Always the best service when I go through the drive-thru in the mornings! I look forward to the warm welcome from Gabby each morning when she takes my order! Most importantly, the food is good and my orders are correct each time. This Panera location will continue to be my morning breakfast stop.

Way to go Panera. 6 bagels ordered sliced and this is what 5 of them looked like. This is the worse I have ever seen. I could not serve these to my guests this morning. I wasted time and money going to your store. Will not make that mistake again

i have a membership to take the tea you sell, I love Panera, but today I went to get a soup for my husband and another one for me, and they gave me what was left of the soup, almost half of the container, rice was practically cooked and soup was awful. ..literally was the last thing in soup and paid $18 for the 2 soups and they were awful

I went in and bought 18 bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese a day before Easter for my family. The girl gave me one cream cheese from up front and walked to the back to get the other one. The next day when my family went to open the cream cheese the first one was fine and the other one was curdled and not solid at all. It looked way old and i am assuming this came from the back and from how bad it was, wondering if she found it in the corner somewhere on the floor. Completely disgusting and frustrating!!!!

I frequent this location very often (sip club member) and I can tell anyone that I’ve never had anything less than amazing customer service, especially from the morning crew! They are so sweet and amazing. Very attentive and have even remembered my order lol…Thank you all so much for the morning laughs! You’re appreciated!

I usually don’t write any reviews or complain but this time was really bad so I have to say something. Today after my daughter’s soccer practice we went to Panera Bread at cosner corner shopping center. We ordered 2 kids mac and cheese with side of chips. They didn’t have them ready so we waited abit longer but that was not the issue. The issue was when we got our food. Both mac and cheese cups were half empty and when I told the girl that brought our food, she told me it’s a new portion. I told her we get the same food all the time and we never get half empty cup but she said it’s the new portion and she poured it her self. My daughter was so hungry and we didn’t go inside to talk to the manager but I’m not happy with it. It was 4 or 5 spoons of mac and cheese and I payed 13$ and some change for them. This is not right. And that is a ripoff. This is the picture of one of them my daughter ate hers. Everything else was fine.

My boyfriend and I came here last weekend for lunch and we sat down and waited for our order. The space was very unclean. The floor under our table was super messy with food scattered around. The whole seating area needed a good vacuuming. It did not feel clean or well managed.When I received my food- I got a chicken avocado blt- the bread wasn't even warm let alone toasted. It was cold. The sandwich itself was mediocre and the chicken was cold and didn't have any seasoning to it. Very Bland.I was grateful to have food in my belly... but that was not up to Panera bread standards.

I ordered one bowl of soup for curbside pickup. It took 14 minutes before they brought it out. Fine. But when I got back to my office I saw that they gave me a fork to eat my soup with. 😐

Poor Communication and Disappointing. I recently had an unfortunate experience. As a loyal customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and customer service, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met during this visit.The main issue arose when my order was replaced without any prior communication or notification. I only discovered the substitution after I had returned home. Feeling puzzled, I decided to drive back to the restaurant to find out what had happened. To my disbelief, I was informed that my original order had been replaced because they didn't have it available.First and foremost, the lack of communication was highly disappointing. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be informed about any changes to my order, especially if it affects my meal preferences or dietary restrictions. Not being notified about the substitution left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.

You can always count on panera to have good comfort food. Their bakery items are fresh, and their service is quick and efficient. The smoothies are good with limited amounts of sugar so you can taste the fresh fruit in them. Our cashier was the loveliest person with such a big heart.

UPDATE:, 11/9/19Went into Panera this morning with every intention of eating there. Ordered the food, got a call which prompted me to request the food to go at the counter. The gentleman behind the counter jumped right on it. While he was doing that i literally received a follow up phone call, which cancelled the food to go. I felt really bad because he really sped up.Thank youand ordered food to hold over before dinner, but before swim practice. I stopped drinking soda 4 years ago, and drink 99% water. I don't drink bottled water. I asked one of the employees if I could fill up my giant 64oz, water bottle. Surprisingly I was told it was fine. Thanks for letting me do this Panera.:

As expensive as food is at your restaurant, one would hope that quality assurance was a priority. I order on the app, pickup and get home to find either entire meals missing or half of a pick 2 missing. This was my second time this month with an issue and traffic is just too horrible to come back to have it corrected. We even checked the bag thinking the mac was in the bread bowl and the small bowl was the soup but nope. Just ate a $9 half grilled cheese because my soup was missing. I'm over it.

6 staff and one manager working but food took more than 30 mins. The food prep staff was clueless. I asked if I could get the food for the kids soon (mac and cheese and cheddar broccoli soup) and they completely ignored me. Had no breads so could not make a sandwich which the cashier failed to tell us. Ultimately we had to leave without getting food as we were driving through. If you don’t have 30 mins to wait on food, avoid this location

Never again! I placed a curbside order and checked in once I arrived. I waited 15mins after the order was ready and had to walk in to get my order no one ever came out and no one answered the phone. But yet they just brought out an order two minutes before I checked in. What’s the point of curbside if the staff don’t bring the orders outside. They were not busy at all either, so absolutely no excuses!! And then to top it all off they did not even put my entire order in the bag. I called into the store to ask them to bring out the rest of my order and of course no one answered the phone and literally it is 8:30pm. There is two families inside the restaurant. I am the only vehicle waiting at curbside and no one is in drive-through but yet they could not answer the phone or get my order correct. I have not eaten at this location in months and I see why!! Also to add to the frustration, the smoothie was absolutely disgusting, and the soup tasted as if it were days old. I guess it’s better to go during lunch hours because the evening shift obviously does not care whatsoever.
