I came in hoping to get some ear buds. I was so excited to try them on after purchasing them, but I was dissapointed and grossed out to find that the seemingly untampered packaging had used earbuds in them... I knew this because the outer casing had scratches on them, and the buds had someone's earwax on them...I'm thankful I kept the receipt. I wanted to get an exchange, hoping that the next pair would be find and completely new. The store member helped me open the package and look, and they had earwax on them too!I'm glad I got my refund, but that was really weird... so be aware if you are trying to buy any product like this.The workers that worked on the day I came in were really nice, hence the 2 stars.

If you haven't been to Five Below in Central Park Shopping then you have to come check it out. Almost everything is around $5 or less. Don't think dollar store when you come here, there are loads of food quality items for yourself or for inexpensive gifts. Come see.

My visit today was bittersweet. I loved the new remodel but was a little disappointed that the wire racks it advertised online that you had were not there. I am more disappointed at the lack of customer service. The cashier was pleasant however the rest of the associates working the sales floor seemed more concern about following myself, my wife and kids but never really asking if we need help. I'm sure your store experiences theft but we were literally surrounding at the candy section yet neither of the young men(one wore an orange shirt the other a 5 below crop top)asked if we needed help finding anything. They walked past my wife and she moved and she was the one that had to say "excuse me" as they rushed past. Multiple times throughout our visit they made it obvious they were following us. Again I understand, that might be how they were trained to handle things but they definitely made it very uncomfortable for our family. Makes me not want to shop there again.

This place sells a lot of cheap stuff at $5,00 or less. It has a large following of those who cannot buy brand name. It is not a competitor of Macy's or Belk by a long shot. It is what it is.

LOVE LOVE absolutely love the new store !!However they longer will do returns without a receipt.. they don’t give store credit anymore as well !When purchasing just make sure you guys hold on to your receipts since their return policy has suddenly changed smh ..I find it funny to have such policy because even with store credit the company is still getting their money .. verse just turning away a customer who purchased an item that doesn't work and can no longer return without a receipt.. hopefully the policy will be changed back because they will lose business with such a ridiculous policy lol

I understand from my Family members that came on vacation that they do not have the Joy of a 5 Below store in Colorado! They was amazed and so are we you can find everything you need in this store on a budget. If your traveling and need toiletries, toys, snacks,shoes,clothes, chargers,misc, gifts this is the go to place. Love 5Below

Store is well stocked for Christmas. It was clean and organized. But I did not stay long bec. the music was way too loud! It was fine to have upbeat music playing for us to enjoy...but it was just so loud so I left.

Good selection, Pooor customer service, several staff members passed me with out acknowledgement let alone asking if I need assistance. THIS IS STANDARD! Five below, you need to up your training of your staff and managers on customer service. Send internal people from corporate out to your stores and see the way customers are ignored. Develop your staff accordingly and increase the level of expectation from their performance. Please.

This location has a good assortment of items. The manager I think, was very nice and helpful when I was looking for Squishmallows and brought out the boxes to restock the bins. I couldn't fine the one I wanted, they were all gone, but did purchase some pet items, a rug, tshirts and organizational items.

My family lives to go to 5 and Below! Especially my 10 year old daughter. She spends her allowance here alot! Had alot to choose from and inexpensive! Staff are friendly and courtesy!

This place is excellent for various items, but they do add up$$$. It was clean, and the employees were relatively friendly. The atmosphere was a tad overwhelming as more customers began to enter the store, but all around, I'm sure that my daughter and I will be visiting again.🙂

Good store to go in for items from kids to adults. Prices range from $1 to almost $10. Technically they should change the name.

Exactly as expected: a lot of junk, a few good buys. If you are looking for inexpensive options for items with a short shelf life this is the place (small dog beds, pool noodles, nail polish). Huge selection of candy. I always find something that catches my eye and I don't have to feel guilty about buying something I don't need because it costs $5 or less!

My family and I just went into this store and there wasn't a lot people. They had a variety of items and we were able to get everything that we went in to get. The customer service was good, we were greeted, and assisted as needed.
