The owner, Greg, earns a 5 star review from us. Our wood floors took less than two whole days and are just beautiful. Greg came to our home, suggested the best match, gave us an estimate and answered all of our questions. We did have to remove knick-knacks, lamps and other small items. They moved and replaced our furniture. Still can’t believe how easy he made it for us. His craftsmen - Jonathan, Barry and Kim - are truly just that! They are perfectionists as is Greg. Do not hesitate to contact Greg if you are interested in wood floors. You will be extremely pleased.

If you need flooring put in look no further than Fredericksburg Hardwood flooring. This is the second time we had Fredericksburg Hardwood flooring come out. This time we had them remove all existing hardwood flooring in the kitchen, Powder Room, Pantry and Laundry area and replace with new hardwood flooring. Greg the owner and his team do amazing work. First time They put hardwood on our staircase and in our Great room and dining room and replaced the existing hardwood in our Foyer. All turned out absolutely gorgeous. I can’t express enough how beautiful it all turned out so I have attached pictures. Greg makes sure you are completely satisfied and he also guided us in the right direction when providing the estimate. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Fredericksburg Hardwood Flooring came by within the week to take measurements and within a day provided an estimate. The cost was very reasonable, the people doing the work extremely professional, and they were done before the time they told us it would take to do the job. They even assisted in replacing a piece of threshold wood lost by the company doing our bathroom. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing flooring done!

Fredericksburg Hardwood Flooring and Supplies was wonderful!!!! Greg, the owner, was involved from start to finish. He delivered what we ordered at the estimated price and on time.Greg and 3 of his installers arrived when scheduled. They quickly began and finished the removal of the old floor, disposed of it, and carefully moved our furnishings with great care. Many pieces were 50 years old and very heavy solid wood. Following that they began the installation of our new solid hardwood floor. They completed the install the next day. Their workmanship was impeccable, as were their manners. Greg was back that day to check to see if we were satisfied and happy. Greg returned later that evening with a powerful vacuum to be sure all the dust was gone before we applied any Bona to the floors. Our floors are absolutely beautiful. I wouldn’t use any other flooring company for work done in my home.

Fredericksburg Hardwood has done extensive work in both my old and new home. In my old home we had two floors of prefinished hardwood installed. The quality of the work was impeccable and on schedule. In the new home (remodeled), I had hardwood added and matched to existing, all existing was sanded and refinished. In addition new hardwood was added upstairs and stairs refinished. Greg, the owner, is always thinking ahead and making certain everything is done to exceed my expectations. In our new home, he created a transition that I did not know was possible. In addition he was able to meet our changing remodeling schedule. I fully trust Greg and his team will not disappoint you.

Greg and his crew arrived on time, and completed the job in a lot less time than we expected for the given size of the job – this included removing old carpet as well as moving large furniture. His workers were polite, fast, thorough and friendly. Oh my! Sooo glad our floors are finally finished!!! It was a big job involving repairing old floors where old walls came down and new walls went up, adding new wood floors in an addition that had been carpeted and engineered hardwood over a previously tiled concrete floor. Greg, the owner of this company personally evaluated the job and made suggestions to address several quirky issues. After installation, the old and new wood was sanded and stained to match perfectly. We truly could not be more pleased with the finished product!!! Greg stayed on top of everything throughout the project.; both his installation and finishing teams were very professional and efficient!! One of my neighbors was having some work done and this inspired us to do the same. We went to the Fredericksburg Hardwood Flooring Supply to figure out what to do to replace the carpet in our bedroom. We also wanted to tile our basement and craft room. We were impressed with the selection of products that they had and the quality of the advice they gave us.They arrived at the time they said they would, this is big for us. The three workers were polite and very respectful of us and our home. They moved the large furniture out of the way and completed the hardwood floor within four hours. It looks great. They cleaned up and took away the trash leaving only some extra hardwood flooring for us.Next was the tile downstairs. Again the same crew arrived on time and it was no surprise how attentive to our needs they were. They laid out mats to insure they did not ruin any of our belongings. These guys were at the top of their game, we were again very pleased with their workmanship.Greg, the owner, was on site for both installs and assured us that if an issue arose, he would personally handle it. We highly recommend this business for anyone looking to add hardwood floors to their home. Greg and his professionals did a fantastic job from start to finish from the estimate, delivery, installation, cleanup and inspection. They finished our entire upstairs, and stairway in just a day and a half. We couldn't be more pleased with how our home looks. This is the second time we’ve used Fredricksburg Hardwood Flooring Supply. This time they were replacing our upstairs hardwood due to an HVAC leak when we changed to AC this Spring. A great experience from start to finish! This shop is locally owned and operated which I appreciated. It was nice to see the father son relationship. Unlike your local hardware shop they were fast, and efficient. Cost was very competitive. They communicated very clearly and did exactly what they said they would do. If you have ever hired a contractor that is typically no the case at all. The project was fast (in a good way) and you could tell they cared about me and not just the money I was spending with them. I did the entire downstairs of a property. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

This is a great local company that provides outstanding professional, top quality flooring and stairwell services at a fair price. Greg just installed new treads and risers in my stairwell. This project was complicated by having to find a stain color for the treads and risers that would blend well with the existing stained trim and flooring that was not all the same wood type and color. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. Greg went above and beyond to blend various stains to find the color that satisfied us.
