Most disrespectful place I think I've ever been. My experience is the same as Sandra Lamont. For literally YEARS I've been going into this store and have spent thousands. I have always spoken to the employees on a more personable level. Especially the little red head guy. A few times, I spoken to this boy for 20 minutes. Last night I went in there, put my stuff on the counter. And the newest Lady in there rung up the following customers things with mine. I said, "Oh no I'm not paying for that" in a calm manner. She went off immediately. So I walked on out. Then went back in... Walked up to the little red head boy that I have literally talked to a thousand times. Explained how I was treated. And he just said "ok". So on the way out, I asked her what was the issue. It turned into another argument. And this time, the red head boy claimed I was cursing. And I wasn't. So now there were 2 LIARS. Mind you, that I have spoken to this kid a thousand times... Talked about our Lives as well as other small talk. You would think that this kid would know my character given my track record in the store. I cannot believe what happened. And I never thought a person could be like that. Especially when you have always stopped to listen and talk to the individual. Then they act like they've never seen or talked to you

This store seemed very dated, dirty and not at all inviting. The shelves were half stocked. I don’t think I will go back there.

Has what you need there. ( most of time ) I wish they had self check out as I'm anti human and prefer no human contact . Overall good store I been coming here over 10 years. Would recommend 👌

Did not appreciate the man running the register Saturday afternoon talking to the line of customers like they were 2 year olds.The young ladies there are always wonderful and I have become a regular lately.This hateful man appears Saturday and he was horrible.Rude and Nasty and is not good for business.

If I could go lower I would.. I was treated unkind, Threatening, andthe the manager took her word and didn't hear anything, or anyone else.. I'm offended, and treated like I did something wrong. . also I spend a lot of money at this store.. TRUST ME, the mang, is for the girl, Not for the customer. I never felt humiliation like I did today, DONE ✔️ I will spread the word..

One pastel color wearing individual usually helps me, they are kind and quick. On the other hand, this one grown man acts like a 12 year old boy, complaining and making me and other people I know uncomfortable with his angst and negativity. I don’t expect excellent customer service, but Jesus dude lighten up.

Prices are much better on small bags of Purina One cat food. About $2 less/bag compared to regular grocery store. Brand name laundry detergent and fabric softener are also much less expensive. There was an adequate supply for most items, but some shelves were near bare. Clerk was friendly and helpful.

Great friendly staff with awesome customer service. Great selection for whatever you need all year round. I did about 80% of Christmas shopping here and saved so much. Everyone loved their gifts. Best family dollar store in town.

Very rude manager named Aaron said we yelled at him and banned my sister and I but we just tried to explain to him we were trying to make sure everything was in the box we were buying cause something was hanging out and tryed to make it sound like we were trying to steal it or something. He apparently worked in colonial beach store to but alot of people had issues with him to. I can't wait to call corporate!!!.

Very dirty. Parking lot is littered with old, built up trash, with grass, dirt, leaves mixed all up. The inside was also dirty on the floor, it was a mess. Maybe one good thing about the store is it was well stocked and I thought it looked ok.

The floors are disgusting. The hand sanitizer station at the entrance look like a urinal. I've honestly never been in a store so unsanitary

This is a clean well stocked store. Only saw one personal working but the store wasn't crowded so I was able to make my purchases and leave quickly

This location is good. I've had bad experiences at many of the other locations - this one is well stocked and the staff is always friendly.
