Five below is not what they used to be... This store used to be the go-to actually but this year during Christmas I went and I was so disappointed.. the options and it was very messy... They need to change the name of the store...its misleading current name is false advertising

Fine selection of items, some food items and clothing. Employees were friendly. You get what yoy pay for, but they are definitely worth it for cheap trendy clothes, candy, and some food products

This store is always very clean, and has such a huge selection of goods. I come here for my kids, for myself, and for gifts. I personally love their home decor section. Some of their new stuff is super pretty at prices that are better than the thrift stores. Anyways, I especially love their self checkout system, it allows you to pay with pretty much anything and any money app. That makes it extra convenient for my kids to run in, get their stuff, and pay themselves. This is my favorite dollar store!

Five Below is the place to fill your seasonal needs for toys, fun and snacks. The staff is helpful and attentive. I always leave with more than I came for. See you all again soon

This is a great place to take kids to spend their allowances. I also find they have decent products for phones, tablets, and computer for affordable prices. I have also bought a lot of the useful products for running/exercise. I run a lot and have had no problem with the items I have bought besides normal wear and tear on exercise equipments.Over all a great place to shop for kids and adults. I have never had any problems with customer service either at this location.

Get what you need at the price you'll love! Customer service could be better but love coming here to get everything I need for whatever season!It's a great store for stocking stuffers, Easter baskets and whatever you can think of!Also they have a great selection on screen protectors, phone cases and other little gadgets for your every day life.

I always walk in for 1 thing and walk out with a cart full. Always changing stock according to the season...not too far ahead...it's almost September and I didn't see Christmas❤. The store is very clean and tidy at all times. And the staff is always friendly.

The customer service was awful. A lady asked a person who was coming out of a back room for help. She throws up her hands and said rudely, "I don't work here". Then, this guy comes around the corner who clearly works there, just looks at the lady needing help. She said to him, do you work here?" His response was, "I might". These workers today are rude... Go home if you don't want to work...

Clean but a little too crowded for my liking. They don't have sanitizers at entrance nor they offer to wipe/ or wipes for carts. Loads of things don't have price so you have to be asking people constantly. I wouldn't mind if we weren't still amidst a pandemic

I walked into the Five Below store just to look around and was surprised by the great finds there. I went in preparing to walk out and ended up buying a bunch of stuff. So happy when I got home and looked through all my purchased goodies.

Nice lil visit. Place was clean, people were nice and they had everything I was looking for. Tons of good candy choices. Only wierd thing was that it's majority self checkouts now.

I love 5 below! I take my son and let him pick out a few things without worrying about the price. Lots of investing things. Recently though they have added 10$ things so maybe a name change would be appropriate lol

They seem to have the odds and ends for the affordable price! Some things may not be very durable, however, there are a lot of good quality items as well. It's a gamble, just as with many other things in life. Some things simply aren't gonna last but for so long anyway!! Some things are just worth it!! ;)

This is the only one I will go to in this area, no long waits in line and a wide variety of items compare to others I have been to. This location is now self check out. I'm not big on ringing my own items up, but it's ok.

They have such a variety of items. Great place to buy children's toys and art supplies. I bought a case for my Samsung S9 for only $5. That's a big savings. Check them out. The store at Cosners Corner is the largest and nicest one in the Fredericksburg area.

Manager on early afternoon shift (short hair kind of purple tips) was extremely available, she engaged in conversation with us, we joked about football teams. I wish I remembered her name. She was welcoming , some places the staff is not so friendly so her being so welcoming made shopping a better experience for us. This was the Massaponax location clean store (even though they were stocking shelves), check out was quick and painless lol.

My two young Daughters ❤️ love this place...alot of odds and ends that appeals to youngsters.... although I have made purchases here, the quality of the product leaves something to be desired... The phone charging cables that I have purchased here are of a very low quality.

I don't go here that often but they always have nice trinkets and they have a lot of cell phone accessories but they don't have enough of them for other phones besides the iphone. Not everybody has or wants an iphone so if you're a store that carry these types of accessories you should have a bigger selection to choose from

You gotta live this place. You can find korean face masks for $1; $5 dual usb connectors; $4 life planners; $1 brow tweezers and sour gummies amongst all other make up, book, electronic and then some stuff!!!! Who can go wrong!
