I order food from here pretty regularly and I’m sympathetic to the employees being in and rush or missing something once in a while but it is getting really irritating when I order nachos and they have no cheese ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME LATELY. Like seriously who wants to eat chili, rice and bean chips. This needs to stop, I’m sick of it; I want what I pay for and why should people be paid to not do their job the right when especially when it’s slow and there’s absolutely no excuse other than laziness

The worst when it comes to customer. The short Spanish girl back there let our food sit there for 20 mins. You know when the food is done they set it up on the counter for you to grab it she didn't even do that. So when we asked for our food she said y'all didn't come and get it. It's not our responsibility to come up there and get. When it's done you call the number out and put it on the counter she didn't even do that that's the second time she's done that worst customer service even. I can't believe she tried to act like it was our fault we didn't get our food

Been coming here since it’s the cheapest gas near my job:) went inside and it’s SUPER clean and the girl who checked out my food has the biggest smile and was super welcoming. Specially in places you don’t expect it like a GAS STATION, it’s so nice to see a worker be so kind (she even complimented my hair lol) I didn’t catch her name but she was working the register on 10/21 in the afternoon and has very short hair:) thank you!!

Im actually updating this from a 5 star to 4 star review - whenever I've used the drive-thru recently, I've waited upwards of 10 minutes for food. This location is right by my house, but I'm starting to think it may not be worth stopping by due to the wait times. Everyone I've spoken to is great; I think they have a problem with understaffing (or some other issue up the totem pole.)Regardless, everyone I've talked to here is awesome and the food is great; some managerial decisions could bring this to a 5 easily.

The music is horrible. I have heard better music in a haunted house. At least play something everyone can relate to. Some 70s 80s 90s . Something other than what you're playing . It sucks. I do like ur stores!!

I went to the Sheetz today and ordered a sandwich. However, I was standing at the register to pay for my meal, and I saw one of the workers making the sandwiches however he dropped some foil on the floor picked it up with the gloves that he was making a sandwichs with and went back to work with the food with the same gloves on- that is so dirty and nasty I will never go back hear again . I reported it to the so-called manager and he tried to defend him but I watched him the whole time. So sad.

Employees making monkey noises didn’t really help my PTSD much. Otherwise, a decent enough place. Maybe mgt could get the loud employees to pipe down some. Thanks.(Note most workers have been very friendly when I’ve been in there. Just some make odd, loud noises and use their outdoor voice while inside, which can be very annoying. Thanks.)

Worst sheetz in the area. Every single time I go through the drive-thru my order is wrong or I have to wait forever. Like literally every single time. My drinks are never the right size I order and they taste different every single time if I order the same coffee drink. Staff always seems to be untrained or oblivious 10 things or how the drive-thru works. After the millionth time of getting my order wrong I have finally learned my lesson and will not be returning.

I frequently use this location for fuel, food and snacks. I've never had a bad experience here and the staff are very nice.The made to order food and drink options are pretty expansive as well. It's very similar to a Wawa if you've been to one, but that's not a bad thing.During the pandemic they require that you wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Markers are on the floor to help you out.They offer online ordering as well as curbside pick up. The gas prices are also usually right in line with what you'd expect these days.. as it's a fair distance from the nearest 95 ramp, so it's not inflated for that at all.

No matter what you order, no matter what time of day it is, they have the slowest process to get food from behind the counter. You're better off just buying something pre-made or a different snack and being on your way because it doesn't matter if it's just a drink or if it's a whole meal it's going to take you over 20 minutes to get anything.

My family goes to this location more than we care to admit. The staff is always friendly, especially CJ. The food is always done well and quickly- even when there is a long line. They handle the stress with a smile on their faces. The location is clean and well stocked. Any issues we have had have been handled well by the manager to our satisfaction.

