This store is one of the only FredGoodwill stores that has not raised their prices to ridiculous levels. It's still possible to find some decent items here at a reasonable price. Shopping at this Goodwill is still enjoyable.I also have to thank Donna for always taking time to help me. She's a gem!And did you get some new, small, black shopping carts? The one I used on my last visit was a dream to push through the store.

For a Goodwill, this one is a little small... But very well maintained. I think because it's "behind" everything, it doesn't get abused so much. There is plenty of clothing and housewares... But almost no furniture. Otherwise it's a decent location.

Some of the cashier's are a bit rude. The pricing can vary on the exact same product. I believe it is a matter of who puts the price on the merchandise, and not really the item value itself. The store itself does usually have a good variety of nice things to go through and look out. There are worse thrift stores including other Goodwill s.

Store is very dirty. Items piled on top on the shelves. Employee yelling at customers to get out of the way because she had furniture coming through. There’s a more professional way to alert your customers. Your cashier Meredith- gossips at the counter and really should get rid of her chewing gum. The 70’s hair style on her I’m guessing goes with her gum popping. Train and check references on your employees.

The store is clean and staff is friendly but prices are outrageous! I can find new mugs for less than the ones at Goodwill. I make baskets for fundraisers for charity so I can’t spend a lot of money per basket. I can’t afford to buy at Goodwill anymore

My visit today was very disappointing.. I purchased a 2 tier doll house it was 25$I asked the lady at the register for a chopped price like 2$ off because the wood was chipping on the sides mind you this is a doll house for a child .. she directed me to the manager he said he couldn’t.. which I was flabbergasted because other goodwills are willing to knock off andollar or 2 depending on damage he said NO they walked off …I was like ok I’ll sand it down when I get home the cashier was basically rushing me at the register calling the next person in line after I purchased .. I barely was able to put my belongings away because she rudely kept saying NEXT .. NEXT !Ha I won’t ever be back at this goodwillCustomer service is poor .. the place was a hot mess !I understand this a 2 handed items but however over time more damage is done to the merchandise an there should be some kind of accommodations .. like the other goodwills do that are willing to knock off a few extra dollars because the merch does sit for matter of days and people due cause more damage to certain items

These stores are getting so greedy. No deals. They want $25 for used shoes, $5 for used hats. Just change the name to “greedwill”. I get better deals at TJMAXX for new stuff.

Love this goodwill! Being one of the only few open in the areas I’ve needed to slowly start stocking up for clothes for my 5 children’s and you can’t beat the price at .99 even better if your stickers with the color of the week. Staff is friendly and they have a lot of really nice household stuff. Never leave here empty handed and store is always clean. Only complaint I have is whomever is doing pricing needs to figure out a way to stay on track. You can find really nice stuff at .99cents or it can go up to $2.99 for something not in the best condition and I wish they were open sundays . Will def be back here

Worst experience. Manager (Kimberly) is awful. No customer service at all. The latest trip to this location was horrible. Instead of helping customers, the manager chooses to walk away Instead of helping customers. Apparently she might have been having a bad day, but in no way should you disregard and disrespect customers. This will be my last visit to any location where I did spend alot of money. But respect is more important than money and that's how I think customers should feel.

The worst! When I dropped clothes off at this location before, the process was a car drive up to the slide open doors on the side, the workers would come and grab your items out of your car. The workers were polite and friendly. The guy at the door today and woman in plaid were both very rude telling me if i dont like putting the clothes in the cart myself i can go somewhere else. I asked bc I'm disabled and had 3 big bags to pick up. And I would go somewhere else if the clothes were going directly to them! Very uneccessary trip.

Something's are priced high, bathrooms are not clean so go before you come. But overall you can find good deals. Thought I'd give it one more try today 15 Dec 2020. Stood online 10 min no help at all at the registers! Person behind went to find someone. I put my stuff back and walked out.. Well another purchase lost with no more then 10 people in the store..

My time was very pleasant. There was even a very nice young lady who remembers my sons Halloween wedding. We also bought an 80lb safe for 11$. Ps..we were making a donation. Thank you Goodwill. We will be back and continue to shop and donate..

Use to love coming to Goodwill to find that super deal but it seems that Goodwill is making it hard to find those deals anymore. There prices are going way to high you can find the same deals at your local discount store and the product is new.

A very nice and well organized location. Everything I needed was easy to find and plentiful!! We were able to completely outfit a formal tea party from the wonderful merchandise.

The workers were very rude and acted like they didn't want to help any of the customers in the store the young blonde haired guy who was supposed to bring the merchandise that we purchased had a horrible attitude. Definitely dont recommend this location.

Goodwill across from cosners corner has nothing but rude employees it's over priced for things that are given to them and they claim it's not given to them and they are all inconsiderate of their customers and the music is so loud you would think you were at some night club or bar! They also claim stuff is mixed in together because they dont have a sign or shelf for that item... I wont shop there ever again! If you continue to shop watch out they might try to charge you a different price at the register than where you got it from.. this place isnt worth a star !!

Annoying blonde cashier questions what you buy like she's trying to accuse you of doing something wrong because you find good stuff. Imagine if the grocery store asked tons of questions about the brand of apples you bought. You're selling so I'm buying end of story.

I don't know who decided to display goods by color, but it's annoying. If you are looking for scrapbooks, for example, you have to look in all the shelves. All scrapbooks should be in one shelf. Another example are shoes. I wear size 5, but I have to look thru all the shoes trying to find my size. Why are they not displayed by SIZE??

This is a great and convenient Goodwill location that is nearly right across the street from my college, and I always come here to find great finds! The store is very well-kept and the employees are very pleasant! I would recommend this location! :)

With the prices of clothes and other items you should just go to Wal-Mart. People are very rude and very picky about the donations some lady was dropping off.Or even better shop at SECA where everyone are volunteers & no one gets paid they just all enjoy helping others . clothes some name brand like new all kid are only 5.00 a bag come on now that's a great deal ...Google it its in spotsylvania near courthouse SECA always excepting donations n money stays in spotsylvania to help the needy residents.Would never donate to goodwill or shop there again.

This location is on the small side, has some furniture out front, and a large amount of clothes. Not your best bet to find toys or electronics though. Pretty organized as Goodwill stores go.
