This Walmart location in Fredericksburg, VA, has the BEST STAFF!!!! Thank you to Ms. Kim and Ms. Amy for assistance!!! I've been having a HUGE problem with the Walmart location in Kingstowne (Springfield, VA)!!! I told them the problem I was having with my tire order and they went into action to help me!!! They also provide me with a number to contact due to the Kingstowne error (I order four tires online and Walmart order for Three came in and they had to order the fourth. They want me to get the tires by the 23rd, which isn't fair. I live in Woodbridge, I shouldn't have to make more than one trip for tires. From now on, I am only doing my "Walmart" shopping with the Fredericksburg location!!) Thank you Ladies, for one, answering the phone, two, for being SO NICE, and three, for excellent customer service even though it wasn't your problem, you ladies made it a mission to get me a solution!) Thank you!