We were re-routed off 95 and needed to stop for gas and I needed to eat because my sugar had dropped. We ordered our food at 7:22pm and received our food at 7:55pm. They forgot to put the condiments on my husbands food and forgot half of what food he ordered which we didn’t realize til after we got back on road cause you would think after waiting over a half hour we should of gotten all our order. We got no I’m sorry for your wait or compensation for waiting and hung up on when called to ask about the food missing. This sheetz is a disgrace to other sheetz if it can not handle a rush especially because everyone coming in was patrons of having to sit in traffic for hours and they were more worried about their drive thru then making orders also for the ones who placed them inside. Corporation might want to check in on this sheetz or get them some help cause their service tonight sucked and we definitely will never come back to this one or suggest it to anyone.

I come to Sheetz pretty much everyday and have had very few issues. This morning I was treated very rudely by cashier. He was a white male probably in twenties. I grabbed a few items after I filled my car up with my sheets gas card. I set two Pepsi's and a breakfast pizza on the counter and I had a $100 bill in my hand and was gonna ask for a carton of cigarettes but before I could the cashier looks at me and says I can't take that. I ask him why and all he says to me is quote " because I can't". I say to him it's all I have and he rudely says to me " that's not my problem ". So instead of even mentioning that I need a carton of cigarettes I just left. Now y'all usually have the cheapest gas but that's all you have that's really cheaper. Needless to say I don't need some $10 per hour shmuck being rude to me so from here on out I'll just skip the inside part of your stores. Should cost cost y'all about $100 dollars a week. I'm sure my little bit of money won't effect y'all any but if that cashier continues to be rude then I'm sure others will do the same. Btw I'm only giving you 1star because your gas is good unlike the pretty much flavorless food.

I go every morning on my way to work and service is great! It also makes my day to when I get to look into Alyssa’s eyes she is amazingly gorgeous and I can’t get the nerve to even say good morning. Unfortunately this is the only sheetz drive through in my area. I often stop on my way to work to pick up my vape refills, and everytime I have to explain in detail what they look like because none of the staff (even though they recognize me and know me by name) can be bothered to learn the stock. Drive through always has a long wait even when I'm the only person in the lane. Other than that, staff is friendly save for 1 bad apple, and management is quick to fix any problems.

They neglected to let us customers know they were out of tomatoes. After I bought my sandwich and got in the car I noticed my sandwich has nothing but turkey and mayo which isn’t what I ordered. I went back in and they then told me they were out of tomatoes. Like hello put up a sign or something. I’ve never been more frustrated. Done with this location.

2018-12-16 wow gas prices were lower than my favorite gas station near my home, a very nice lady inside helped me with the computer touch screen device to order a hot mocha drink and the bathrooms were nice and clean too. Plenty of parking spots.

This chick got the nerve to basically assault me as she grabs the trash can from me while I'm looking for a ticket i threw away. A winner mind you. And then claims i do it every night and make a mess. LIAR! First off i don't even live in the area so how am I supposed to be doing this every night? Dummy. Second, but should be first, where does she get off touching me i should press charges. Lucky im in a new years mood still. And i explained the situation to her and i would clean any mess. She got ruder which was hard to do considering she already assaulted me. She wouldn't give me a name so ill describe the 50 yr old African American childish women. About 5'5. You'll know by her stank attitudes towards customers and horrible demeanor.

Great place, lots of parking,, dine in or drive thru. Not too busy at all. Very good experience and the staff was polite. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. There are places to sit outside with umbrellas and there is wheelchair parking and van parking.

This evening me and husband went to sheetz instead of going to Wawa. While we were waiting for our food to be called out, my frozen coffee was called out. However it was HOT & not frozen. I have done this mistake before, but I grabed the drink and was telling my husband how disappointed I was in myself because I cannot drink hot coffee. The gentleman there, Torrez Ellis took the time to fix it for me. I asked him to just blend it but he made me a whole new one. Because of this simple gesture I will start going to this Sheetz much more often.

Usually the cheapest gas, especially when you take the 3¢ off just for having a free sheetz card. MTO and already made food is great, and resonably priced. Also like the drive-thru they have! Staff has been friendly and helpful!
