We brought our lab Josie Wales in for a spa day. The young lady Morgan who was her groomer was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Moran was gentle and loving yet strong enough to handle a 75lb 2 yr old lab. She showed poise and grace when talking with us and best of all Josie looked and smelled wonderful! We have already booked our next appointment with Morgan. Good job ma’am and thank you for the great service.

Found everything I needed. It is always clean when I go to the store at Corners Corner. I did notice that when a furry guest got a little too excited, there is always someone willing to help clean up. Check out was easy and quick. I do wish they had a larger selection of mind stimulating games for dogs though.

How can PetSmart claim to care about pets and animals when you constantly stock those beautiful fighting fish in TINY containers. Nobody looks after them. They can hardly move. They all ALWAYS DIE. PetSmart claims to care about animals. It does not. If it did it would not support this cruelty of pretending to sell these poor fish. I came into the Fredericksburg, VA, store to buy cat litter as I couldn't find it anywhere else (otherwise I would not have set a foot inside) and I saw several of these fish containers empty, but with a bright green "moss" on the bottom. As I walked past in horror, I relaized it was not moss, but the remains of the dead fish that had sunk to the bottom. At the top of your website you claim: "10,316,479 lives saved". How about admitting all the lives of these poor, helpless, trapped, sickly, forlorn fish you have ended!!!!

Went in here and got a 36in pet crate desk. With a crate and with a dog bed. I’m diesel but it’s still A lot for one man to carry. I go to the cashier and let her know I’m going to be purchasing this crate desk it’s heavy. She said “that’s in the back how am I supposed to scan it?” I responded “can you get someone to help me carry it” the look she gave me hurt my soul. So I had to go to the back get this desk crate that doesn’t fit in any of the carts position it for her to be able to scan because she’s a 22 year old disabled Vietnam veteran. I’m very dissatisfied by this service. I hurt my back trying to one man carry this dog desk out of the store. This was unnecessary all I asked for was help.

I had a grooming appointment and they told me it was going to take about 4 hours. I had to drive an hour to get there and on the way back because of their safety protocols. Actually the real reason was it was going to be a little bit of a difficult grooming which I told them when I made the appointment and dropped him off. Ended up spending 3 hours driving back and forth and still have no groomed dog.

Emily in the grooming department is hands-down the best! We take our two standard poodles (since they were puppies) and our senior citizen schnoodle to her. She is great! Can not recommend her enough.

There are many wonderful people at this petsmart. However there is one assistant manager who is not worth the time it takes to speak about him. Now for more positive. The pet trainer there is amazing. She has tamed the beast when it comes to my dogo argentino.

I've been coming here for my pet supplies for a while. While I was there one employee was cussing out another one and being very unprofessional. I requested to tell a manager because all of this was in front of my son and I was told the manager doesn't care because she is a hard worker. I was told it happens all the time and the manager refuses to do anything about it.

Over priced when comparing identical products which are carried at other local stores.They do have a customer rewards program to earn treats, and you can take your pet inside shopping with you.Most of the sales staff are very friendly and helpful. The Banfield pet clinic staff are friendly and helpful too.However, it’s not been that similar experience for me in the grooming area. I don’t like their grooming staff attitudes, nor how roughly and disrespectfully they handle the dogs when they think nobody is watching, nor how filthy dirty the grooming room always is. That’s a human safety concern because staff might slip on the slick fur that’s piled up all over the floor, and it’s a pet-health issue too. All that combined cut off and brushed out fur from multiple animals commingling and blowing around gets in the pets respiratory system and eyes - who knows what kind of parasites or diseases or infectious bacteria or viruses those other pets might have that could be contagious. It’s not even slightly sanitary in that grooming space.

Bought a hamster from here and the lady acted liked she didn't want to sell it. She said they are her hamsters andtold us we had to buy certain food for it and we bought what she suggested, she was also asking a few times if we were sure we wanted it cause she didn't want to let them go......which we did. It died 2 days later.The one we got at petco we still have months later. We will only buy at petco.from now on.

1 staff memeber was nice then another staff member needs to learn before bashing a customer make sure they are out hearing range. Just because the customer knows what they want and didn't go with what they wanted to sell don't bash someone specially a disabled person

I live 35 minutes away in Mineral . Just got a new puppy with chewing problems lol . Called so I wouldn't have to drive up if they didn't have the product and Jackie took time to answer the phone to let me know she had a line so I had to be put on hold to wait until she checked everyone out (.really?) I asked her if someone else could help me she said no everyone is on break with a attitude ok she is having a bad day so I asked to speak to a manager she told me she was a team leader. Ok I was done I thought she had a line but she had time to argue with me. So I told her to call me a manager please and she got more upset with me 2X more I asked and let her know that I was very upset .OMG!!! She put me on hold and Loretta picked up and very sweet helped me I was very appreciated thank you Loretta. For your customer service

Some of the Managers are rude. They can say extremely rude comments to you, and no one seems to care that they do. If you need lizards or feeders or fish get them Loretta is amazing, but Petco carries pretty much the same accessories and food for other animals , Dog crazy is amazing for grooming and Amazon is also an alternative. I just personally don't like being disrespected.

Recently purchased a bag of Core dog food as a last minute purchase. Came home and opened the bag which smelled funny. Looked at the expiration date and it said March 2022. Pretty surprising to see that an associate let that slip and put it on the shelf. Went back and it was replaced with no issue. Luckily I did not see any others on the shelf. Makes me wonder if someone had returned that old bag there.
