Brought my dog for a shampoo. They did a great job I loved how great he smelled after. They were very patient with Copper who is afraid of everything. But, they had no problem and he wasn't stressed out as I expected. Will definitely go back.

I recently took my German Shepherd mix with severe anxiety and reactivity here to get a bath and his nails done. Not only were they super kind and patient, but it was also the quickest I've ever seen him even remotely calm down around someone, much less a stranger. They were quick and communicative and he not only looked great, but felt and smelled AMAZING afterwords too.I could not have been happier for my pup's first professional groom and would highly recommend this place to family and friends!

I bring both my chihuahuas here every 2 weeks to get their nails filed down bc they hate when i cut their nails. Super quick and easy and I’ve never had a problem! Highly recommend 🔥🔥🔥

Best groomers around!!! I highly recommend them and so does my doodle!!! My dog gets so happy and excited when we pull up at Paws & Purrs and he never acted that way at other groomers, so this is a sure sign they are treating him well!!! They are so wonderful!!! I have found my forever groomer!!!! You can definitely trust them with your fur babies!!!

I love Paws & Purrs. They are amazing place to take your pets to for grooming. Every time I go in they are excited to see my two dogs and very helpful. They listen to what I want and easily take adjustment notes for the next time they get groomed. For my pets, pricing is better than the national chains, and I get more for my money. I highly recommend calling them and making a reservation for your pets.

Chose this place due to the reviews and they did not disappoint! Super friendly staff, very reasonably priced and our 2 yr old Goldendoodle looks the best she's ever looked! They did an amazing job, super soft and she was done in about 1.5 hours not the common 4-5! Highly recommend, our new grooming home!!

I LOVE taking my Lab and Shepherds here. They are professional and super friendly. I always see larger dogs and not just small dogs. I love all dogs but as a large dog owner It brings me comfort that the groomers are able to handle all sizes of dogs, especially my big guys!

They are spectacular here. Appointments are always efficient. Staff are fantastic at multi-tasking and so incredibly friendly to both human clients and their fur babies. My Sammy never lets anyone handle her paws, but is totally at ease here and makes an exception.

I recently rescued Standard Poodle that was shy around people and unfamiliar situations. After reading the excellent reviews, I figured I’d give them a call to learn more about their grooming process and explain my delicate situation. Without hesitation, they were more than happy to take Marlon & Mango, my mini goldendoodle as clients. They kindly scheduled them both on the same day to keep the anxiety down for the Marlon. My groomer came and greeted me at the car and spent a lengthy amount of time comforting my nervousness with leaving them for the first time with Paw & Purs. It was a clean, very friendly, and safe environment for all the animals! They even have a few natural dog treats & other holistic supplies for sale. I tell everyone I meet to get their summer cuts at Paws & Purs !

The best groomer around!!!! I used to pay nearly $70 at Petsmart to get my girl groomed! Paws and Purrs is so much more affordable and do a superb job! Staff is so friendly, always prompt in answering phone. Never had any issues and building is always so clean and upbeat. 100% worth the drive from Stafford!

Made a appointment at 11:30 got there 10 minutes early.. the girl says just a few minutes and we sat in the car for over 40 minutes until finally my wife said go and check on them, when I did she was sitting behind a desk and said come in anytime, you would think with it being so hot out and we’re sitting in our car with our cat she would of come out and tell yet to come in ..so rude

LOVE this place!! We met Jenn when she worked at another pet salon, and when she opened up this new place, it wasn't even a question that we would follow her there. Even though it is 10 minutes further than our old place, Jenn is worth the drive! Our Maltipoo, Charlie always comes home looking and smelling great. Jenn listens to exactly what I want and she has even taken the time when he is finished to trim his ears shorter like I like them. Her staff is also very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a doggie grooming salon.

We have an America Akita that is very picky about who she lets get around here. While she's not aggressive, she is very stubborn. She's been asked to not return to Petsmart for grooming due to her size, and unwillingness to cooperate. However, Paws & Purrs has done an EXCELLENT job with her. She loves going there and they're very accommodating. Even if you have a dog that is easy going, and doesn't need special treatment their prices are competitive (and for us cheaper) than the big box stores.

