I currently work at Harris teeter in the pizza department twice a week( every Monday and Tuesday) our pizzas always come in hot and fresh ready to serve to our valued customers! I do apologize in advance if we ever get extremely busy we try our best to get every customers order out in a timely manner! Our pizzas do taste absolutely delicious!

I love their sub deals on Fridays. We are in there all the time. My only complaint is that I wish they had the sushi deals more often. My kids like their pizza but it seems to be really salty to me.

Beautifully kept, fresh produce and well stocked shelves. The workers there appear to take interest in the welfare of the store and do their best to ensure the success of the store. Engaged workers and a manager who walks the store. Very nice. Everything rang up with no problem and I just really enjoyed the clean store. Great job!

I hate when loss prevention efforts ruin the customer's journeys... in this case, for my family and me. I'm not sure what about us said we are trying to steal everything and require helpfully unhelpful chaperones at every turn.We simply stopped for some essentials like the cast iron pan you see in the pics and the wine for my wife's coffee.I guess it's what I get for wearing my crocs in leisure mode. I was just celebrating Friday. I meant no alarm!

We had back to back very bad experience here, customer service person is really not willing to come out her little office to assist, and today we did a self check out and had an issue so we ask for help, and the girl looked at us in a very mean way , plus we ask if they had a large bag for an item we had and she replied in a nasty unpleasant tone !If they want keep their customers, management needs to step up !

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I never go out of my way to write negative reviews, but this store and some of the staff has been a let down ever since I bought my house over here. The self checkout staff is rude and assumes that you’re stealing every time you go there to checkout, some of the cashiers are extremely rude and have terrible attitudes towards customers just for existing, and for the money you spend at this store the food quality is not good (especially produce). I worked at a grocery store from the age of 16 all the way through college, and I always showed kindness and respect towards customers. I live walking distance from this store, but I will never give them my business ever again. The employees at this location need to be held accountable for how they treat customers, because they are so unprofessional.

I was in today for surprise flowers. Beneath the flower gallery sign, Zee approached first and asked if I needed help. She proceeded to help me in every way possible with so much care and kindness. ZEE is amazing and she makes this Harris teeter store so much better.

I bought this cheese two days ago just to learn it expired 3 months ago. This is the 3rd time in less than a year I’ve bought cheese from this location that had already been expired and growing mold. I understand things happen but at this point this location needs a health inspection because this is unacceptable.

This store has really gone downhill. During the pandemic I felt they really stepped up.But now? For one, it’s impossible to find a basket. Either you need to find one sitting somewhere inside the store or forget it. And with no small carts either anymore, it’s ridiculous to push around a cart for 7 items.Second, the produce has become god awful. Rotten, old, just poor overall.I live maybe a quarter mile from this store, but going forward I’ll just drive across town to Wegmans

Lowering my review. We have tried to buy cold brew here two seperate times and multiple brands that have been expired. First time we caught it and switched it before purchasing.the other had a 6 months past expired date. Do better

Produce never seems fresh or stocked, some employees are very rude. The teenagers who were obviously forced to get a job at the Starbucks are also rude. Not a good experience overall.

Brand new and surprisingly good. I don't generally care for this chain but this store is nice. Parking is easy. Store is clean. People are helpful and polite. Great donuts!

Always loved the store for great staff, selection, cleanliness : 5 stars for that. I wish I could add another 5. I had an embarrassing medical emergency during checking out. Cashier, person bagging, office staff, managers (and customers) were so on the ball and helpful prior to 911 response. From my heart, I commend all of them for compassion and quick response (and persevering my dignity as much as possible). From my heart, I am grateful.

I like it. Lots of specials, but today grapes that were marked $2.99 lb. came up as $4.99 on the register. Got it refunded but with not a word of apology. And got home to find the berries I bought were old and soft. Guess you have to be careful there.

The grocery store is near my area and has almost everything. The prices are good and the place is well organized. The only downside is It doesn't accept Google/apple pay for payment and has its own system. I had to return back from checkout as I didn't have my wallet with me.

Very clean store. Lots of offerings and the stores laid out very nice. They carry a lot of wines and beer as well. Their prices sometimes are a little higher than other places but they're weekly sales flyers are quite good and have some very decent deals to offer.

I went to get flowers with my son on St. Patrick’s day, Kim the florist offered him a balloon and she took the time to stop and talk to us. She was incredible and I have since been back to buy three more bouquets. Thank you Kim!

The freshest produce in Northern Virginia is found here. The shelves are stocked and as neat as Target. Very clean and well maintained. Just love shopping here

This is one of the best Teeters I’ve been in, always clean and tidy. It’s well stocked too, there have been several occasions where I’ve had no luck finding an item elsewhere but they have it here. Lots of specialty items including an aisle featuring gluten free products. They have a full deli featuring boars head meats. There’s also a pharmacy where you can get your flu or Covid shots. The donuts are above average for anywhere, let alone a grocery store. There’s also a full service Starbucks inside. Truly one stop shopping for most items. The bad news is that the convenience doesn’t come cheap, their prices are on a par with Wegmans or Whole Foods a lot of the time. You can save a little with their buyer card and you can find weekly specials online which can be very good - it just takes a little extra effort to save. This is just a great place for when you need to get a wide variety of things but don’t want to have to run to several different stores.There’s usually plenty of cashiers here so checkout is easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just a very pleasant experience shopping here.

The worse Deli experience ever. I came in close to closing and The young man Taylor was trying to help people as fast as he could there was about 4 people in line so I walked away and did some more shopping came back about 15 minutes later and 2 of the 4 people were still standing there. You would have thought he was by himself but nope there was another guy there too named Justin however Justin was not doing much of anything just walking around. I waited for about another 10 minutes till Taylor was able to get to me. I have worked at Harris teeter so I know customers are supposed to come first no matter what time it is or how close it is to closing. However I don't think Justin has gotten they memo. This was the longest I have waited everAnd quite frankly pathetic that Taylor had to do it all by himself. I will definitely be picking another Harris Teeter next time.

This is my go to for all of my grocery shopping needs. The produce is always fresh, meats as well. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff there is always willing to help with a smile. I’m glad they we have our neighborhood grocery store conveniently located down the street.i probably shop there approximately 3 times a week. The Monday Pizza deal is a go to when I don’t feel like cooking.

This is the best Harris Teeter I have visited in the DMV area! Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon. Very well stocked on everything. Very friendly and helpful employees that were consistently busy throughout the store but almost all of them asked if I was finding what I was looking for. Best looking produce I've seen around the area in a while. Had their end caps full and even the price tags were up on every item I happened to look at/pick up. Nice displays throughout the store too! This Harris Teeter team needs to get an award! If you haven't been here yet, go! Five star grocery shop experience.
