Alex was amazing he fit me in last minute and was so friendly. He kept me entertained the whole time he was doing my tattoo. I’m going to for sure be coming back to him for my future tattoos. I also got my nose pierced the same day I didn’t get the piercers name but they did an amazing job little to no pain. The overall staff made me feel welcome and their mood within the building was upbeat and positive.

10 out of 10 I definitely recommend coming here for a tattoo. I had originally wrote on Facebook asking people who their favorite tattoo artist is and I got the name Wes from sorry Mom. I came here originally for a consultation and he ended up doing a quick seven letter on me, then I came back for my original consultation tattoo and I felt absolutely in love all over again. The staff there are always funny. They make me laugh, clean friendly service. I will Definitely be back so that Wes can tattoo me more. If you want good work for honest prices, this is the place to go

This was my second time coming back to get piercings done by Audrey and she is absolutely amazing!! I got my belly button and an ear piercing this go and she was patient with me and had a very calming attitude. She walked me through on the healing process and gave recommendations to avoid irritation. I definitely recommend going to see Audrey for your piercing needs!

I had a helix piercing today by Mike. He was fantastic! He explained everything, was friendly and patient, and the piercing was practically painless. I had a helix piercing done at the mall a few years ago, and that experience was awful. I HIGHLY recommend Mike for any piercing needs! We will definitely go back to him in the future!

Best shop in Fred for piercings!! Got my nostril done here when I was 19 and recently got my septum done by Mike, he is the best! He was very nice, talked me through everything and hyped me up when I was nervous. Highly recommend this shop!!! They also have the best prices in town for the amazing quality of jewelry and professionalism.

100/10!! My daughter came to get her ears pierced and Mike was absolutely amazing!!! Although she had been begging to get them done, she was very nervous. He was so patient with her and explained everything he was doing. He was relatable, kind, and friendly with me and my husband. We received clear instructions for cleaning and follow up. We will 100% be a returning customer!He was the perfect person to pierce her ears, she could not be happier.Very clean, fast, and professional. 10/10 recommend.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and got a second piercing in my ears. They were so kind and patient. However my second piercings were not symmetrical. I was a bit bummed but when I came back they redid it at no charge and were super nice about it.

I was recommended to visit Sorry Mom Tattoo for a helix piercing. When I arrived they took me back pretty fast, but felt very rushed when I tried to explain and show a picture of what I wanted. They pierced my helix with a stud, and due to being rushed I didn't notice that it was a stud until I left. Since my cartilage was pierced with a stud and not a gauged bar, I had to go to another tattoo shop to get it re-pierced (multiple times) for the bar to fit into the hole. Overall the people were nice, but moved too fast and I had to have it re-done somewhere else.

Edited review. Do not come here for piercings. The piercer did not explain what she was doing or discuss any after care, and used an earring with a butterfly clasp which is unacceptable for a new piercing. When I asked for a flat back, she was unable to make the switch and had to repierce it entirely after digging around in my ear for 5 mins trying to force it through, causing trauma to the wound.After two days of excessive pain and swelling went to another shop who immediately pointed out that the angle was awful and that my lobe piercing was diagonally going through cartilage in the back. I took it out and have to wait for it to heal to go elsewhere and try again.

Mike Burke is the BEST piercer. Not only is he extremely sanitary and takes cleanliness and customers health very seriously he is a master at making sure you’re comfortable. His level of professionalism is out of this world. You can tell he’s very knowledgeable at what he does and takes his artistry very seriously. The prices at the shop are totally fair, the jewelry selection is top notch and everyone in the shop is so beyond friendly which is hard to come by these days. I got my nose pierced there. It was a very clean place. I watched them sanitize the whole work station before and after me. Everything was brand new and opened in front of me. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I knew exactly what to expect as well. I personally haven't gotten a tattoo from here. But I can highly recommend the place for piercings! Everyone was very kind! You should check it out for both! I would definitely go back!

Found this shop on Google and decided to try it out. Went on their socials and looked through the portfolios and originally wanted to get a double nose piercing by Michael. Unfortunately the day I went he wasn’t in but another awesome employee answered my questions and did my piercing(so sorry I forgot your name but I definitely remember what you look like). It was a breeze and I told dude I was nervous but he was really chill about it and said it would be done in know time. He meant it because by the time he was done with the second one it was over. AND he made sure they marks were even. Love that. Definitely coming back for my ears next or even a tat. It’s awesome that they’re downtown because I was originally planning to go to Richmond. Y’all are awesome.

Love love love this place!!! I love a good impulse piercing and sorry mom tattoo is always there for me. I have gotten my rook, conch, and septum all done at sorry mom and love them. They look perfect and have different types of jewelry available incase you’re like me and can’t stand sliver. They walk you through the whole pricing process and make sure you like the placement. It’s a shame there is not a zero star option! My mother, little sister and I went to get matching tattoos for Friday the 13th. We stood in line for 5 hours just to be turned away when we finally got to the door. We filled out the paperwork required and were told sorry come back tomorrow and try again! It is inexcusable to be turned away after standing in a line for 5+ hours!!They were picking and choosing their friends out of the line to get their tattoos done! If you are having a flash sale you should staff better and not have two staff at the end of the night!! I will NEVER go back!! got a helix piercing and two tats from the friday the 13th flash art. It was awesome that they extended the deal for the whole weekend due to the volume of people who showed up!! Even though my tattoo artist(wes) probably had to do over a 100 different tats he still managed to take his time and make mine look dope!!
