I reviewed this I thought. Chelsea normally does him. Cassie "groomed" him this time. She didn't clean his face of the tear duct crust, when I took him back in after seeing it, I was told, "she tried, but it was caked on and his eye got too irritated to try more". Nosh"t it's irritated.Chelsea cleans it.Cassie again didn't cut the hair on his head to the same shortness as the rest. I KNOW they have notes in the computer.I bought the pkg deal. Buy x get x free. I'm pretty ticked off. I live in the country. It's not like I can just put him in the car and go have them take care of it.3 days later and his eye area is still pink.
