Rejected my New Hampshire ID because it "looked fake." Didn't bother going through the verification process. What else am I meant to do when it's my only photo ID? Useless manager

We were there for vaccination. There was a long way and everyone is waiting in the same place. Only one person is working and the other employees don’t even answer questions. Even though I made an appointment, I waited for minutes. So what’s the point of an appointment? I’m sure I won’t choose this place again.

I dropped off a disposable camera two and a half weeks ago and it has not come back yet. I am eager to get my photos and the staff acts like I am annoying for calling about it. Walgreens clearly states photos will come back within 7-10 days and it’s been over two weeks. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied. Don’t get photos here.

I am an M.D. for over 25 years. This is one of very the worst pharmacies I dealt with. Their service is at best mediocre. Trying to renew my prescription is just a nightmare. To end this nightmare after three refills. I am calling my doctor to transfer all my prescriptions to a far more reliable pharmacy such as Giant pharmacy or CVS. in Gainesville.

Do not use this pharmacy for important medications. Called for a status, was told it would be ready in an hour only to arrive 2 hours later and be told they're out of stock. They then told me they would transfer it to another location only to call back later saying they couldn't. Not only did they have multiple opportunities to let me know they wouldn't be able to fill the prescription earlier in the day and chose not to, they just didn't care either. Can't tell what's worse, their ability to actually run a pharmacy, or their customer service.

Rudest cashiers ever!!!!! I went to a cashier who had no customers and was laughing and being silly, when I put my stuff on her scanner she looked at me with a serious tone and told me to go over there!! Do not go to this location, the Walgreens in Bristow is like10 x better.

The pharmacy prescribed and charged me for the wrong medication. I called to discuss and thought I was speaking with a 15 year old intern who ended up being a condescending doctor. He told me that the law will not allow medication to be returned and I get that. However, Walgreens mistake cost me another co-pay which they refused to wave. Worst was the attitude of someone who was trained to have the public best health interest in mind and could care less about it. ā€œIf you don’t pay me again, you won’t get the right medicine.ā€ He hung up on me because the conversation was too difficult. An apology off the bat would have been enough and instead he allowed it to decline to the point of losing a customer for good. On to CVS…For clarity, I do not dislike doctors; this one is in the wrong profession.

The service is horrible at this pharmacy. My insurance plan only allows my prescriptions to be filled by Walgreens and this one is the worst. I get a call from the pharmacy that my auto refill will be ready the next week and when I call the pharmacy says they have no record of the refill. When I place the refill order, I call back and they say they are working on it or there is a problem with the refill. I have been waiting 7 days for a refill that the pharmacy claimed there's a problem and the insurance company will not approve. I called the insurance company and they said that the pharmacy keeps trying to refill the prescription for 30 days vs the required 90 days. While I was on the phone with the insurance company, I call the pharmacy and was told that it's being rejected. I informed the person on the phone that I was on the phone with the insurance company and they say the instruction state it can only by filled for 90 days. The pharmacy put me on hold and then came back and said it went through. But they didn't have in stock and needed to order it. It's been 7 days and they are still working on it per their system. Ridiculous!!!

If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating..I would go negative infinity! I have gotten the same prescription filled on the same day +/- a day every month since 2013. Practically every month they don't have it in stock and I have to go a day or 2 without. Now a woman tells me I can not get new refill because it's to early(controlled substance) because I picked up last refill at 2:05 May 4th.. I said that's funny because I would have been at work at that time!! This place doesn't know their as$ from a hole in the ground and apparemtly I'm a slow learner for believing they finally could figure things out.. No more! Avoid this place like it has the plague!!!!

I walked-in to Walgreens yesterday late afternoon (2/26), at 5pm, to print out a few photos from my phone at the store’s Kiosk station, and I thought I had walked into a high school hallway after the bell rang.The store seemed fully staffed by a group of high schoolers that had no respect for the workplace.I needed help at the photo Kiosk, but I was unable to find anyone because they were all hanging out congregating at the front and back of the store.I had to get-up from the chair and ask the group if any of them worked in the photo department. Thankfully, a young man did come to assist me, but quickly left to go to the mailbox, which he asked if any of the two other employees wanted to go with him.I waited until the young man returned back to the store to asking if my prints were ready. When I did ask him, he acted like I was interrupting his day by being a customer there.I understand that good help is hard to find now a days, but an entire staff, is a higher-up problem. Let’s just say, I will not be patronizing that Walgreens location again.