This is a great place for grooming. It just opened but we've been going to Taylor for 5+ years & never had any issues. I'm so glad she's finally opened Paws and Purrs! I'm very picky, but this place does it all Purrrr-fectly and is a terrific value as well!Even though my dog Juliet has special needs for her skin & coat- with medicated sprays & shampoos, & etc. Taylor's happy to follow the prescriptions as written by my vet & my Juliet's skin & coat have never been better! My shy, 13 years young dog still loves to go, and is always so happy afterwards.Just give them a try... I'm very particular, so I think y'all will find it's as great place, for an excellent value.

I don’t even know where to start. 5 stars isn’t enough. Jenn, the owner of the salon is an angel walking this earth. I met her when she was working at another doggie grooming place and she was so great that when she left and opened her own salon I followed her there even though the salon was a 30 minute drive. To me it was worth the drive because I trusted her and I always was happy with how Charlie looked and how she treated him.After today I feel a whole new love and appreciation for her. I was bringing Charlie in to be groomed, he ran away from me, which he never does, and bolted into the woods. I had my car running and a toddler tagging a long. Once I realized Charlie was nowhere to be found, I went into the shop and told them what was happening. Jenn, without hesitation jumped into action. This was at 11am. From this point forward she was doing whatever it took to help me. One of her employees, whose name is escaping me, jumped in and offered to watch my toddler for me while we looked, which was a HUGE HELP. Jenn, canceled the rest of her appointments for the day, she went to Staples and made fliers, she put ads & posts on Nextdoor, Paw Boost, Facebook, any social media platform she could think of she went door to door to every business in the complex and surrounding area, she drove the streets in the neighborhoods surrounding the shopping center.To make a long story short, We did fine him, around 5 o’clock. Jenn spent 6 hours of her day looking for my dog, doing everything she could to find him. I mean everything.When I gave her a hug today and tried to reimburse her for the appointments she lost. She said “No way absolutely not. Are you kidding me!? I love all of my dogs as if they are my own. I would have slept here tonight if I had to, to find him.”Just telling the story about what she did makes me cry. This woman is an angel to me. She is special kind of human you just don’t meet everyday. I am writing this review in hopes that people actually read the whole thing because this is the type of doggie groomer you want to have.I feel so lucky to have found her.

These people are THE BEST. I mean it. They really go above and beyond. They really seem like they love what they do.From the minute I called, I received friendly service and spoke with knowledgable staff. They were even able to see my cat the same day.My cat got into a Scentsy Wax Melter and there was hard wax dried alllll overrrr him. When they were done, he looked like this disaster never even happened.I am so beyond impressed. They are gentle, knowledgeable, hardworking individuals. Needless to say, from start to finish, this place exceeded all expectations!

If you read the review/story my daughter Emily posted below you'll get the gist of why I HAVE to rave about this business and owner. I live in Virginia Beach and have never been to the shop but my daughter is a client there.She has encouraged me to bring my yorkie when I visit her but have never had the right opportunity...now I will make it a point.As a mom, it doesn't matter how old your kids are, you still never want anything bad to happen and go into rescue mode when it does.June 30th was that day.160 miles away I get the call from Emily that Charlie, her white fluffy malti-poo had taken off in the parking lot of the Paws & Purrs. Her phone was ringing , she's juggling her purse, her toddler was making a commotion and wanting drinks and whatever as she tried to get him out of the car...basically a lot going on. Charlie is not a runner and well behaved but for whatever reason she turned around and he was gone.She called me in a panic and in tears about 30 minutes after all this began. I was helpless this far away other than to get online and start posting on lost dog websites for her. Little did I know that her "Mom" angel was right there! I can't express how grateful I am to Jenn for ALL of her time and energy above and beyond! She spent the next 5 hours helping my daughter, cancelling her appointments, taking the initiative to go to Kinkos and quickly make flyers then post them at all local businesses and nearby homes! Who does this!? There is no wonder why she is a success! Jenn has true compassion and cares about your pets! She walks the walk !!What she did for my daughter and how pro-active and professional she was will always be appreciated and remembered.If I could give her 5000 stars I would !!!

I used to bring my furry family to the groomers until I met Jenn...now my furry children go to the "SPA" and are perfect. She treats all the animals as if they were hers...and demands the same of anyone who works for her.. I wont go anywhere else

I called last minute on Monday! That was the only day I had available and they squeezed me in! There was no complaining, she didn’t give me an instant no, she took the time to see what she could do to help! My shih-tzu came back happy and smelling like a goddess!
