I love this store. Most of the staff knows what I want when I walk in. Plus, this store is one of 2 in the county that carry the brand that I prefer. Their discount card is great, you get spendbke points and rewards for purchases. Their MTO Kitchen has a variety of wonderful and delicious snack and meal options. If there is a Sheetz nearby when we travel, we always stop there. Highly recommended.

Usually when I order here it’s good, but nothing to brag about. However, I went by there today and ordered a sub. My service was excellent the man at the drive thru was very friendly. My sub was delicious, by far the best one I’ve had from a sheetz!

UPDATE: Sadly, this station/store continues to be heavily littered and an embarrassing mess for Galax.Ordered a cheeseburger and small fries order earlier today and carried out. The fries' order was quite undersized in quantity though the taste was good. But the burger? Awful. The meat tasted like it had been cooked hours ago, was not hot, not juicy, tasted like ground soybeans, the tomato slice could not have been cut any thinner, and the buns were very dry and quite tasteless. Truly crummy meal and waste of $8.67. This Sheetz has to greatly step up its game. BTW, the front of this store was nothing but trash and butts. Attention to detail is lacking by management.

Been stopping here every morning before work, it was pretty good, no complaints. But the job was over and today we left town and I stopped by and got a burrito while we filling up. I am no sitting in another hotel room vomiting and have other liquids coming out of my body. This has be reoccurring for the last 5 hours. I mean it may have just been my day, but this was the only thing I had eaten during my drive.All in all, still a good place, I just won't be getting food made to order again.

Yesterday night I went thru the drive thru and ordered some snacks with a friend. We get to the window to pay right. Well the lady who went to get them clearly already had an attitude because when she went to get our stuff she ripped a bag off the bag holder so hard I thought she was going to rip the whole thing off. So I was like ok… she clearly hated her job. Then the other girl who works there Amanda I read the name tag took our money and in the process of that she left the drive thru Window open and the women who went to collect our items we ordered comes back slings the bag on the counter and says “here’s all their crap” just like that.. I was like wow… after she noticed the window was open she then proceeds to play it off by singing Christmas songs like it was funny. I got a look at her name tag and her name was Stephanie. So whoever worked Thursday night named Stephanie definitely doesn’t need to run a register with her attitude. Nothing was funny.. and it wasn’t cute for a women who visibly was older than me to act like that to paying customers. In my five years of experience with customer service and fast food she really was a disappointment to this job. My experience was trash, just like her attitude. In my opinion if you don’t like your job or working in that environment find another job. Simple as that. Whenever I do decide to go back I will definitely remember her and show her the same disrespect I was showed.

Typical Sheetz. Spacious with outdoor seating. Clean. Easily accessible right off highway 58 at a lighted intersection. Very Friendly staff. Great coffee and smoothies. Different than some other Sheetz in that you can make your own ice cream bowl with toppings and they have a large cold Beer Cave.

App ordered for drive thru, and arrive to a closed drive thru. The presentation, old oil taste, hard bread, and 1 piece of turkey. Staff problem? If so, understandable. However quality of service and products shouldn’t be effected.

Very disappointed that the store now refuses to sale a cup of whipped cream for our Fur Baby's. We made a special trip with our puppy so she could get a "Pup Cup". We get frozen coffee, she gets her treat. We have done this several time and our dog gets so excited waiting in line with because she knows what we get at the drive thru window. This time we was told they are not allowed to do that anymore. Seems odd you can add whipped cream or extra whipped cream to you frozen drinks, but they want sell you a small cup of whipped cream. Will have to look to somewhere else for our frozen coffee and puppy treat.

