I used to love this CVS and thought the minute clinic was the best; however, their service is declining. They cannot seem to stay on schedule. Where is Iris? They seem to purposely slow down the patients for no reason.Don't get me started on the pharmacy! They used to be great, but they too have declined.

I’d give negative stars if I could! Never been so disrespected and embarrassed by your pharmacist… absolutely disgraceful to anyone who works with patients! Not this “ persons” first time being an absolute c u next Tuesday!!! It’s ok bc my dr and insurance company are also filing a complaint. I’d suggest firing the problem! My dr is absolutely ashamed of this place! CVS supports lying and treating customers disgusting! CVS will take no action bc this is the 3rd time and 3rd person who’s complained and nothing happens. CVS is a cesspool of bull hockey. Costco had zero problem filling my script and they were actually nice which is non existent with cvs! Do you all hate your customers that much??? Goodbye and finally good riddance

The service of this pharmacy is horrible. It is way understaffed and the staff that works here is extremely slow. Fillings of new prescriptions take FOREVER!!! Then when it comes time to check out, it’s a guaranteed 30 minute ordeal. AVOID!!!

My experience with the minute clinic is in the midst of the pandemic after Christmas when people tend to be their most stressed. However, the NP, Iris working in the clinic on 12/29, was patient, kind and understanding of my situation. I was a little nervous to be there and arrived 30 mins before the clinic opened. Which I imagine would be stressful in itself to get there and find a patient already waiting. The NP, Iris, greeted me kindly and the rest of the time with her was all the same. I am thankful that when I was in pain and feeling terrible that she was a kind and caring Healthcare provider even during these stressful times.

Did not deserve any stars!!! A customer service, all pharmacy people must be fired right away!!! Came in to pick up a prescription, 3 pharmacists were ignoring staying on their phones and chatting, seriously? When I ask to help me, one tall blond old lady said “Just wait”! And keep scrolling her phone, absolutely terrible! Transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy! Never come back to that terrible, unprofessional place! It either always huge line there because pharmacists are lazy and unhurried! It’s absolutely impossible to pick up your prescription, unless you have 10 hours free time , but still those lazy workers probably would not be able serve you! Do not come to this pharmacy never ! absolutely terrible!

The pick up window provides good service & the same is true for vaccinations. My concern is a 10+ minute wait to speak to the Pharmacy. I seldom use the counter.

I love the pharmacist at this location! I used to give this CVS 5 stars, but recently I rate it 1 star. The drive thru is often closed due to low staff or a broken register. When I call the store no one answers the phone. Today I actually stayed on hold while my husband drove to the store, waited in line and picked up my prescription and drove all the way home while I was still on hold. This is not the first time this has happened.Earlier in the day the drive thru was once again closed.

The pharmacy manager must not care about his/her customers whatsoever. This place is horrendous. They don’t check their fax machine for prescriptions sent in from providers nor do they answer their phone. On top of that, you better not try to swing by when the entire team takes their lunch at the exact same time. Oh, and be prepared to wait an hour or more for a refill. Insane!!

I hate all cvs', but this one is the worst. I met my out of pocket in March, and every time I pick up medications they try to charge me. There is a note on my account to run it through Caremark and then my insurance and they fail me. I'm transferring all of my medications to a different cvs. If my insurance didn't require me to use them, there is not a chance in hell I would ever step foot in one. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. You are better off going to any other pharmacy in the area. Consistently giving wrong information. Told the prescription was "being ordered" for over a week. Kept being told, it didn't come today, maybe tomorrow. Final day, they said "Oh, your doctor has to write a new prescription now". What a joke.

Minute Clinic doesn't honor appointments. I have run into this 3x this year. It's not just that they run late. They come out to the lobby area and ask why you are there. Has the nurse practitioner heard of HIPAA?

Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t even pick up the phone and just click hold over and over and 25 minutes later still nothing. I understand being busy, but that is down right LAZY! What happened to any type of decency?

Count your pills. I had a quantity of 120 and they only gave me 108. They take an hour just to answer the phone. When I called she said they take pictures so she would look into it. I had noticed a shortage the past 2 prescriptions so I checked this one to be sure and low and behold I was right

Don’t use cvs! They close before 6 pm ( scheduled time) and don’t care about their patients. I arrived at window 3 minutes before close and they ignored me. I walked in as they were walking our the main door and I asked “ why are you closing early and I was at the window “ she said “its 6 we close at 6” I’m aware that’s why I arrived prior. I asked her name and she proceeded to walk away without turning around or telling me her name. She then got into a new Mercedes. I will be putting her name in. Horrible customer service. Why be a pharmacist and not address customer service/ pt service! Horrified

This review is ONLY for the Pharmacy. I have always been pleased with my interactions with rest of the staff. I am a Kaiser member, so I only had occasion use the pharmacy on a weekend when the Kaiser pharmacy was closed. I received an automated message call from CVS more than once about scheduling refills. I called the number to tell them I was not interested. After listing for a lot a junk I chose to be connected to the Gainesville pharmacy. After waiting 5 minutes for the call to connect a person answered "pleas hold." I waited about 10 minutes before starting over again. This time the person answered with "I'll be right with you." After holding on another 5 minutes I was cut off. I don't like having my time wasted!

