Very poor customer service hang up on my face when i got charge twice in my bank card the manager say she have no control over non if u no what manager are u way u working there if u cant help ur customer how u expect customer to come back to you again. If am saying something am saying it for my money all i ask is for my money back and thay dont help me with non very poor customer service i dont recommended this place

Never in stock with the coco dipped fruit bars. I end up having to stock up on them, when I see they have only two boxes left.The frozen foods take even longer to be restocked. I waited over a week, planned ahead and of course I'm met with total disappointment.Now the staff are friendly, especially the cashiers! They have lines down quickly and efficiently. It's the lack of freezer items that grinds my gears. The manager should be keeping tabs on shipments, no?

Employees are sick of their job and you can tell. Not helpful and definitely give you a dirty looks or ignore you when you say hello at the register. I say this because it's happen 6 times in a row with different employees. Shopped at dollar trees all over the US this one is never stocked with good stuff but stocked with junk. I used to love making crafts from things I found at Dollar Tree not in Front Royal.. Now they stopped being a dollar store you just pay more for junk👎

To the "Hangry" lady's post underneath mine! ! Valerie Painter maybe you should save up your EBT benefits and wait until they have more! Also, as far as freezer items. I can't get enough in my cart, they have a great selection! But because of your obviously out of that cheap wine you drink and want to make hangry comments I will buy EVERY box of coco dipped fruit bars they have. Good luck getting any B.

The store was clean but the shelves were lacking and the frozen food cases were empty and when they aren't empty they still aren't truly full. There are never enough cashiers to handle the influx of customers.I would recommend only stopping by for must have items but with the knowledge that with the lacking inventory, they probably won't have it.

Fun store. Great place to buy smaller size supplies for our RV. A place where you find things you never knew you needed.

While in the store today, I was confronted by a disgruntled employee about the appropriateness of my mask and the fashion in which I was wearing it. She followed me to the checkout and made scene about the matter in a raised voice. When I asked for her name she stated "whatever you want it to be". The cashier also refused to give me the person's name. She was mid 50, long straight graying hair. I assume she is the manager. If she worked for me she would be unemployed immediately. Her level of professionalism is ZERO. If you don't like your job, find a new one.

I don't live close but had to get off 66 to eat and make a few stops. Dollar Tree was one of them. Probably one of the friendliest store I've been in. Thank You Miss. Brenda for your wonderful service, so nice, we will be sure to stop here again as we pass through. Hope you are working wnen we do!! She's a Keeper!! Way to Go Dollar Tree.

They sold me broken merchandise then asked for a receipt for an exchange. Yes, it's just a dollar, but it's my dollar's (I purchased more than one with the same defect). Then I find that at the bottom of the receipt it states you can only exchange merchandise that has not been open. If it's packaged, how do you know its defective until you open it. Wow, smh..

The entrance was filthy with trash, leaves and gum. The glass on the door was very dirty too. Inside was neat and well stocked. The ladies were helpful and I got what I needed. But not a good impression going in.

Had just what I needed for last minute shopping for a birthday party. Picked myself up a pair of reading glasses. They had so many choices! The cashiers were very friendly.

Store was clean but too many shelves empty of stock. Stopped in for about 6 items but left with nothing as they were out of each item. Guess I'll hit them at a bad time.

Everything is really a dollar! As long as you keep in mind you get what you pay for and realize all the stuff is made in China and will break soon... Still feels great to walk out of there with the whole shopping cart full of stuff for $30

This is probably the dirtiest and most unorganized Dollar Tree I have ever been in. It's also the first one I've seen that has had stuff for $3-$5.
