Talk about great service!! I couldn't be happier with this Walgreens. It's like going to a mom and pop pharmacy back in the day. The pharmacist here actually called me. About my medication.( Which I was pleasantly surprised ) And if there's any problems with getting my medicine he has me call a week before so we can make sure it's ordered for me. It's like hes my personal pharmacist. Great service actually cares!! Just wanted to share with the people in my areas so they know where they can go.

Do not come here for your covid vaccine. We we had appts that were scheduled two days in advance. We waited over an hour in the lobby, the total time only 3 people ahead of us received shots, maybe 2 people came and had prescriptions filed. They need to do batter

I ordered two separate gifts from the photo department on 3/12 that were both promised next day. I received an email on 3/13 saying that ONE was ready for pick-up. The next day (3/14) I receive a second email telling me that everything was now ready and available for pick up. When I show up not only was one of the gifts MUCH smaller in person, the other gift had not even been made!!! After the staff member looked around for five or ten minutes, I was told that the machine broke and no one had even called the repair place yet. They told me I would be better off ordering from another place!!! Unbelievable!! If I would have been made aware that not only was my order NOT ready for pick up, the machine was in fact broken, I would have made other plans the day prior. Regardless, I won’t be ordering any of my photos from this place again. And on a side note…. I wouldn’t even recommend shopping here as they won’t price match there own online prices to their in-store prices either.

I am in town visiting my inlaws and had left my mental health medication (Wellbutrin) at home 2 hours away. The pharmacist was horrific and lacked the ability to understand Wallgreens pharmacy policy.I came in for an emergency 3 day refill of my medication, and initially the pharmacy tech Jacob was kind, helpful, and empathetic. You could tell they felt uncomfortable about speaking to the pharmacist.The pharmacist told me that he would not give me the emergency refill. When I told him that the policy states as long as it is not a controlled substance, you can. He then attempted to shame me by raising his voice when there were people around and saying that it is a mind altering substance and its not up to walgreens but HIS discretion on the matter. I literally had to pull up the policy online and he was still arguing with me.He had no understanding of what Wellbutrin was, the effects of stopping it suddenly, and treated me and my husband as if we were drug seeking and lying.They informed me that they wanted me to get my refill sent back to this location in order to be allowed to get the emergency refill, which I said was fine, yet continued to argue and debate on why he would not give me my medication telling me there was nothing he could do. Ultimately after the third time of me stating that I wouldn't mind having my refill sent here, he agreed to give me the 3 day emergency.It felt degrading, disappointing, and added to my stress of already dealing with brain fog and headaches from not having my medication.To the pharmacist, from one healthcare worker to another: If you read this I want you to remember part of your oath:"I will consider the welfare of humanity and relief of suffering my primary concerns."You failed that today.

The service was horrible. Went for my first Covid shot and nothing was explained. The guy just let me walk out after giving me the shot, I had to turn back around and ask another pharmacist to help me. Then went back for my second shot after already having an appointment and was told I had to wait two months, but was able to make an appointment else where. No one called or anything. I will definitely will not be returning to this location

Disappointed with the service and products provided by this Walgreens. Customer service and store manager don't seem to care about clients. Pictures printed were not the same quality as on the screen. When I resubmitted as requested customer service stated they no longer have the card papers to print in stock. Other customer service agent stated that they could possibly have them in the back but they were not able to look. No one seems friendly enough to help or care about issues.Updated 4/13/23: I don't understand how this Walgreens still has issues with photo orders. I was able to place an online order and it processed, however when I went to pick up I was told there 8x10 machine is broken and they turned it off online to prevent ordering. Customer service was so short and disrespectful. Information is key and important and would prevent frustration from clients.

Don’t……. just don’t. Save yourself the frustration!! They wouldn’t honor an immunization appointment at the appointment time EVEN AFTER we showed them proof of the date and time with a confirmation code. They said “we don’t know why it allowed you to book that appointment time. We don’t provide appointments during that time.” I requested that they honor the appointment time that was given to us via the Walgreens website and they said that BOTH their pharmacists were leaving for lunch and we would have to wait until they got back. This begged the question - why have two pharmacists if they are both going to be gone at the same time?? Why couldn’t one stay and give the shot that took all of 2 minutes to administer? And why have a system that randomly books appointments that Walgreens refuses to honor? Apparently they feel it is okay to make people wait an hour and 15 minutes past their appointment time to get a shot). If you value your time, go elsewhere. Really, REALLY BAD form Walgreens!

One star cause I can't rate it lower. Maddie at the front desk couldn't be ruder or less helpful if she tried. What an awful person. How could anyone like that work in public? Walgreens at white oak has serious issues, mostly employee related. If you're in a hurry go someplace else. If you need it done correctly go someplace else. If you want to be appreciated in the customer/business relationship go someplace else.

There’s a select few people here that aren’t entirely rude and miserable. The older lady that works at the front needs to be fired! She’s losing business for this store. I now would rather drive out of the way than come to this store. She does not need to be working with the public at all. This has been an issue for awhile now; a lot of the other reviews also state this.

Their cashier was rude. I felt like he singled me out because I was trying to buy a gift card for my mom and then he asked me to see my name on my card. So I showed him & he says the reason why he asked was because somebody stole a credit card. I’m over here like what does that have to do with me. He didn’t even ask the customer in front of me. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to this Walgreens if that cashier is still there.

