This is my first time in a super target and I loved it. So much more for selection on everything. The produce looked very fresh, and all the other food isles were fully stocked. Lots to find in all the other departments as well. The seasonal section was set up for Fourth of July, with plenty of burgers, dogs, and s'mores, as well beer for adults. The toy section was full of many items, with very few sections having missing toys(not like my target back home) There were many checkout lines available, as well as self checkout. At the front where the cart coral is was the only area I seen any trash, including the parking lot, so a solid 4.8 stars.. rounding up to five.

This Target location in Cosner's Corner is always kept clean and tidy. The lines move fast and their shelves are often stocked well. The staff is friendly and available to help you if needed. The parking lot offers plenty of parking and there is never an issue finding a spot. If you are shopping at Target, it's a good option.

I was there the other day and two employees..Daniel and Chase were so nice. They went completely out of their way to help me find a product with smiles on their faces. They really make the customer feel like Target is a great place to shop.Many stores now you just can't get help to find anything. im so glad Target has such great employees. they went way beyond helping me and I appreciate it so much.

The store was very open and clean when I visited it on a Tuesday. The staff were all busy working and was very helpful when I couldn't find an item that I was looking for. I showed it to them on my phone and they went right to it and brought it to me. It saved me a lot of time because I was in a hurry. Checkup was very quick and I like shopping there in the middle of the day. I will certainly go back during the holidays to get what I need.

We are pretty loyal shoppers at Target, Cosner’s Corner. Since we are long term Massaponax residents, we shop there regularly.Today we had the unfortunate experience of both poor customer service in the bakery, and an old and dried out cookie cake. Yes, I know cookie cakes aren’t the best choice, but my young people love them, and they are usually a crowd pleaser. It is a pity to see them allow their quality to decline in such a way.I know I should probably have taken this up with them first, but I really don’t want another cookie cake or a refund, I just wanted to voice my displeasure at both our treatment at the bakery and disappointing quality of one of their product.

Store is a new store. The layout was different from other stores. It was hard to find items. Pricing display was difficult to read. I had to ask the pricing on items several times. Store was very clean. There was not a lot of checkers. They were forcing up to use self checkout. There was not a lot of people interfacing at checkout. They are losing customer service with this way of doing business.

Super convenient. Fast! Staff are friendly and do a great job. Only negative is there a lot of items you can't order online and they low inventory or many items. Also, the notification for out of stock isn't consistent. Otherwise it's my "go to" for grocery pickup!

Usually has what I'm looking for, just not always at the best price. Products are good quality and the store feels open and upbeat with a good atmosphere. The shopping baskets need to be looked at closer when cleaning them if they even clean the baskets.

I believe this was a new cashier. So, I don't fault her, but fault management for not training her properly.I was looking at the little customer facing display at the "TOTAL" of $25.57 and knew that wasn't right. It should have been $24.57 ($1 off coupon). The cashier said it was $24.57. Her screen showed the right total, and the Customer Display screen did not. She did not know why and called over someone else, I assume a supervisor. She couldn't explain it either. Told me to swipe to see what happens. The correct amount was charged. The customer display should show the correct total! (This could be a system design issue). No apology from either person and no offer to bring it up to management.2nd, I bought 2 gift cards. I did not get a gift card receipt. The supervisor said, they don't automatically print, and that I should have asked for one. The cashier should have asked if I wanted a gift card receipt but didn't. How is the customer supposed to know to ask or that it doesn't automatically print one. Also, she only printed one. I said I had 2 gift cards and therefore should have 2 receipts. She said she didn't know I wanted 2 and that I should have asked for 2 and then asked if are they going to the same household? I said no, but that should not make a difference. She proceeded to print a 2nd one. She made me feel that it was my fault for not knowing to ask for a gift receipt and not specifying that I need 2.This was terrible customer service for Target. Even Wal-Mart has had better customer service than this.

I am a disabled Vet and I use a lot of delivery and pickup services since I no longer drive. Target pick up service is remarkable in its simplicity and extremely efficient. I have ordered on line and had my son pick up item 2 hrs later on his way home from work, without getting out of his car! I love it!You really cannot ask for more than that!

They sold me a sensory Ben aimed towards 3-6y olds. My daughter is 3 1/2 so I was excited being she loved the one I got off of Amazon. Shorty after opening it and googling them I found out that the water beads they comes with are deadly to anybody not just children under 3 if ingested. Also the “sand” smells similar to nail acrylic. Why in the world would sand for kids to draw in smell like chemicals??? Does this company even care about small children’s safety.

My almost 81-year-old husband actually picked up the online order for me. Miraculously, he had no issues. If he can do it, it should be a piece of cake for everyone else! I also paid with my Red Card (attached to my checking account) and got 5% off. It is not much, but every little bit helps, and it is better for me to have that money than Target. They have plenty!

I loved this Target before the remodel but feel it's been declining since. They are frequently out of stock on the same items week after week. I've had to start checking dates on everything after purchasing several expired items. There was an expired box of yogurt tubes that sat on the shelf multiple weeks. The best thing is the staff. The staff is typically very helpful and will try to find products that aren't on the shelves. After the remodel, they started playing music, but I much preferred when music was not played over the speakers. I hope they soon recover from this slump and become a 5 star Target once again.

Next level dip in customer service. Zero full service registers open with about 30 carts deep of a line for the self service check out. Some people have kids that they are juggling with large carts. Higher wages equals less jobs I guess...

Very quick and easy! There was absolutely no wait to get thru the online order line OR the regular grocery lines which was amazing for a Black Friday. The efficiency of the employees at this branch is amazing.

Cleanliness, kind respectful and helpful employees, prices are comparable to Walmart for the most part. But the things that are more pricey then Walmart are better quality then Walmart. And I take all of that over a dirty, disrespectful, rude, slow, cheaper per say store. Downfall is though that there isn't everything u need in 1 store unfortunately so iend up having to go to other store's for items target does not carry. Like certain foods, outdoor items, crafts, and school items.

An actual manager was super rude to me. They were putting out items and I needed something from the area they were working in. I was standing right next to her, clearly trying to look at something that she was in front of and she made no effort to move. So I kindly asked if I could grab something and she flat out ignored me. Then when I went to grab the item she gave me a death glare, there was no mistaking the seething hatred on her face. Am I not allowed to shop? That’s behavior I’d expect from a regular employee, not a manager. I used to work retail too, if a customer wanted to look at something or knew what they needed and just needed to grab it, it’s really no big deal to step back for 2 seconds. I doubt anyone working there sees this but if someone does the manager there needs an attitude adjustment.

The fact that I could pick up my order at my convenience. I wasn't required to pick up on the same day I had options. I thought that was SUPER COOL!! I love that I can order items and get them in 2 hours all from my phone app!!

Every employee I have interacted with so far has been helpful, and not just minimally. They get on their walkie and communicate with the back, get on their phones and check online. One even took 5 minutes to explain the app to me while I was checking out which has helped me to save money since getting the app.
