The internal systems of Walgreen are so screwed up that a different Walgreens cannot fill a prescription from another Walgreens. They say they can, but for over a week now they have done ZERO to make this happen. I've called multiple times, waited the 20+ minutes on hold, only for them to tell me it will be done today, yet the next day nothing has been done. Go elsewhere, it's just not worth the hassle

My daughter was having a migraine and visiting from out of town and she forgot to bring her emergency migraine medicine. The pharmacy was closing in 40 minutes and they rushed our order so my daughter could get the medicine she needed. I am so grateful.

It is a total shame that you sit in the drive through line being the 4th vehicle back, and wait 45 minuets to get to the window only to see two people helping inside customers and ignoring the drive through. I will be soon transferring my scripts to another pharmacy. Everytime I come there is always a wait and you see three people chatting with each other and ignoring customers. This is unexceptable.

Only go here if you have time to kill, booked an appointment online for 2:15 for covid and flu shots. Arrived at 1:50 no one was in the store. Went back to the pharmacy, she said have a seat at 2:15 she said she was just waiting on a form to print out. At 2:30 I left the whole time people would come to the window or the drive up and she would help them. Appointments mean nothing. I will go anywhere else next time. I been all over the world in the military and never had this kind of service.

This is the most polite pharmacy I've ever been to I'm bad at names, but the two people at the pharmacy counter (Tall man with a beard, shorter woman, name starts with a K) were so polite and patient with me and figuring out my insurance issues. I needed a medication urgently and, even when it looked like I had to pay out of pocket, they were willing to help me get the cost down. We ended up fixing the issue as well, which they never gave up on trying to figure out. 10/10.

The pharmacy has gotten bad. I thought drive-thru is supposed to be quick! Instead, you sit and wait for long extended periods,. When calling your on hold over 20 minutes or more, or they just don't pick up the phone. My husband and I use to love this pharmacy because it it so close to our home. We will be switching to a pharmacy that values its customer service.

2 experiences this week alone- Understaffed pharmacy (1 tech both days), waited 1.5 hours sitting in lobby (was told 30 min), 2nd day, prepaid on app (stated it would expedite processing). 9 hours later, still not filled. Waited in lobby for it to be filled. This is not ok for the employees or the patients who are very sick waiting on necessary medication. The assistant was very nice and helpful.

Literally called this pharmacy days in advance to make sure they would fill my prescription and then the day of they decide not to fill it because my doctor is not local and they consider that telehealth even though I see him in person every month. It doesn’t make any sense that people from rural areas don’t understand that somebody can travel across the country every month for work and simultaneously see their doctor monthly while they are there.

I want to leave a good note for Angie who I just spoke with on the phone and was wonderful :)Overall I’ve had decent experiences here. I switched from CVS on Tidewater Trail which almost every single prescription they told me they didn’t even receive anything. It’s not hard to do better than that… this pharmacy actually gets my prescriptions and fills them. I had one time where I got the automated call saying it was ready when it actually wasn’t, and that was a headache. And sometimes waiting for a vaccine even with an appointment can be a very long time, but they’re generally slammed like every day. I think a lot of places are short staffed. I will continue going here as long as it’s overall a positive experience like it has been. Certainly a huge improvement from before. And Angie on the phone today was so nice, when the other CVS has always sounded on the rude side over the phone, unfortunately. I feel bad for pharmacies these days. They’re so busy and so short staffed and flying under the radar in terms of public awareness of it, compared to restaurants for instance. The pandemic just keeps giving.

Had 2 prescriptions sent over at 11am on 9/25, 24 hours later they still weren’t ready so I called and was advised both would be ready by noon on 9/26. I gave extra time and tried to pick up around 5pm that day. They filled one and not the other so now I have to wait another day to get it. This is completely unacceptable for in stock meds!! There are people that rely on their prescriptions and to have to wait 48 hours because they filled one and not the other, and set an expectation they didn’t plan to meet….

Worst pharmacy in FXBG.Their drive through regularly takes 20+ minutes, and if you don't get to the window 5 minutes before they close then they WILL shut the curtain on you and refuse service. Even if they know you've been waiting.These people just suck.

Due to new staff in the pharmacy, customer service has gotten worse. They need better trained younger people. The older ladies are slow and incompetent.

Called the pharmacy and was on hold for 18 min then hung up on without talking to anyone, called back and was on hold for another 14 min then was hung up on again without talking to anyone. Called the number for the store and asked them to talk to pharmacy and ask them not to hang up on me and the employee said she couldn't do that but said I could speak with the manager and I was put on hold for 8 more minutes and hung up on without speaking with anyone then again for 12 more minutes. Not a very professional way to handle business

The pharmacy is a joke. Scheduled a 4:15pm appointment to receive a flu shot and at 4:55pm I still hadn’t been seen. This is the third time in which I’ve scheduled an appointment and was left to wait 30 plus minutes. The pharmacist Angie was very dismissive of my complaint by saying they are doing the best they can. While there I overheard the staff talking about schedules, laughing and joking. It’s not a good look that the customer has to wait an extensive amount of time to be seen for an appointment when the staff members are not dutifully taking care of the customers waiting for a service. Then, for their frustration to be followed with an excuse and a dismissive attitude. When I asked who I can speak with above her she said I can just call the 1-800-Walgreens number. Now going forward, I will choose to deal with their competitors instead.

