I always thought this store was pretty good but lately the deli just can't get anything right. I put 2 orders in and they called and left a message asking if I wanted both orders I called them back and assured them that I did want both orders. She took my name and said she would take care of it. Granited this was a curbside pickup. Someone else was picking these orders up for me and when the orders got to my house only one order was filled and on the other order I got a pack of cheese which cost me a delivery fee because they canceled out the deli meat because I had another order in even though I was told that they would take care of it. I don't know what's going on in this store but this is not the first mess up in the deli and somebody should look into it and fix it. I cannot recommend the deli in this store to anyone.

I have had 2 cakes made from this bakery. They were so amazing. The bakery staff is also so friendly. I'll definitely be getting future cakes from this location.

Had a birthday cake ordered and went to pick it up. They didn’t make my cake. Manager came and not only have bakery manager make cake first thing next morning but took care of charge and had it delivered. I got it in time for the birthday. Now that was service! The cake was just wow!!! Amazing service! He made it right! Thank you!!!

The fresh baked bread is always really good. The produce also has been extremely fresh this time of year, and delicious. Compliments to the bakery staff, especially cake makers. They made a lovely carrot cake for my daughter’s birthday!

The people are what make this location nice. I love the pastry section. This grocery store has the most unique selection of products that I can't find at other major stores in the area. Unfortunately, the prices are just a bit too high for my budget, so I recommend getting the app to see the buy-one get-one deals.

Nothing to write home about. Produce are not that fresh compared to Aldi. There are deals but most stuff are overpriced. I like the Richmond branch better because employees literally treated me like an angel.

I love this grocery store. The produce is always great quality, the daily made breads are DELICIOUS, the seafood is excellent quality, and there is a wide variety of meat to chose from. Publix is the only place I’ve ever found whole smoked ducks! It’s so nice to have access to easy meals that aren’t frozen. They are more expensive than I would like but I am willing to pay a little extra to avoid Walmart. Seriously, everyone at Walmart smells like weed these days. Oh! And since Walmart got rid of most of their cashiers for robots, I’m much happier shopping at Publix.

My family wanted Chantilly cake for Christmas. When I called the Bakery Department. They told me they only have one Chantilly cake left. They packed and kept if for me excellent customer service.

You can find almost anything at this store with an eye and nod to a high quality shopping experience. I bought fresh produce, a pastry, fresh seafood and dairy. Checkout was smooth and courteous. I filled a prescription for my cat through the very convenient drive-thru. PUBLIX has it going on!

I got subs and cupcakes here for my daughters first birthday and they were so good! Everyone was raving about the subs, the bread was so soft and fresh and the cupcakes were amazing! Also worth mentioning the deli was absolutely packed but the workers were still nice and pleasant and had everything done on time and ready to go!

I will definitely return to this Publix location when I visit in the future. I loved the professionalism and great customer service I received throughout the whole experience. I called this location from out of state on Tuesday to place an order for pickup on Saturday. When I arrived, my 60-piece wing order was packaged and ready. All I had to do was pay for them. The option to prepay was available online, but I wanted a slightly different order than what was available, which is why I called.The only thing I'd change about my order would be to ask if I could have gotten all flats because the drumsticks were on the big side.

Publix is a great supermarket. Fredericksburg is lucky to have one.Their bakery foods are delicious; their deli sandwiches are yummy. Be prepared to wait in line at the deli. It’s worth the wait.Make sure you check the weekly ad for the BOGO (buy one get one free) items. This week I bought only BOGO items; I spent $55 and saved $55. Publix is the real deal. I saved a lot of money last week as well, on the BOGO wines (although it wasn’t listed in the BOGO section on the app). I’m not sure you can have free wine in Virginia, so a $10 bottle of Woodbridge Chardonnay was listed as two bottles for $10. Still BOGO.I was very happy with the selection of environmentally friendly products.The Publix app is great! I downloaded several digitalcoupons and the app arranged my grocery list according to the aisle in the store. Very easy to use.

My family make a trip out of going to Publix, especially for the deli sandwiches. It pains me to say that this location has the worst deli staff I’ve ever been to. Rude to us, kept passing us up for other customers and just straight up poor customer service. It’s a pity cos I like Publix and this made me not want to come back to a Publix again.

Preordered a birthday cake with red trim and black writing. What I got was a sloppy cake with black funeral draping, peach/coral trim, cramped writing, cake showing through the top edges with a sunken center. Food Lion and Walmart don’t allow this quality cakes to leave their stores.

Always clean. Management always present. Deli employees are very respectful and hard working. Shelves are well stocked and fronted well. The pharmacist is excellent. Always who gives us our flu shots… very kind man.

Good food and people but for the love of christ add some more workers at the deli. You have 2 people trying to take care of walk in customers and online orders. Stop moving everything around. Sometimes it's like a maze in there as well. So much stuff in the walkways it's ridiculous.
