During an EXTREMELY busy time, Misty showed poise, and was calm and collected. Misty is gifted in multitasking while maintaining a polite and pleasant demeanor, without sacrificing the important details, like the lollipop for the patient toddler! Misty is a shining example of Superior Customer Service!

I was picking up a Rx. I am supposed to get a 3 month supply. My weekly dose is a 1mg injection of this particular Rx. I noticed I was only given 1 box. When I asked the lady in the drive through, she lied and said "that it is 3 months supply". I got home and confirmed what I already knew which was it was only one 4mg pen. That is a 28 day supply. They were no help at all.

Customer service is terrible at the CVS. They really need to work on their personality other than that it was clean and organize.

The most unreliable pharmacy I've ever witnessed. There are better options within 1 mile, even an online pharmacy, just please do not go here.