The drive thru service is absolutely terrible! Every time l go to pickup my medicine, l go to the drive thru. If lm behind a car waiting to get my medication, as soon as it’s my time at the window the clerk goes into the store. I have to push the bell and wait for them. A couple of times the clerk is cleaning the area and making me wait until they clean the area first before l can get my medication. Maybe the clerk needs to look at gas prices, because it’s costing me money. And EVERY clerkhas problems using the computer. All of them need training!!!!

Don't go to this Walgreens. The pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed - not just after Covid. They also don't answer their phone - I've called 4 times today and each time I go on hold and then several minutes later it sounds like someone answers the phone - but nobody ever comes to the phone. Then it eventually disconnects. NOT HELPFUL when they've left a message saying that they need to correct something with your insurance - but you can't reach them to correct/verify it !!! I repeat - do not go to this Walgreens !

I switched from the CVS to this Walgreens primarily due to their customer service. The entire Walgreens staff is helpful and professional. Can’t say enough good things about their pharmacy staff, in particular. When there is a problem with a prescription the pharmacy staff calmly communicates the issues and they go above and beyond to assist in resolving them. I love the automated service which makes it so simple to manage my prescriptions.

Customer service is amazing!!! Ellie or Nellie is always helpful with specials... She's been there a long time and knows all the customers. Theres also a sweet new girl I call Bee that is always smiling... Sweet and cute as can be... They're all great!!!! A true example of customer service... Another plus... If there are more than 2 to 3 people in line... They immediately open another register... They don't price gouge and have a little bit of everything... I go there to avoid the long lines and crowds at the grocery stores.

I had 150 pills left on a prescription that was sent to expire without my knowing about it. The pharmacy filled #30 and said it would be no trouble to get the #30 more the following month, but when I went in to pick them up, I get told "Oops, the prescription expired. So sorry. Talk to you doctor." Clearly, I should have been told in August that I wouldn't be able to get the pills left on the script. Now I have to set an appt with a doctor who's hard to see ... I'm going to go days without the medication I need. Complete incompetency on the the part of the Walgreens Pharmacy at 50 White Oak Rd, Fredericksburg. I'd recommend finding a different pharmacy.

I just want to post this here so maybe the management will see it and tell to all the cashiers about the walgreens policy not the the store or cashiers policy. It’s clearly 4 identical coupons per household not 1 coupon per household.

Today I went there to returned a conditioner I got before 2 days ago, register desk lady she said we cannot return anything at this time! At the same time she was calling her supervisor for a different issues and she told him about my situation, absolutely he was really nice about it and he let me exchange it with the shampoo I like to get. Thank you so much!

I had some wedding photos printed off at this location. I went to pick them up, and they made me fill out a form because of a “copyright issue.” This is really odd because I had the same photos printed off in July, and I was not asked to fill out a form. Furthermore, there were no photographer watermarks on my pictures, so how would they know they were professionally taken? I don’t appreciate the store inspecting my pictures like this, and I have never been asked to sign a form like this at any other photo printing business.

An understocked and overpriced store with rude staff. Sometimes the pharmacy is left abandoned by whoever is supposed to be working it so don't get your meds here. I'm not saying I don't like all Walgreens stores, just avoid this one.

My Doc electronically submitted a script on Tuesday morning. Then I recvd a text that Walgreens did not have my controlled med in stock. I have been getting this med for the past year monthly on the 6th of the month. I called late Friday to ask if my script was filled -- it was not fill due to a holiday on Thursday. Piss poor customer. They will not send to another location since it is a controlled med. So I'll need to go without my Fentynal patch for 2+ days hoping it show up sometime Monday. I'm also filing a grievance with TRICARE.

Expect to wait 30-60 minuets if there are more than 3-4 cars in the drive through. Don’t brother going in, there will be a line. I’m switching back to CVS. Never enough employees to help the amount of customers

Worst walgreens ever... why call and make sure your prescription will be ready then drive all the way there to be told it is not ready and it will be 30 more mins to fill 8 pills 8 then wait the 30 mins to go back in and be told they have one non generic pill and if I wanted to pay 23 bucks for the generic ummm excuse me so I have been waiting now a hour to be ask if I want to pay 23 bucks ummm no

Shorted my narcotic pain prescription - supposed to have 20 in the bottle but only 12 were there. Went back immediately. They said they gave us the correct amount. They did not!! NEVER LEAVE THE WINDOW WITHOUT CHECKING AND COUNTING YOUR MEDICATIONS!!!

Today I was in Walgreens at white oak road Stafford, I was not happy with the customer service of cashier and assistant manager.I asked for some products and they said that they don't have but they didn't check. But when I checked I found the products I was looking for because they were there.This upset me because they might do that to all your customers coming to your store and not telling the truth.

Thank god I’m military and don’t often deal with this pharmacy… appt was at 1215 got there at 1145ish, and waited in line until 1220. Understaffed possibly due to COVID, there isn’t enough people to facilitate pharmacy operations.

This pharmacy moves at snails pace. If they tell you that you are out of refills insist on having them check again. I have been told on 6 separate occasions that I had no refills when in fact I had 3.
