I was met with a rude wall. I’m done with this place. The groomer I had worked with had done a pretty good job in the past (besides cutting one of my dogs nails so bad he bled for 3 days after) but I will not stick it out after this interaction. Customer service is important to me. If you don’t treat the owners right, what are you doing with the dogs who can’t talk and tell you what happened!…

I brought my dog here in July after hearing great reviews from a dog park friend. I brought my pup in for an afternoon, and he was exhausted after! So, I decided to board him while I was on vacation for 3 nights and 4 days. When I picked him up the front desk worker gave me back his dog bag and said "Uhm his blanket and toy smell really bad." After I got home, I took out his dog blanket and toy, and it REEKED of urine and was STILL WET. I had to wash the blanket and toy 5 times before ultimately throwing it away. I also noticed they took my whole bag of calming treats I packed for my pup to use during thunderstorms. I know they keep the dogs in crates at night so it made me think that my dog was sleeping in his pee for multiple nights with how badly this blanket smelt. I thought the whole interaction with the front desk person was completely unprofessional and I will not be bringing my dog back here again.

This place is absolutely amazing! We take both of our dogs here and they both get so excited when we tell them they are "going to school." The staff is incredibly friendly and caring about your pets -- they really get to know them and their personalities, so it gives you comfort knowing your pets are being well taken care of while they are away. I could not recommend this place more!

Apple Dog Daycare is amazing! The staff adore my tiny dog (I think she may be the smallest one there) and it's helping her to be a little more social and less skittish around dogs and people that are bigger than her (which is pretty much all of them 😂).

Our dogs have been going to Apple Dog Daycare for boarding for several years now. We have yet to have an “off” experience. The dogs have a big yard with shade to run and play and they have separate areas for dogs who just want to be near others but not interact. This is great for one of our dogs who isn’t super social.The people who work at Apple Dog are definitely dog people. They love them, understand them and take good care of them. Apple dog isn’t fancy. We tried one of the fancy ones and our dogs were boarded in a run for a week with little to no interaction (it’s extra $$ for outside the run time). Our dogs were pretty traumatized by that experience. Never again.Apple dog usually has a “suite” available so our two codependent dogs can be together. They don’t nickel and dime you for extra treatment and our dogs have a great time there with a predictable schedule, lots of social interaction and great care.

Love this place! Friendly people, lovable animals, and they do an excellent job grooming as well! I would highly recommended to anyone with a four legged furry friend who needs to leave town/ have doggy day care time.

We love Apple Dog! Our rescue dog is nervous about lots of things and he has always been VERY EXCITED to get out of the car at Apple Dog. They are kind and professional. The team makes sure that the dogs get all of the care that they need to be comfortable and have fun over their stay. If we lived closer we'd come in all the time for daycare. We highly recommend Apple Dog services!

Fresh Cut and Fresh Smell! I am not one to usually write reviews but I feel like a dog grooming place can be so hit or miss. So this is to help you guys out. This one was great. They got us in fast. They finished the job in 2 hours, and then housed him there until we finished our round of golf. It’s a daycare so he was in good hands. it smells like dog very strongly inside the building which got me scared but my dog came out smelling like a dream. the best dog scent i’ve come across. Solid job. They asked me how I wanted the cut and they got it right. I have a small 6lb dog so the total only came out to be $55 + tax. Our little guy will be going here again.

My dogs absolutely love it here! Every day that I pick them up they are exhausted for a full 24 hours after playing all day at Apple Dog! On top of the great care given to the dogs, the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and always giving me a recap of the day. I would highly suggest taking your pups here!

I've been boarding both of my puppies here for 7 months and I absolutely love the staff. They are absolutely amazing with my pups and very patient. My puppies love to come to daycare here as well. I highly recommend Apple Dog Daycare for both boarding and daycare.Angela Gibson

My dogs love to go to Apple Dog. They get so excited as soon as they see us preparing their things for their stay. The staff is awesome. One of our dogs recently passed away. We received a card from Kyle and his staff with such wonderful notes about our Molly. So glad we found Apple Dog.

Owners and staff are dog loving caring people. I know my pups are in the best of hands and company every time I drop them off. This trust allows me to enjoy my time out of town with no worries. That piece of mind is priceless. Highly recommended.

My dogs favorite place to get groomed. She is always beautiful when they get done with my Sandy. She is a standard poodle and the groomers really do a great job and she is always happy when we get there and when we leave. They treat her right.

I picked up my dog after a 3 day stay and because his paws were so swollen and red he could barely walk. The person I spoke to said it was because he had an allergic reaction to something in the grass. I don't understand why my dog had a reaction but the other dogs didn't. They also stated they gave him a bath the morning I picked him up. I had to give him a bath when I got home because apparently he had an "accident" in his kennel and he had poo all over his face, ears, and paws. I dropped my dogs off in the past here for a simple bath and haircut before and I've never had a problem with them until the 3 day stay. He is still unable to walk completely and one of his paws started to bleed this morning. I will definitely be taking him to the vet and seeing what this is all about.

My dog loves it here. He starts whining, and half barking when we are 1/3 of a mile away, once he realizes where we are going. When we pull into the parking lot, he barks non stop all the way inside and out the to the back yard, his body quivering with excitement. He comes home nice and tired, having had a blast. I also like the mid day break with a treat, they give the dogs.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, get to know your dogs personally and never annoyed at an abundance of questions or calls to check up on the dogs. The boys come home tuckered out and the staff is attentive enough that they call tell me about their day. Love love, will continue to use for the foreseeable future!!

I called on a Sunday and talked to Ritchie about daycare. He did great explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable bringing my furbaby to daycare. I brought my anxiety ridden furbaby to them for daycare a couple of days later. I've never brought her to daycare boarded her before. They talked me through the process, let me see where my baby was when they took her outside, explained how they were going to work her into the yard, etc. Kyle gave me a call mid-morning to let me know how she was doing, which I greatly appreciated! When I picked her up, they talked to me about how she did the last half of the day, put her Thunderleash on correctly and I was on my way. Everything went great and I my baby will be back for daycare soon! Thank you!

I found Apple dog on Google based on the reviews because didn't have a good experience with petsmart so I dropped my dog for grooming.Great customer service and great job on grooming our dog .Thank you Kyle

Make sure you're recording your calls. Not once but twice I was told a price and when it was time to pick up some how it magically became more expensive.Better communication between owner and employees is needed.
