Friendly staff. It seems so simple but it is rather rare. This location does not portray the feeling that they hate their jobs. I typically patronize the other dollar store. But it seems Virginia has more Family Dollar stores. This Galax location was nice.

Good for dollar store stuff. Quick essentials, however, no room on the shelves and inventory is packed up on hand trucks in each isle. It's very hard to find what you came in for.

The Manager profiles customers when your just using the bathroom or buying a drink. She's unprofessional and uses what small authority Family Dollar entrusted her with to bully and talk people like trash. The store is dirty and unorganized

Caring staff..always goes above and beyond answering questions..you better hold on to the seasoned old school staff..just saying..you have a great brand obviously but why do you make it harder on them? Truck orders are generated on products sold..I get it..but wait for it..Items that were stolen..now you have over ordering..get it together with the corporate end and take care of your ground employees..smdh.
