THIS SHOP…. It’s an amazing environment for the animals and the “dog krazy” people. I love all the employees from the checkout staff to the groomers! They always welcome me and my cat George in like family. They always are super helpful!

A great store for your all that your puppy or dog needs! Staff is always friendly and helps you find what you are looking for. Make sure to bring your fur baby in and get some of their treats they have there. I will definitely be going back! They have dog food, dog snacks & treats, dog clothes, toys for all size dogs and a lot more!Highly recommend!!!

Ahhhh! Just take my whole paycheck now. I visit this location weekly and I'm always so happy when I'm there. Cosner's Corner will always have my heart ❤ but this location is so much closer to home. I'm grateful for the knowledgeable staff, the safe products and the love they always show my fur babies and foster pups! Not to mention the charitable nature, DK does so much for the community!

We love Dog Krazy! I was so excited when I first heard a new location would be over in Chancellor. Nice and convenient, staff is always so helpful and friendly! My dog Nesta LOVES all the cuddles and treats. She gets excited before we even hit the door. Great selection of natural chews and staff is super helpful with finding food that’s good for your pups. We will continue to visit regularly!!

I absolutely love Dog Krazy! It's always, clean, neat, and organized, and they have the friendliest and most helpful staff. I buy the large bags of dog food, and they always offer to carry it to my car for me! The self service dog wash is great! And if this particular Dog Krazy doesn't have what I need, they will call another Dog Krazy to find it for me! It's the best!

Always have a wonderful experience at Dog Krazy! The staff are incredibly helpful. The store is clean and easy to navigate. The selection is fantastic. There’s lots of stuff here you can’t find at other big brand stores. Can’t recommend it enough!

Had been looking for a leash, sounds simple but didn’t find one I like at other stores that carry them. Dog Krazy had one I Really like, just in time for my puppy to start training in a week.Also bought wooflebkft for each of my canine kids. They loved them!I love how Dog Krazy supports local shelters!

What an amazing experience by Vanessa & Vanna! They welcomed me in so warmly, showed me all of their great deals and even recommended some great items! The store looks fantastic and I am totally a Dog Krazy freak and I feel like I am trying to “Catch ‘em all” by visiting every single Dog Krazy I can! This is definitely a top tier location!

I went to dog crazy this past weekend where I had a very unpleasant experience of an off leash husky approach me and my two dogs in store after the owner let both dogs run through the parking lot off leash to the door. Once at the door the owner leashed her dogs just to walk into the store and drop both leashes knowing there were other dogs in the store. The works never stopped her or tried to breakup the situation and if I did not have my sister to body block the other women’s dogs, as she was unhelpful, I am not sure how badly this could have escalated. I did speak to a manger, Vanessa and I was told that this was a regular. I pointed out that how comfortable the owner felt dropped her dogs leash and the lack of proactively of asking the customer to leash her dogs from the employs indicts this is not the first time the owner has dropped a leash. After the conversation with the manager I did not feel like the employees nor customers would change. As someone who has had an off leash dog attack their dog as the owner watched- this interaction made me very uncomfortable. Although I like Dog Crazy I will not be returning to this location as neither the staff nor other clientele has created an environment where I feel safe and comfortable bringing my dogs. I went to tarctor supply right after this and had a 1000% better experience and even interacted with more dogs than at dog crazy. Just goes to show what kind of environment can be created with proactive staff and respectful and responsible dog owners.

Everyone that helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable! They offered to carry my heavy bag of food up to the register so that I wouldn’t have to carry it around while shopping, and then after handing me my receipt, they asked if I needed help getting the bag of dog food out to my car. Super sweet. I will definitely be coming back to spoil my pup! :)

So excited about this new location. We frequented Downtown and Cosner’s and love both stores but super excited that some of our favorite crew from each are now at Chancellor Commons. Ryan and Vanessa are wonderful and love both my boys,Simba and Flynn. We always have such a great experience when we visit any DK. And always a bonus when Jamie is there!