I made an appointment for a COVID 19 test for 9:30 am on 11/16. I arrived at 9:25, told to park curbside and would take about 15 to process, whatever that means. I waited for 25 minutes, tried calling the pharmacy to see what the delay may be and no one picked up the phone, at 9:55 after waiting for 30 minutes I left. I could not wait any longer. Do not offer services if you are not able to provide them and follow up with you customers and not keep them waiting.

Would not have even gave one star for this place. The staff is horribly rude. I went in to pick up my mothers prescription, they did not fill one of them. I should of check before I left. I call them and the young lady that answered the phone was VERY RUDE, she kept telling me that "we are very busy in here today" The prescription was put in by the hospital the day before, it was plenty of time to fill the script. The only excuse she kept using was that they are busy and there is nothing she could do about that. So now I wait another 2 an half hours for a prescription that should have been filled with the rest of the ones I picked up this morning. How do you miss a whole prescription that was sent in at the same time as the other ones? This place needs a whole new staff in the pharmacy dept, they are a bunch of incompetent workers. They don't care that some of the prescription is a matter of life or death for some of the patients. Rest assured I will be contacting the district and regional manager. I understand that they can get busy, but there is a way to handle customer service perfessional.

Made an appointment online and got my vaccine here the same day. The pharmacy staff is great and everything was fast and easy and everyone was nice. There's plenty of spaced out seating for social distancing and disinfecting wipes available. The store looked clean. I didn't interact with any of the store staff just pharmacy staff. Nice parking lot.

The store manager (I did not interact with the pharmacy) was very rude. I was asking her questions and it seemed like I was bothering her. She also made the hand motions that convey “come on hurry up” as if I was bothering her. The nicest person was the front of store cashier. Customer service is lacking greatly and when you’re a manager with that kind of attitude, I can only imagine what the employees go through with her.

The pharmacy staff is normally pretty courteous but I don’t know what was wrong with the young lady this morning. The gentleman last night was very helpful and courteous but the Dr.’s office failed to call in my wife’s prescription after dental surgery. We had to get it as soon as the pharmacy opened. We pulled up to the drive thru and asked if they received it and she says yes, I can put you in a wait status but it will be at least 40-45 minutes to get it. (there was no one there but us and the parking lot had one car). My wife said, through her partially cliched teeth, that long? I’ve been waiting on medication since last night- her reply, well, we just opened 16 minutes ago, so...if you’re enrolled in the texting service, we’ll text you when it’s ready.We had to wait but a lil compassion and courtesy would have been nice. I was there until closing the night before, waiting on the prescription so I am still not sure what the issue was.I do have to agree with a couple of folks in the comments about them losing prescriptions because it happened to my wife too and she was able to I deny the lady she gave it to and she swore up and down that it wasn’t her!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT go to this location for a vaccine. I made an appointment to get a Tdap vaccine 11 days ago and the person who administered it, did it incorrectly. I'm now dealing with a shoulder injury related to the vaccine administration. I can't use my left arm, I have limited range of motion, constantly in pain, and overall my quality of life has been miserable ever since. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place.

It would be great if this location actually ever picked up their phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I waited over the course of 2 days over 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up and they ended up just hanging up on me every time. So unprofessional.

I switched to Walgreens three years ago and I continue to be thankful that I did. They are so courteous and will call me if there is a wait on a refill or lapse. I love their personal touch and always seem dedicated to my turn even with they are busy. They make it "be well!"

Went to the ER Friday night, too late to pick up prescription. Website showed it was open. Next day website said pharmacy is closed. Took three hours to get ER to switch locations. Few days later, needed refill, of course they are closed again. Will never use this store again, useless if not open.

I went to this location for the first time and I had the pleasure to be assisted by Carley in the Pharmacy section. I am amazed of how amazing she was. Efficient, courteous and so cool!!! this might be the 1st time that I have such a great experience at a Walgreens.

DO NOT DROP OFF FEDEX PACKAGES: I dropped off a express package on Monday, Wednesday came and it hadn't moved so called walgreens they apologized stating that no one had picked up since Saturday. I called FEDEX told them what I was told waited a few minutes and called walgreens back to let them know. I was then told that FEDEX ground guy came and even though he wasn't express he would take it to check tracking in 25-30 m8n and it should show picked up. Well 6 hours later nothing. I then spoke to FedEx and was told he shouldn't have taken an express package and if he did it wouldn't be checked into system until they get to warehouse. Thursday I check and still nothing. Called walgreens and was told all packagres were puck up in Monday which I know was a lie because I have been in contact with them all week. I asked to have them check to make sure it wasn't left out somewhere. I was told I can assure you they were picked up and there was nothing they can do. Well here we are Friday and still nothing. This package had personal documents in it with time sensitive documents which is why I chose FEDEX and express. I will never drop off anything to them again...
