The soil mix was wonderful and had the delicious compost smell. I was very happy with the level of customer service I received. The delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and the soil was not blocking anything critical.

I am setting up 2 new raised garden beds and purchased two yards of the 50/50 soil/mushroom mix. The order was delivered the next day as discussed and was laid perfectly on the tarp I had out. The employees are great! Very friendly and helpful. I gave a 4 star because as I was shoveling the mix in the beds, I had to keep picking out trash from the mixture. I thought this would have been screened or if it was, screened better. But overall, I am happy. They were a delight to do business with and I hope my plants love the soil.

Delivery was on time but I was not satisfied with the product (50/50 Mix Topsoil/Garden Gro Compost). The product contained a lot of large chunks of sticky/wet silt that was hard to break. The topsoil was not well mixed. I hope the team can uphold to the quality and standard.

Quail Ridge offers a great product for a reasonable price and delivers on time! One cord of kiln dried firewood lasted three months and I still have a bit left over. This firewood creates less smoke and burns longer. I needed an additional 1/2 cord and, again, they made it easy for me to order online and schedule delivery. They delivered in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Quail Ridge!

Top soil delivery (8 cu yd) went smooth. It arrived on time and James, our delivery pro, was courteous and accommodating. He managed to place the soil exactly where needed regardless of the tight, tight fit. The product itself looks to be as advertised, very good quality.

This was our third delivery of kiln dried fire wood from Quail Ridge and it won’t be our last! The ordering process is simple and the staff is professional. The delivery driver was super courteous and placed our order right where requested even though it was a tight squeeze. The wood is good quality and burns easily and reliably.

Base mulch price plus delivery is competitive. We are outside Fredericksburg, so delivery was a little higher than if you lived closer. Delivery occurred when promised (we picked the date) and they called before arriving as instructed. Received a generous 20 cubic yards. Moved about 30 wheelbarrows full and have only seen 2 small pieces of paper in the mulch. The salesperson and driver were both pleasant.

I called mid week and was able to get 5 loads delivered on Friday on short notice. The driver worked hard to get me all of the loads before the rain the next morning.