The girls in the pharmacy are always friendly. I see them deal with patients on a regular basis who blame them for every issue that their insurance gives them. They maintain their professionalism and try their best to explain these issues so that the customer understands what is going on. Sad that people don’t understand that these girls are dealing with medicine and that a pharmacy is not a fast food restaurant, sometimes it does take extra time to make sure you that you are getting the right medicine and you don’t die.

Jill is the best pharmacy manager. She is definitely understaffed and does a phenomenal job along with the rest of the staff being great as well. I Tried CVS which I hate Rite Aid is okay but it only took one visit for me to meet Jill to know that I am going to use them for life. Thanks again for the great service.Matt

Customer service at this location is horrible the pharmacist’s are incredibly rude, steer away. Where are the good ole days that you are treated like a human being? Talking to a pharmacist about your health is so important, they should listen and help not make things worse!

The employees are very friendly and always helpful. Jill is always on top of things and one of the best pharmacist I've ever met. She and her staff really about their customers and their customer's health. If you're looking for a good drugstore, look no further!

I worked here for a few weeks and on my second actual shift there a manager, Anne, told me to take my skirt off, including saying to "take it off right now" while I was in the break room. I told her I was uncomfortable doing so and was sent home for the day, the following shift I told another manager, Amanda, what happened and she somehow didn't understand what was wrong with the other manager telling me to disrobe.

Have not seen any other pharmacy worse than this one. I have worked as a pharmacy technician before, and I can tell that this one is the worst. Their phone lines take forever to answer, never get the prescriptions on time, keeps the customer waiting for more than 10 minutes, the list is endless….

As others have stated the pharmacy dept is terrible, with everyone in the back they only have one person who seems to be working. I was told my perception would be ready at 12pm and like other have said i gave them ample time to get perception ready when i arrived at 2 to pick it up i was told they were still working on it. There were 5 pharmacist in the back not doing anything.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I used this place for the past 4 years because it was convient and used to have two of the best pharmacists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They’ve left because of poor management and have been replaced. ā€œCustomer Serviceā€ is a foreign word to the current crew. The final straw happened today. I dropped off my prescription with them 6 days ago and explained to the staff that I needed to have a prescription ready to go first thing this morning so my family could get on the road for Thanksgiving. When I show up to pick it up, they then inform me that there is an insurance issue and that I need to call my doctor to get prior authorization, which after speaking with my doctor, takes the insurance company 24-72 hours to approve. So now I have no medication and my families Thanksgiving is ruined because they’re to busy to pickup a phone and fix it. Guess what family? Your having Turkey TV dinners instead of grandmother’s, thanks to Walgreens.

Was told prescription would be ready at 2. Gave a wide margin of error and came to pick up medication at 5:30. Guess what? Not ready. Asked to wait an additional half hour. Pharmacy staff should be completed purged because the current staff is unreliable.

Today tried to fill a prescription because my normal Walgreens (rite aid converting to a Walgreens is closed) controlled meds. took on 28 day because I am moving tomorrow & all weekend + doctors office is closed on Thurs. & Fri. So can't do a new phar. Explained this to pharmacist told her I drove almost 40 mins to get there because I had business in the area today. She DID NOT CARE & REFUSED TO FILL IT WANTED ME TO WAIT 1 MORE DAY!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. SO I TOOK IT LITERALLY LESS THAN 3 MILES DOWN THE ROAD TO BRISTOW WALGREENS & the pharmacist had NO PROBLEM FILLING IT. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A -1000 RATING I WOULD. Terrible Walgreens no wonder your rating is so low

Worst Customer Service. The guy in the front was really helpful, But I bought the empty purfum roller so I returned it back. The Manager lady was rude for No" reason? That's why I don't shop at Walgreens. No one going to waste their time to go and return for no reason?!

Very displeased with the service at this location. It was my first time filling my prescription and I was promised that it would be ready for pick up and then once getting there much later in the day I was told that they wouldn’t have it until the next day. This is a pertinent medication and I could’ve sent it to a different location if I knew this ahead of time. It’s close to my home but I will be utilizing another location.

If you want a good pharmacy, go to Walgreens. They have the most personable employees and they care about you and your health. They have gone out of their way just to give me peace of mind and I am never going back to CVS.

I've used them for about 4 months with the Walgreen's text service to have my prescription ready to pickup. However every time I came in to pick it up I would have to wait a half hour or more for the tech to fill the bottle. So, I've moved my prescription to the Manassas location.

I don't think the store is bad. Their pharmacy is just understaffed and more often than not it reeks of Marijuana.
