I placed an online pickup order for an ear thermometer for my toddler. Waited several hours and never got an email saying my order was ready. Went to the store with my confirmation email and all they could say was they didn’t get any online orders today. So I offered to pay for another and cancel my order as long as I could get a price match for what I paid online. They refused and the manager never even had the decency to come talk to me about my order. The store was EMPTY NO CUSTOMERS by the way. She could only tell the cashier through the phone what to tell me. So needless to say, I will never be shopping here again. Had to go to Walmart on Black Friday to get the thermometer for my sick child!
