Love love love!! Came here before my 10hr round trip drive to Pittsburg and it was such a great choice! The energy of the woman that served me was impeccable. Chipper, happy, joyful; absolutely radiating sunshine! She helped me with my coffee selection and I decided to go with 1 iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk, and 1 Chemex pour over with maple spice and oat milk. The chemex was soooo smooth, not acidic or burnt tasting at all. The pour was good and the grind courseness was spot on. I also got a breakfast sandwich (egg bacon and cheese on a croissant) so I think all in all my total came out to less than $18. Which, compared to one single $7 brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, is a deal. The location is to die for, the options are plentiful, the staff are great, I only have top notch comments to make! My partner and I will be back soon to try the Chai Tea Latte another google reviewer raved about in a previous review! Thanks so much!!

Great local spot! I’ve been coming here since it was it’s original Mocha Mo’s well over a decade now.Good drink & flavor selection. I’m very picky about coffee taste and I haven’t been disappointed here yet. They have pastries/snacks as well as larger food options like sandwiches & burritos.Great atmosphere for work or coffee dates. Mostly indoor seating with a few tables outside. Just on the edge of downtown so not as much traffic but still walking distance to other shops, etc.Right by the train station so this makes it a perfect stop for commuters!Vegetarian options: YesParking: A small lot in the back which usually isn’t full, a limited number of street spotsKid-friendliness: Yes! They even have a section of 4 lounge chairs that kind of circle in with board games, kids books, toys, etc that make it easy to grab coffee with a friend and have the kiddos there tooWheelchair accessibility: Side walk is wheelchair accessible out front but front door is not automatic. The have a ramp inside leading to restroom that makes it wheelchair accessible. The parking lot in the back has spaces easier than street parking in front

This place will make you happy. We checked out all the small coffee shops of Fredericksburg and this was the obvious winner. The shop has 10 or so parking spots off the street behind it, making it super convenient for out of towners. The staff explained their options of the day and were able to make a specific specialty drink I like. Knowledgeable baristas. Fantastic service, and quality products. The latte was exactly what I wanted.

I stop by here every once in a while to support this small business. For the most part the coffee is usually good. Today I got the Honduras coffee and their lighter roast option. The Honduras coffee was so sour even adding sugar I still couldn't drink it, the other coffee was a little sour but was not hot at all. I trashed the coffee! What a waste of money. 10 dollars down the drain.

Great find. Amazing coffee and food. The service was stellar too. Asked for recommendations and the ladies working were more than happy to provide a few different solutions to my hunger issue. Highly recommend this local quaint and historic little shoppe.

For those unable to tell from the photos (as I was) if there is sufficient seating to spend time here waiting for a train without unduly imposing on the venue, there was. Four sofa chairs, one large table and a few smaller tables. Beverages and snacks were tasty, and staff friendly.

I usually go to the location downtown I wasn’t aware there was a location on Spotslvania side of town. It’s so cute, and clean and the vibe is so chill. I highly recommend for a cute coffee date. Also, Savannah was super helpful, and she was working so hard.

First timer. Tried their cortado. It was good but the presentation could be better. Was also expecting a little more forth. This one was pretty flat. Could be personal preference.Place has a great atmosphere.

Really liked the space! It’s nice and open compared to other coffee shops downtown, so you actually have room to sit. I love that they have a little side window because I walk my dog a lot and can’t ever go in anywhere to order a coffee. I got a lavender latte and it was made well. I do wish they had more specialty drink options like some other shops. And I paid over 7 dollars for just a medium lavender latte because it’s an 80 cent charge for almond milk which I think is a little steep. I really like the space though and I’ll definitely visit when walking my dog

Most occasions great! I can't complain about the staff, they're very friendly. You do need to know about the service provided and I don't do it to be mean; I like the place, and the drinks are delicious! I wanted to stop at your shop on my way to work but instead I decided to call to save myself some time, I told the girl that answered the phone that it would take me 10 minutes to get to the shop. I arrived to the downtown location and it was empty, nobody before me; well, even though I gave them 10 minutes to prepare my drinks, they were not ready; then, another customer walks and even though I was already there to pick up the drinks I already ordered 10 minutes ago, the client behind me was attended and dispatched. I tried not to get too upset since the lady needed to catch the train (wake up a little earlier lady). Still with a smile and a "have a nice day!" I left to find out that my coffee was not even warm. I guess I could always go back to let the person behind the counter know, but I shouldn't have to go through all of this in the first place.

