Paid almost $40 for a custom cake for my sons birthday. I glanced at it at the restaurant, and the writing wasn’t very pretty, but I wasn’t too bothered. When we got it home and took it out to serve our guests, we discovered that it was covered in black lint/hair. We drive 35 mins one way to this location for our kids bday cakes because it’s their favorite, but this was a huge, disgusting disappointment and we won’t waste our money again.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. We don't eat Brazier food or mess with Blizzards. Hot fudge malt and caramel shake (no fofo cream/cherry nonsense) along with a bag of Buster Bars. That's the extent of our purchases and they are always very good as is the service. The place is normally very clean with exceptions for lunch rush hour. The store is now updated with the scanner for DQ rewards points and app ordering if you're into that.*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.**If you see a Google review posted with just stars & no text, report it via the 3 dot selection adjacent to the review. Fast service, fresh and delicious food. Small location with some seats available, tucked away in the shopping plaza area with plenty of parking available.Parking: Lots of unused spaces available.

I haven't been to a dairy queen in over fifteen years. Still, this guy sits in the mall and has been there forever so something is going on. Hopefully mostly the ice cream as I ordered a chicken finger basket from a counter guy who charged me for water, but when I asked why my bill was three dollars higher than the menu price, he says it is for your drink. I said I didn't order a drink. I finally got the free water. It came with some of the worst fast food fries ever. Also came with two slices of white bread and a sauce. Chicken fingers were awful, thick glutenous fat barges with some chicken inside. There were several spills of beverages on the tile floor by the drink machine with no attempt to put up a 'wet floor' warning much less to clean it up. Little kids were cluelessly running through it. Dangerous. Edit: In responding to the owner: I meant the strip mall, Ferry Farm strip mall as indicated by the map.

Not one employee is friendly, they all look like they are angry, the manager/owner? is rude and they over charge for items. As well they do not clean their machines, one person with me ordered a caramel cheesecake blizzard and got a few chunks of red fruit like stuff, ordered a Quart of ice cream, they charged $8 and gave me a 24 oz cup and told me that’s what they use and told me it was 32 ozs. It is actually printed on the cup as 24ozs. The store is extremely dirty, machines are extremely dirty and while we waited I waited the manager /owner just grab the chrome circles out of soapy water and shake them and put them on the line to be used, the ice cream tasted a little off and after only a few bites, everyone with me threw their stuff away because everyone started to get an upset stomach. This place is horrible and we will never go back and I have photos and video and will be reporting them to the Food & Health AdminTotally unacceptable

I'm hooked on the chocolate chip cookie dough Blizzard and I love the way they turn the cup upside down to show you how thick it is...and quick service

Looked like it was dingy...the ice cream and chocolate tasted 'fake' ...it was thick not creamy. Service was prompt but there was no one else there... we will not go back and we will let our son and daughter in law know so they do not take our grand daughter either.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible from the curb or parking lot.

Went here to for ice cream with the family and it was awesome! Even though the business is located inside of an almost vacant strip mall they were really busy. The service was fast and friendly. Everyone really enjoyed their treats. We will be back again the next time we come to town.

This is your typical Dairy Queen. While the food is great, and the Blizzards are greater, I wish this franchise would upgrade their systems so you can use the app for ordering ahead and their rewards. They really need a drive thru, too, though I'm not sure the size of the place could support two lines of people at the same time. All that said, it's a good, convenient spot to grab dinner or a treat for my family.

Great ice cream tonight with poor service. The employees were not friendly and did not act like they wanted to be there. One associate shoved a spoon too large in one of our blizzards and then tried to cram the lid on causing the spoon to break. We also had to ask for a tray and lids after ordering 6 blizzards. Usually, we experience better service at this location.

Not a big fan of the food or ice cream. Service is usually a bit slow on food, but pretty quick on desserts. Desserts taste artificial to me. Chicken basket is good, but i don't care for the crinkle fries.

They social distanced the spaces in between people standing in line, but the registers where right next to each other, which OK, I understand they are hard to move, but some customers weren't wearing masks so I was really close to someone not wearing a mask. Would have been nice if they required people to wear masks!! Ice Cream was decent though.

Wish 0 stars was possible but it’s not. Arrived here at 745 on a Sunday 9/27 and they closed at 9 and was unable to order food because the kitchen was closed for the night. I asked why and was told “because it’s closed” with an attitude. The entire time I was ordering and asking questions, I felt rushed and was spoken to very matter of factly and there wasn’t a line in sight. Because I drove 20 minutes to get to this location, I decided to get something for myself and kids so the drive wouldn’t be a complete waste. I decided to get 2 ice cream blizzard and a brownie cupfection and they tasted AWFUL. Brownie pieces were stale and hard, ice cream was already soup at the bottom without there even being hot fudge and the blizzards weren’t all that great either according to my kids. I love DQ in general and have never had a bad experience at any other location but this experience ensures that it will be my first and last time ever coming to this location.

The food is always good. Quick service. Not the friendliest and they don't always flip your blizzard. The consistency of the blizzards can be off. I keep going back so it's not bad. Just not my favorite DQ.

DQ is the only store open during this little mall's reconstruction. The staff are courteous and patient while you make up your mind. They're very popular and you may need to wait for your order. Look at the vintage pictures on the walls.

Visiting this Dairy Queen, in the southern part of Stafford County, is like visiting your sweet grandparents at an assisted living home. The pace is slower, the staff and guests are friendly, the decor hasn’t been updated since the 90’s and the fancy 32” TV’s in each corner are always turned off. And honestly I don’t mind. It’s a respite from the busy hustle and bustle of the outside world and comfortable in its own down-home country store feel. Never change Ferry Farm Dairy Queen, George Washington across the street would have been proud of this location.
