This WalMart has major problems. The first is that A LOT of trashy people shop at this location. Therefore, the place is always trashed. Shopping carts are EVERYWHERE in the parking lot. Trash is everywhere inside and outside of the store. Items are left in disarray or dropped on the ground. It’s just gross. The second major problem is the employees. They do not seem to care about anything or anyone. That’s another reason the place is so trashy. You never see anyone cleaning or collecting the carts. The employees you see are usually stocking items on the shelves at the slowest pace possible. I saw an older woman ask an employee if she knew where to find an item and the employee literally just shrugged her shoulders. Didn’t even say anything to the woman. They all seem miserable and don’t try to hide it. The only register that is not self checkout is in the garden center, so there’s always 20 people in line there and it takes forever. Then there are the self checkout registers……🤬 The line is always SO long! (See Pictures) It’s insane that I have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes to check out and bag my own stuff! I hate this WalMart with every fiber of my being! I’m giving it two stars because they usually do have whatever it is that I’m shopping for, but every time I shop there I regret it. Just to be clear, I hate this WalMart.

I have called this place in the last 2 weeks and no one has answered the phone at all. I've also noticed that when I go inside that I haven't heard a phone ring in a long time.Why have a working phone and be a business, but will not answer calls when people call. That's part of customer service. Choosing another Walmart over this one or target. No issues with target. It's a shame.

Obviously they're trying to make money out of people's struggles. Target has it for $18 🤨 take a hike, Walmart. Make your dollar reach further

Very rude customer service at Money Center as the person behind the counter was just not happy to see the people and serve them. Terrible customer service. Please find some better place where you get treated with respect.

Workers hidden from works and customers. I waited 20 minutes at the jewelry department. Asked people self check out. People at clothing and shoe selection. Finally, someone responsible gets key. The good thing I notice is that walmart goat milk is cheaper than Target.

Hey, if you want great service, order online and have it delivered. But if you're looking to be ignored by employees, can't find a shopping cart that doesn't have a mind of its own, or want to stand in a line that's slower than I-95 in a snowstorm during rush hour, then this is the place for you.

Walmart is really busy and holds less stuff. Not as big a grocery section. Most of the time they are out of fresh groceries. Another pain point is the parking, it is really hard to find parking closer during the weekends. Customer service is average.

Esther has the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. She works in customer service and at each and every interaction (and I have dealt with her multiple times) she acts as if I am bother her and as of she doesn't want to be there. I live in Dumfries, but will have to start going to Target if I keep encountering employees like Esther.

Purchased a bug infested mainstay pillow, glad I noticed little black bugs before I entered my home. The more I moved the pillow the more little bugs appeared on surface . Tried calling store to let them know several times, no answer. Buyers beware!

The ladies restroom wasn't exactly tidy, but it was apparent that the custodian hadn't been there in a while based on the cleaning chemicals that were left out on the diaper change table. And I don't know what happened to the handicapped stall, but whoever tried to fix the lock did a horrible job. It won't even close because it was installed incorrectly.

Just wanted to say thank you again to the associate at the entertainment section this morning (11/7/23, 630am) who graciously went into the back to find a hardcopy of "Iron Flame." A different associate had told me to wait for their "book guy" to arrive 40 minutes later, and I really appreciated him stopping his inventorying to find what I was looking for!

Worst customer service ever.At service desk n front end lines are always long.Customer service associates unprofessional,They walk away n stay stuck with one customer n ignore rest in line. Management takes forever to respond service desk.

Walmarts in general are decent... Our visit was, however, on a Saturday at 8:30 at night. There were long lines and lots of people and stockers in the aisles. The employees on this night were all attempting to work hard, my step father that lives in the area says many checkouts are closed at 9 and people are forced to use the self checkout. Also says, it's usually other patrons that delay checkouts for things like being on their phone and not paying attention...

Their associates are extremely rude and unprofessional. I needed help with something which would take less then 10 seconds, but one of their associates out right told me "No, I cannot help you. I am going on my 15 min break."I suppose that's what happens when you shop at a cheap business like Walmart with cheap labor.

Dropped my credit card and realized it before I got. To the end of the aisle, went back and someone had picked it up literally within 2min. So i went to customer service and said I just dropped my card and the attendant said "nope nobody has turned in a card" and I said yeah it literally just happened and she just kind of stood there and I said ok so can I give u my number on case it gets turned in? And a young lady on my side of the counter said yes and grabbed a piece of receipt paper so I could leave my info. She was much more helpful than the young lady behind the counter. Not sure what was going on with her maybe an off day. But working customer service she needs to fake it till she makes it. It seems as younger people take majority of these type jobs the customer service has gone downhill. I guess they're preparing us for robots and AI.

This Walmart is by far the worst Walmart experience I have every had. They never answer the phone and the customer service is horrible.I have shopped here in person many time and the associates act as if it’s going to hurt them to help you. My in store experience has been so bad that I started doing order pickups and now I can’t even do that.I placed an order online for pick up. Before I arrived to the store my order was marked as already picked up. It took multiple call attempts to get the pick up department on the phone. Once I did speak to someone they informed me that they could not locate my order and my only option was the call the customer service line.They gave me a run around all day about this order. I never received my items and they are refusing to process a refund.

What an awesome store manager Tiffany is... she put one of her employees in check for his rudeness when I was trying to return a 7 dollar item that had a hole in it so spilled all in my new car... I was frantic and had left my receipt. She handled it wonderfully. If we had a president that worked like this store manager our country would no longer be in turmoil. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in Walmart.

Very clean and organized. I give it three stars because they have a big problem with electric carts for the disabled since whenever I go I see disabled people waiting or looking for electronic carts. Please Wal-Mart pay more attention to serving people with disabilities.