I have yet to visit this coffee shop in person, and I’m devastated that I haven’t because everyone says they have such friendly people there and that the atmosphere is super cool, but since the pandemic I’ve ordered their drinks and food online and it has ALWAYS been some of the best I’ve ever had. And I’m from Seattle so coffee is sort of a big deal to me. Some of my best memories are inside my favorite local coffee shops. I don’t know how I hadn’t visited this shop before, but once the world is a little less crazy I’ll make it a priority to finally go there in person. Moral of the story — I 100% would recommend!

Ordered a hazelnut latte and a raspberry latte. Service was quick and polite, but sadly the coffee tasted absolutely horrible and we ended up pouring it out as soon as we got to the car. Do not recommend.

I'm giving this quaint little coffee shop 5 stars for the atmosphere...People actually speak when they come in and all the little knick-knacks...so charming. The coffee's ok too. They have a great variety of flavors and brews, but I'm a "Bucky" as my friends call me so, take that for what it's worth. All in all, if you need a meeting spot or just a quite corner to think or simply looking for human interaction; this place works. You get a coffee pick me up with the added bonus of supporting an awesome local small business. Go grab a cup!

Quite simply, the absolute best coffee in Fredricksburg. There is no question. The staff are quite simply amazing, super friendly, remember your order. It definitely feels more like home then a store. There food options are amazing, and again, the coffee, stunning. We go at least twice a day. Don't know what I'd do if I was relegated to Hyperion, probably have a heart attack.

Excellent coffee. Have not tried their baked goods but they sound wonderful! Drip coffee is great and the espresso is perfectly crafted with no burnt aftertaste like other major coffee chains. The people behind the counter have also been very friendly! The worst (read: best) part is that it is located right on the walk from the commuter lot to the VRE; it's a very tempting each morning on my commute!

First experince with 25-30 Espresso was bad and it is unforunate because I really wanted to like this place. I seldmon place uber eats order or rather any online orders and the one day I choose to place an order which was a 1 Traditional Macchiato, 1 Chef's Choice and 1 Breakfast sanchwich. I recieve the coffee, the chef's choice which was a cinnamon roll and no breakfast sanchwich. So I call the cafe first and tell them and the young lady who answered the call said she placed the sandwhich in the bag. So..... did the Uber driver eat or take the sandwhich? She told me to place the order again, but she did not know how they would give it to me for free. Awful, I'm sure the sanchwhich was good becasue the coffe and roll were very tasty. I'm not sure what happened here but this was a very bad experience and I wish something else could of been done. I did request a refund from uber but if I order a second sandwhich with taxes tip and extra fee's it's like I would be paying almost 30 bucks for a 6 dollar breakfast sandwhich. What a mess!!!! I suggesst that you inculde the customer's copy of the order inside of the bag before sending it out.

Visiting Fredericksburg, I needed to find stellar coffee. I'm so glad this place exists, because it has set the bar higher for a boutique coffee shop.I haven't met the owner, but I'd love to shake his or her hand. The coffee and espresso here is great and they use the right equipment. Staff, atmosphere and location are also great. I had a cortado and pour over and both were delicious, and I noticed they are attentive to keeping things moving and fresh. My sister had a frozen coffee and was very happy with that too. Stopped in for coffee, stayed for conversation, and by the time I left I got more coffee.I haven't tried the baked goods or doven into the niches of the drinks yet .

Ever had a Silverton pour? Didn't think so, and you should! This place is the best coffee place I've ever been to. Excellent, buttery baked goods. Really awesome sandwiches. Great environment, great staff, and some great local personalities that frequent it. Everyone passing through makes sure to go to Hyperion, and while I'm not knocking Hyperion, 2530 Espresso beats it by a mile. I lived in Fredericksburg for three years, and only wrote a review after we moved back to Fairfax, because I didn't want more people coming in and taking my spot!
