I have talked to many robots in my life. The robot that answered when I called is one of the dumbest I have ever spoken to. I told it I needed to check on a prescription, and it asked me to confirm where I got my Covid test 10 times in a row (I did not get one at all). There is no option to go back or tell it it's wrong.

The pharmacy never answers the phone when you to speak with someone. After three calls and waiting 20 minutes in each no one answered. What’s going on with that ? How do I get my questions answered ?
