I had a great experience here. I mean literally, every thing is $1.25. Insane to me. Got so many good deals. This place is amazing! From tissue paper to dog snacks to aluminum foil…$1.25!!! This place is awesome. I’ll definitely include it in my regular rotation for sure! Nice, friendly staff. I highly recommend this place for everyday items. Great place!

Compared to the Cheddar in Mt. Juliet, TN., the one in Fredericksburg, Va hands down is waaay better. Both restaurants' staff were inviting and super friendly. I ordered another of their infamous painkiller drink and to my surprise I was offered TWO complimentary croissants without having to request them like the one in TN. The meal of choice for me was the 5 ounce salmon on a bed of rice with broccoli and corn. To me, the salmon was seasoned to perfection and the price for what I ordered was super reasonable. Noteworthy of mentioned, I'm not a desert person; however, I did order their chocolate cake. And although I did not scoff it down, the portion I did eat was moist and delicious. I'm glad I went against my better judgment and gave this restaurant another try., because I surely wasn't impressed by the meal I ordered in TN nor the fact (as a new patron) I was unaware of the complimentary croissants they offered (which are to die for) until I watched patrons around me ask for them.

Store was clean and very well stocked. Loads & loads of cool and interesting items to choose from, both name brand and off brand. This is my local Dollar Tree, and I must say, one of my favorites. Only down side is checking out, usually only 1 or maybe 2 check out lanes open, but if you happen to catch an employee up front, they will almost always gladly hop on another cash register and check you out!

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would, the way the managers treat their employees and customers is unreal, stood in line for 15 minutes because there was only one cashier while the manager just walked right past and went outside to smoke a cigarette. Said cashier was excellent although she was extremely overwhelmed. The store is nasty including the bathroom, I was afraid I'd catch something from the bathroom it was so nasty. The ac in the store does not work, the only cashier that was working was sweating so bad her hair was soaking wet from sweat,i asked her if she was allowed to have a fan and offered to buy her one but she told me her manager matt doest allow it.another cashier hit the one running the register up side her head and laughed about it and I could see the girl was upset. I went outside and spoke to Matt and told him he needed to help out instead of smoking a cigarette and he just laughed and continued to smoke his cigarette.

They have two mice the size of rats. I'm walking through the store and came to the food aisle and noticed a strong ammonia urine smell. I looked around and seen a small mouse running down the aisle, in shock I screamed and walked back toward the toy aisle where I just passed an employee stocking items and there was another mouse but this one was much larger (master splinter size). I approached the store manager and discreetly asked her if she was aware that the store had a mouse infestation. When she replied she gave me a deep sigh and rolled her eyes stating that they were aware of the problem and they were doing what they could. Surprised by her attitude I simply put all of my items back and informed other customers that if they were purchasing items off of the bottom shelf particularly food items examine your items.The bathrooms are also disgusting. All these cleaning supplies and the store doesn't use them.Most employees are wonderful, very polite and always willing to help you find something

I visit this location quite often because it is closest to my house; however, there are times I will drive further because I don't feel like going through disorganized shelves or dealing with the "not-so-customer-focused" staff. Typically, the staff is not always the friendliest, but that's less important to me than having to browse through unorganized, messy shelves. There is a lot of stuff that they don't carry that can be found at other DT stores.

Last night , October 13 , my fiance and I went in to the Dollar Tree at Four Mile Fork location to purchase more candles for our upcoming wedding. We and another couple were the only ones in the store. I knew from the previous purchase of 48 candles, that I would need to take one of the candles to an associate, to have the number of the product, so she could get the correct one. I was in need of 24, which are packaged in the back of the store. The cashier, said "We don't have them" I had explained that I was there a few days before and was told there is a large inventory of them . The cashier then got another lady that was outside. Once inside, she walked to the office, opened the door, and went to a cart located next to the office to sort items. At first we thought she was looking for something on our behalf or was finishing a task, then help us.. Patiently we waited. After a minute we asked about the candles, and in a rude, authoritative manner raised her voice and said" I am not the manager, and I am not going to dig around the back looking them. that's not my job!" We in turn said that we were treated in a rude manner and would come back, or go to another Dollar Tree.

