Very high prices. The only grocery store in town. Outdated with a lot of lighting out and damaged floors and shelves. However the customer service is nice.

Good out of the way place. Seafood selection doesn't compare to Abingdon though. 90% of the people who work there are friendly. If your looking for regular cuts of meat then it's a good place

It's good to have a grocery store in saltville va. At the same time there is no competition. Many of the town people are elderly and cannot go out of town to shop. The prices are much higher due to no competition allowed to compete with them for business

I have been going here for more than 9 years. Be careful if you pay in cash. I was shorted $15 in change and they refused to make it right at the time and the next day.

The manager, John, speaks to every single customer as he walks through the Store and works like a sailor stocking and merchandising the display s.He does special orders for me sometimes if I need to make a Bulk purchase of a particular item.Food Cntry USA is my first choice for groceries and especially quick pick-up items.

Kind of rude manager I dealt with and they couldn't even cash a paycheck from a local business so I could shop in their overpriced store... So glad there's a Walmart not far away that will take my business.

I don't particular stop at food country.. but I used to live in that area...I didn't like stopping here because the staff were always rude to me... the prices are high.. the parking area is small everyone trying to beat someone to the spaces right on top of the store...

Overpriced. Staff can be rude, on the phone at times. Talking to other people (customers or co-workers) sometimes only acknowledging you to tell you your total.
