I do a LOT of online shopping and I have never been more dissatisfied with the customer service and products of a company as I am with Tractor Supply. I order a Justin Straw Cowboy hat from their website on July 25th. I got a shipping confirmation on July 26th. I checked the tracking number on Tuesday (7/27) and (7/28) and on both days UPS said awaiting item. I called customer service on (7/28) and requested to know why this hadn't gone out yet. The customer service representative said that it was UPS fault, yet at the same time confirmed that it hadn't left their warehouse. She said that they would send me out another hat over night for the troubles of this issue. She also stated that I would receive a call from a manager within 24 to 48 hours. I never did receive this call. It was late Wednesday and she stated it would go out Thursday and I would have it Friday. I received the second tracking number shortly after the call on 7/28. I watch the tracking number and same thing happens, no movement, UPS awaiting package. I call back and talk to a customer care representative who refuses after asking to speak to a supervisor to let me speak to one. Apparently none were available. He said that the hats would eventually go out at some point but I would not be receiving overnight shipping as they aren't authorized to do that. After thinking on that horrible service I called back Friday (7/30) and insisted to speak to a supervisor. They gave me the same information but said nothing else could be done. By this time one of the hats had shipped and I should get it next week. Ok fair enough. I finally receive the hat on 8/3 and the box and hat are both DESTROYED beyond wear. I called back and said if this was what was going to come in the mail then I would like it sent to the store as I am sure those hats aren't showing up like this. She said she would have to get supervisor approval to do that. Shouldn't replacing an item that was destroyed in shipping come as a no brainer why would that need a supervisor. Customer service of Tractor Supply is beyond disappointing and once I get this resolved I will no longer shop with them in the future.

Found the BIB I've been looking all around for! Although they didnt have the Carhartt brand, but I'm Satisfied with the Ridgecut brand, wasn't many sizes available but they had my size! Pretty cheap as well.. Tractor Supply is a great place to get all your Indoor & Outdoor supplies, Good customer services, the employees were very nice and helpful, well shop here again and would recommend to friends and family..

Went to tractor supply wirh my family, try to turn right on their parking lot. There is a huge container. Can't see the other car, I almost got in a car accident. I am asking the tractor supply muve that right away for customer safety.

This store won the championship for tsc stores for absurd management and working mess. This peoples speaks too much about everything and don't want to work at all. Start general management through warehouse personnel all uncompetitive and don't know anything about work.

The best part of visiting TS is their staff. They are always helpful, kind and smiling! I've never had issues finding a selection of the items we are looking for, feed, fencing, shavings, boots, plants, etc.

There is always someone knowledgeable working. Whether you have gardening questions or chicken questions, if the worker doesn't know, they know how to find the answer. I always feel more like a person than just a random customer when asking for help. It seems like the staff actual like their jobs. Great!

Tractor Supply Co. has products in stock that some big box stores only carry seasonally. We grew a lovely lawn on hard, dry, cracked Virginia clay-based "soil" in the middle of summer, during the 2018 heat wave! Tractor Supply has all your farm and outdoor needs. I was also able to find some miscellaneous items for our pop-up camper before our trip to the eastern shore. Check the schedule if you are in need of pet care. Staff and team members were extremely helpful as soon as I walked into the building.

In todays society it is hard to find great customer service. I usually dread asking for help and don't like to be bothered when shopping, however I was in total shock at Tractor Supply Fredericksburg today. After walking the store 3x looking for an item, I finally stopped and asked for help, what I got was astronomically great service! Krystal not only helped me find it, she went and got a cart for me and loaded it up for me… none of which was asked of her. She went way above what was asked of her and she was the most pleasant person ive dealt with in years. We chatted for a bit and she is such as amazing person and animal lover. 110% appreciate her, and after working sales myself for the past 7 years, I knew she deserved this recognition. These 5 stars is for this awesome employee!!

Do not recommend going here very unsanitary. Dog urine on floors the pet clinic did not tell us we needed our puppy's records after we called ahead and inquired we drove 1hr 30min to get our fur baby's nails trimmed just to be told she could not do it unless we paid for a shot that my puppy has already had . Also while waiting to be seen few of the young techs was mis handling a Lab. I recommend just paying to see a actual vet or groomers.