One of my favorite Dollar Tree locations. The store has a great set-up. The open aisles and clean condition of the merchandise, makes for a pleasant visit. Even if you fill your basket, it's never scary at the checkout 💚. Some 🎈🎈 are filled, some are waiting for you to fill them. Love their glasswares, cards (2/$1.00) Seasonal items. And their staff are quick, professional, polite and will talk with you, unlike other locations that ignore the customer. Come check this place out. Save some major $$$. Best Dollar Tree, period

I don't have any issues with regular employees. My issues likely stem from store management and Corp policy. I was in retail and customer service for 40 years, I believe I know of what I write here. And so.This review addresses my pet peeve when shopping at Dollar Tree, and a few other things.I shopped at the Washington Square Dollar Tree for many years. The last two It was managed by Jeffery. He does a super job.The shelves were always neatly and fully stocked. He runs the store with all customers in mind. Including not shutting down a register in one customer's face while blowing up balloons for another. Normally they would have a stock person do that and keep the registers open for all customers. Especially when its busy. It's poor service to make blowing up balloons more important than the next customer. What if the Grocery Store Clerk said "Sorry you and your 3 items will have to wait 5 minutes while I load this customer's cart full of grocery's into her car" It sounds absurd, most stores have staff for that. Recently I moved and twice have shopped at the Four Mile Fork store. What a let down, the shelves are a mess, and lacking inventory. I couldn't find most of the regular items I often purchase. Even worse, I get in line with my nine items. (less than a minute to transact, likely.) I am almost "politely" informed that the clerk can't serve me because, she has to blow up 10 balloons. (that's five minutes, likely). The customer, who I find not at all at fault, says a heartfelt sorry. I reply it's not her fault, that it is a store problem. I rebasket my nine items and get in line at the next register. Crossing my fingers that The lady checking out in front of me doesn't buy balloons. Ah she pays and leaves. But wait she forgot her item. The clerk is quickly out the door. I wait again, but don't mind that as much for a couple minutes. But now both registers are down. When I left the clerk seemed to be having trouble with the balloons. And Customers just had to wait. Dollar Tree do you have a clue. Your policy, your operation inefficiency, is causing a nice customer to apologize for you. Other nice customers to wait. Maybe I will come in a buy some balloons and demand you call a floor person or manager out of their office to fill my balloons. I can wait. Better I not inconvenience another customer, and avoid having to say I am sorry. By the way my forty year work career was almost all customer service, including retail.

I went in this store to make a purchase today and I had to use the restroom. When I tell you I have never been in a business restroom that was so filthy it was beyond disgusting. They haven't wiped the sink down or mopped in years is what it looked like. Also, the isles in the store had items allover the floor and looked as if it had not been mopped in years. I just felt dirty going in and leaving as well. There is no way a company who is a multi-billion dollar company should look this way. I literally got sick when I walked in te restroom.

Terrible customer service. I went in there to purchase over 1200 worth of stuff and it seemed as though the cashiers were annoyed by my purchase. They complained and didn’t bother to help rather behaved as though I wasn’t paying for it with it my hard earned money. It’s such a shame. If the store belonged to them, their family members or if they had a slightest heart for the store owners they would be happy instead they were upset. Shameful 😩

Today I went to get some 4th of July decorations for an event I was having at work and I picked up some decor that they had placed in the front of the store (really convenient) and I noticed everything was nicely placed, I found all my items fairly quickly and then I went to the cashier to pay and I asked for 8 balloons, she said she wasn’t sure if she had enough helium to fill but still said she could try and see how many she could get, she was extremely friendly and ended up blowing up all 8, I really appreciated that she went above and beyond for my needs and I am extremely thankful for people like her! I would have had to go somewhere else to look for some if it was someone else helping me. I’m just upset I didn’t get her name to include in the review, but I highly recommend this location!!

The lines move pretty fast in here so you don't have to stand in line forever like at some of the others and the cashiers are usually pretty friendly. You can usually find what you're looking for if you're going here for something specifically from dollar tree because the shelves are always well stocked.

Fairly typical "Dollar Store". There is also a "Family Dollar" and an "Ollie's" in the same shopping center, So if you are looking for deals, this would be a good place to start.Slightly larger than done locations... It's still a little rough. The employees were in dingy shirts, and the whole store looked like it could use a clean up. But I guess you can't expect to much from a dollar store.

Went to purchase Mthope.va church donation for the homeless children now living in hotels. At $1, I was able to go above and beyond. Especially happy to be able to donate name brands for them.

They have rearranged the entire store. Hard to find things. Sure it will be fine once we get used to where everything is now located. Expanded the snacks section. Carrying more popular name brands.
