So I had to use door dash due to a car issue and needed things… they don’t honor the prices they advertise. Dasher wasn’t able to get the chair because the store wouldn’t allow. Even sent my mom into the store to show them the price it’s advertised as.

Visited for the first time at this location yesterday and was actually a little disappointed. I used to go to big lots alot as a kid in Florida and I always loved it because they had everything and anything but at this location, I felt there wasn't very much variety as there was when I was a kid. I guess things changed in 20+ years. Big lots online advertised Halloween stuff but this location I didn't see any.

I have always loved big lots. They have the cleanest store I've ever found. Great service and staff are helpful and nice.

Not the best experience. Inexperienced staff, not a discount store. He'll I can go to Walmart and get the same stuff cheaper or the same price.

You can always find an employee if you need help with anything they're very friendly very helpful and their prices are moderate