The service is spectacular. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. They helped me pick out the correct feed for the local birds as well as for squirrels. Have really cute country style outdoor decor and it was 25% off. Love w this store.

What could go wrong with tractor supply. Been shopping in Manassas, Fredericksburg and some places I was just passing through for over 20 years. Always happy employees. Was kind of bummed out the $4.99 hat I always buy was sold out. Not to worry. Website had them and sent to my home. What you want when you want.

Good selection. Prices aren't bad. Got some Keens on clearance. Love the wide selection of appropriate products for outdoors, farm, and work. The couple people I talked to were friendly and readily offering help. Would recommend, and will go again.

If I could I would give it a zero star.Tractor Supply has managed to provide one of the worst customer service experience ever. I am not much for writing reviews or giving feedbacks but the experience I have had with Tractor supply not only warrants a feedback but also to let everyone else to know that If you care for your valuable time to spend your hard earned money somewhere else. After ordering a lawn mower on July 13th I was notified by the shipping company that order will be delivered on Wednesday the July 20th. I took a day off from work and waited all day to find out that driver took the item back and no one bothered to call . Subsequently after speaking with the shipping company I ended up taking another 2 days off from work to wait for the lawn mower resulting in the same, with no product being delivered and making a fib excuses from customer not taking delivery to item was trapped behind another delivery. Finally I called the Tractor Supply today and despite T&S talking to the shipping company and assuring that the lawn mower will be delivered today(I was doubtful regardless) I have been just called by the shipping company driver that I need to have a front loader (at my residence) in order to get this item delivered where as item was supposed to be delivered using a lift gate. At this point I am just canceling my order as T&S clearly doesn't care for the customer and there valuable time. I am really disappointed in this company after taking several days off from my work and then hiring another company to mow the grass over the weekend, waiting for the lawn mower to be delivered I am still without it.Taking my business elsewhere.

It's just an all around good place to go to get for anything you need for a place with property and the prices are competitive.I love going here whenever I'm on Rte 3. The staff always knows where everything is even when you are like me and call that little thing a whatchamacallit with two hooks and you use it to pull objects closer together by twisting the middle - oh yeah, a turnbuckle thingy. hahahaha,Seriously, great place.

Love the store! We have lots of animals and they have things for property owner/farm owner doesn't. We especially love the spring chick sale and the sales on feed. It is sometimes hard to catch soemone to help you but when you do they are always nice.

Great farm style hardware store.They have every kind of farm related material you might need.They also have a huge clothes assortment with dress boots and work boots too.They have alot of pet supplies at great prices too.Tools all over the store too at great prices.I went there today to buy two trailer tires and found two high quality replacements already mounted on rims.I didn't know this was how they came but I saw two trailer tires mounted on rims at Walmart that used made in china tires mounted on them that looked terrifyingly cheap.These Tractor Supply rims/ tires looked much higher quality and it was worth the slightly higher price to get tires that I could trust on my trailer.And,the rims matched the ones that have been on the trailer for twenty years.I'm pretty happy especially considering how nothing is in stock these days.Alot to see here.It's a fun store just to come into and look around.

This is a pretty good Tractor Supply. There is a good bit of turnover but staff is usually pretty friendly. They have the stuff you need when you own a little land. Most stuff is organized pretty good and they aren't out of stock on stuff very often. I couldn't live without it. Thanks Tractor Supply.

I enjoy shopping the store and found nice sales just last week. Their weekend hours are a savior when you run out of feed items. I enjoy there swap days out in the lot. The only issue I would say is that don't want to get behind anyone who is filling propane. That is one slow process. It took ten mins of some sort of paper work.

Local Tractor Supply in our area. Always able to find what I need from past shopping experience. Prices are fair, staff is mostly friendly but can be hit and miss sometimes. They seem to cycle through employees quite a bit but probably due to not being able to pay them well.

Love this store, the only negative is the fact you have to run the gauntlet getting into the store, hopefully that will stop soon.The staff are always very friendly and helpful, bathrooms could use a serious overhaul, accessable bathroom in the men's has the door on backwards.