This is a busy store and for the most part well-run, however I have issue with the pharmacy completely closing down for a lunch break. They have enough people there to stagger their breaks so that they don't close. Gainesville is a busy and congested area. It is a huge inconvenience to go out to pick up a Rx only to find the window closed for lunch break and having to work out another trip. Pharmacy should stay open for the duration of their scheduled hours.

Shame on all these big companies cutting employees and making fewer employees work longer and harder hours. Having 2 people do the job of 6 people, no wonder there are so many bad reviews about service! Employees CAN NOT give proper service if there are not enough employees to help the loads of people coming in and trying to get their medications in a timely manner!That being said, Anita at the pharmacy is wonderful. She tries her best to move the line along as quickly as possible and with a smile, nonetheless!The store is clean, and has a good variety of items to choose from.It is a shame that CVS has cut employee hours which in turn, subjects their employees to endless rants about how long getting prescriptions takes. Good luck keeping your staff and customers happy when you're running a multi-billion dollar business as if you were a small mom & pop!

This pharmacy location has the worst customer service. It’s clear that this business is poorly managed. The pharmacist is impatient and was very rude to me this evening. I tried to apply a medication coupon through the drive through and he said he was too “backed-up”. My medication is over a hundred dollars without the coupon applied. No, I won’t just cough up the money to keep the line moving. I have gone without my medicine for two days now because the pharmacist won’t take the time to apply the coupon. Please, Avis this pharmacy. I will surely be switching.

The CVS is a Great and well kept store all the employees are polite and respectful towards the customers and they are there to help. The Pharmacy area is a little slow but they get the work done that has to be done and I have never had any problems at this store. I always use them and I get the stuff I need when I need it.

I've been there several times and they aren't very pleasant. If you are 30sec late, they refuse to serve you. I just wanted 20min in line to get a prescription and they refused to serve me because they said they were on lunch. Very poor attitude.

Went to the pharmacy today, and service has gotten better. Richard a new hire or something. Works fast, got the product and typed and handed to the pharmacist in 5 minutes. Also willing to make sure I get the best price. I was hesitant to come here because sometimes I do notice people do work slow. Take their time walking. I see him work fast by himself at the drop off, pickup and drive thru. More staffing would help.

Every time I call in for the Pharmacy it takes them way to long to pick up the phone. Then they answer and say “CVS Pharmacy hold” not even “hold please”. I was on the phone waiting for 23 min once and there is no need for that. You guys clearly need more staff, get on it please. It shouldn’t be that difficult and there isn’t a reason for me to drive alllllllll the way to cvs to ask such a simple question. Get more phone?Kindly,Management

Worst customer service.Scheduled COVID19 rapid test for our daughter, arrived 10min prior to the appointment time as instructed, but nobody was available: 1. Instruction said wait in the car and someone will call me. I waited 20min. 2. When I called customer service, there was a system error with the voice command (options); I finally got a hold of someone, explained everything, and she transferred me to "COVID19 Test Hotline" but NOBODY answered the call. 3. Then finally, someone did answer it and it was the same person I spoke to few min ago. 4. Though I explained everything and asked for the store manager/supervisor, she kept saying she'll transfer me to the "hotline". No apologies or anything. And when I let out a sigh and paused for a moment, she hung up on me. No doubt this will be the last time for me and my family to come here ever again.

Horrible.The pharmacy staff lied to me about a refill of my prescriptions. They blamed my insurance. After digging deeper it was not my insurance it was CVS I will never be back. 20 min after the worst experience ever I got my prescription filled at Walgreens right up the road. The disrespect I receive was astounding from CVS. From this point on I would ask everyone to never go back to this CVS take your prescription to Walgreens right up the road.

Best staff. They work hard. Beware this week starting Monday January 27. They will close 1 hour earlier meaning 8pm. The 24 hr in Warrenton budget was cut. So that pharmacy now close at 10pm. So better go earlier. Or go to the understaffed 24 hr manassas after 10pm no technicians. Fun. Yay! More profits for cvs.

However, when you call their number to confirm, you get the "We're Sorry, the pharmacy is currently closed at 8:00 pm! Thanks for the ERRONEOUS information!