The first few times I got my iced latte with extra espresso it was delicious. Now it seems everytime I order my drink it's literally just oatmilk and whipped cream. Somebody isn't putting in the espresso at all. You can see and taste the difference. To spend what my husband and I spend a week almost at least 5/6 days a week. And literally maybe twice a week its correct. A latte is supposed to already have a shot of espresso in it. Then I always order a second shot. But when my drink is given to me its literally oatmilk and ice thats it. Zero espresso

I’m not even mad about the 17 minute wait in the drive thru, (mind you for one sub, and tator tots.) The cashier apologized. I’m more so upset at how I order a simple sub with two things, Onions and Mayonnaise, and the sub is completely wrong. After an almost 20 minute wait, on a slow Sunday night the least I would expect is the correct order on a two item order.My total order was around $18, and it seems I could have spent my money elsewhere for correct products.

Sheetz is one of the best parts of this one horse town. You have a 24 hour deli and restaurant built right in with custom, made to order food. Cheap drinks, fun and unique snacks, and a friendly atmosphere. The establishment is clean and it's a breath of fresh air after a long day (or night) of traveling these desolate mountain roads.

1. The drive thru takes a little too long. I understand that it can be busy, however I still feel they take too long. One instance, there was a car in front of me with more people and more orders that would cause their order to take longer to make. The individuals in the drive thru should have told them to pull up and wait for their order since their order would take longer than those behind them.2. Someone I know told me that she saw a worker go out of the bathroom and that worker did not wash her hands. She may not have worked with food after that, however it is still not sanitary to come out of he bathroom without washing your hands, especially since workers will be around food and things handled by costumers.I will say I love Sheetz, however I really think they should work on these things so the experience for the costumers should be better and cleanlier. I do not mean to criticize too harshly, however Sheetz should have a higher standard in my opinion.

Typical Sheetz set up, it's usually pretty clean. Watch your beef jerky, I have found a few that were expired. Always has cold drinks on hand, and fresh food. I don't support their gas, it's not up to my vehicle's expectations.

Depending on location, each one is a different experience. Friendly staff (typically) I have had to wait for coffee to be made, since they were out, depends on time of day or night. Clean restrooms. If you get MTO the quality varies depending on store location. I've had good and really bad experiences, but I brought it to the Manager's attention and got offered a replacement. Sign up for the SHEETZ card and don't lose the large card, or you won't get 3 cents off per gallon.

The service, especially later in the evening is slacking off. I used to work there so I know how the food should be made. Just got a burrito, double meat, extra toppings, etc and the thing is tiny. Very disappointed when I got home. And if it's not that, they'll forget sauce. I don't know what's happened but they're aren't as good as they used to be.

Worst Sheetz experience ever at this store!! I went on wednesday and had an employee take my order 4 times and get it wrong each time. Then another employee put my food on the dirty counter. For some reason, I stopped there again today and waited 30 minutes at the drive thru for a large frozen coffee. I just received a phone call from a friend I visited in town, and her debit card has several Sheetz transactions, two of which are actually her orders. She doesn't know how the others got there, hopefully tomorrow it will be figured out. But from what the manager has told her, I doubt it.If it was possible to leave ZERO stars and a review, I would. You don't deserve this one.

Love sheetz in general. Don't use the drive thru if you're in a hurry. Usually try to stop on my way to work, but I never get through in under 10 minutes. Staff is super friendly and helpful, but it takes forever to get your order.

This place is constantly improving but food quality still lacks compared to other sheetz. They always package food incorrectly. Putting two premium hotdogs in the foil wrapping instead of boxes or individually wrapping. If I pay $4 for a hotdog I expect better.

The store is huge, they have 3 registers I think. For some reason though they only ever have one person running one of the registers even though they stay pretty busy even thought they have like 10 other staff ppl just standing around. When I do stop here (which I try not to if I can at all avoid it) it seems like everytime the wait in line takes 30mins just to pay for gas everytime iv went .Because not only is there one register open but the person running the register is always so dang slow cuz there usually talking nonstop to the other staff just standing around there .Their food is alright , some good , some not so much . One cool thing is you can customize your stuff , say you want a hashbrown on your biscuit you can definitely get it on there. They are open 24/7 which is helpful late at night on that side of galax .
