I needed a glass panel for a door recently. I spoke to Laura who had her technician Chris come out within the hour. What a pleasure to get such great service. While Chris was here I had him measure for another piece of glass. That glass was delivered and installed the next day by Victor. Aqua Glass & Mirror is my new go to place for all of my glass needs. THIS COMPANY GETS NO STARS. I HAD TO SELECT 1 JUST TO POST THIS.AFTER HAVING MY SHOWER MEASURED FOR A GLASS ENCLOSURE ON MONDAY, ALL I GOT FROM THEM WAS SARCASM, NEGATIVE RESPONSES, LIES AND EXCUSES. IT TOOK TILL WEDNESDAY FOR THEM TO CALL ME. THEY USED THE EXCUSE THAT I WASN'T THERE WHEN THEY MEASURED. WHEN I SET UP THE APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY, I WASN"T TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO BE THERE. I ASKED HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A QUOTE, AFTER THEY BEAT AROUND THE BUSH, AND NOT ANSWERING THE QUESTION I HAD ASKED, I ASKED AGAIN. THEN THE SARCASM CAME OUT, TALKING TO ME LIKE I WAS STUPID AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT A QUOTE WAS AND HOW IT WORKED. IN MY LINE OF WORK I DO QUOTES EVERYDAY AND I TELL MY CUSTOMERS HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NOT EVEN THE DEVIL!!!!!! NOW THAT I'VE MADE MY POST WATCH THEM TRY TO BURY IT!!!!!!
