I am giving the Franklin Walmart a 5 star rating for it's cleanliness on March 18, 2024. The floors were shiny and shelves were stacked nicely and orderly. Two people welcomed us into the store and another employee asked if I needed assistance. We also got out of the store quickly with only one other person in line ahead of us at the register. Good job today. I

I am so tired of this store! (Franklin, VA) So many items are not priced correctly and when you ring it up, items are mostly more than the shelf label. They refuse to honor these prices!! Associates are rude and do the least amount possible so they can push you out the door! What happen to integrity and honor as a business? And trying to get help on line is next to impossible. The 1 -800 number is only for online orders. The on line chat is for on line orders. They transfered me to the main office to speak to an associate, and they hung up on me! I guess only on line orders are important to them anymore. Let me tell you something ----- you are not Amazon and never will be! You start writing off your in person customers and your store is going to tank. And I for one, am going to laugh.

A tire order was placed via the Walmart site last week. After I arrived today, Monday April 22, 2024, I made the mistake with the wrong date for a scheduled appointment.Employees acknowledged my tires were there, however I received rebuttal and even accusations for not even paying for the tires.After pulling up my Bank transactions and showing one employee, he agreed and confirmed to Geraldine that I did pay for the tires. Needless to say, I had to get online with customer service and after asking several times to let me have my tires, I'll get someone else to install the tires. I arrived before 2pm and finally left the store at 3pm with my tires inside the rear hatch, not installed.Worst Customer Service!

Just came out of this Walmart.Was in the electronics section. I was here to buy ink for my printer, that's all. An associate was helping a gentleman with something out of the case. I patiently waited for him to finish so I could pay for my ink there and leave to avoid standing in line up front for 10 minutes with only 1 item... Once they finished, the associate went back to the central area of the electronics depth and started a conversation with another associate. I said "excuse me, can I pay for this here please?" The guy replied (rudely enough for my kid to comment on how uncalled for the tone was) "Yea you can take that to the front, no associate right here."...but aren't you the electronics associate?Do better.

first off store is very unorganized and second managers/coaches worry about the wrong issue in the store worry about getting stuff right in the store and make sure everyone working other than stressing someone out about a hoodie being tucked in which has nothing to do with someone work ethic!!

The aisles are too tight and the stock is over 8 ft tall. You can't reach what's on the upper shelf but usually what you need and their brand of great value stuff is all the way at the bottom of the shelf or the very top where you can't find it

I understand theft is a problem and I believe in holding thieves accountable for their wrong doings. However, I also believe in holding false accusers accountable for their wrong doings. KEEP YOUR CAMERAS READY TO RECORD. These two guys will stop you, accuse you of theft in front of everyone, and when you prove all items are paid for, will act like they did no wrong. CONTINUE TO EXPOSE THEM FOR THEIR WRONG DOINGS. STAND UP FOR PRINCIPLE. STAND UP FOR TRUTH. Hold them accountable.

December 23, very small Christmas selection. In fact it was piss poor. Sometimes life punches you in the face and just when you think Walmart is foing to save you they went all corporate and main stream.They did have plenty of Valentines Day stuff.Bummer drag man.

Visited this Walmart (Armory Drive, Franklin, Va) in the morning on Black Friday. ALL..... I repeat ALL of the employees we came in contact with were friendly, helpful and courteous!!! It's nice to experience great and genuine customer service!

It is an older Walmart. What can I say. I avoid it when possible. They have very few manned check outs and unless I am paid or given a discount I refuse to do self check out.

Having been in many, many Walmarts all over the USA, this one has the locking gates,and Walmart personal that ask for your receipt right after watching you check out (with a cashier).Totally ridiculous.

I thought all walmarts were the same size and sold the same things. As soon as we walked in, it was way smaller than expected. But they seem to have everything that I need when I go.

Very upset as I've been getting my oil changed here for a while now. Well this past time they broke a part on my car and refused to acknowledge that they broke it. I then took it directly to my dealership service center where they said the part was in fact broken and needed to be replaced. So I ordered my part and had to wait for them to recieve the part in order to get it replaced. I go back today to get reimbursed for them breaking my car and they refuse to reimburse me because I didn't file an incident report. How can I file a report when they never offered one because they refused to admit they broke it.

Whoever works in the meat department marked down GREEN tuna that expired 9/07 on 9/12 and salmon that expired 9/10 on 9/12. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I have accidentally bought expired items from this store more times than I can count & the produce is always rotten. Someone call the health department on these people because they are going to kill someone!

Do not place orders from this bakery. They're a steamy hot mess.Placed an order 5 days in advance. Received a call the day before item was needed by Sharita that they didn't have the item to fulfill the order and to just transfer it to another store. Long story short, that isn't a thing. The other store had the item needed, but could not fulfill or order in less than the 24 hours we needed it by.My wife called Sharita back, who wanted to play games on the phone of "who this?", when my wife asked for her and she was the one that answered the phone, lol.When my wife informed her that the Suffolk store on Main street had the items she needed but that they couldn't fulfill our order til Monday, and said the items can be picked up and brought to the Franklin store, Sharita said they would not do that. Yeah, I should do that because Walmart doesn't give the bakery the means to order items they need, right? lol.So, long story short, this store is lazy as all get out and had 5 days to be sure they had the items needed to fulfill an order, but did not. They sat on their hands and waited till 1 day before, then told us to "transfer" our order to another location, which they know darn well you can't do. Don't ask to speak to a manager, Sharita will hang up on you, and when you call the store directly and ask for one, they'll let a phone ring in your ear for 15 minutes, then yell at you for complaining about it.Rude. Lazy. Dirty. Poorly run store.

Convenient location, not enough employees in departments. Big holes in parking lot that they won't repair, called several times concerning the matter over the yearsss, still there. Tracker tailor parking near curve of directions for pickup order where a big hole also causing traffic not flow in the directors. Also, the items advertised on the website isn't what they have at this location, you wouldn't know until you come to pick up your order than they substituted it. Update, parking lot has been repaved & repaired. Still issues with safety hazard in availability to see around tractor trailers & flow of traffic. I wish they could pave the empty lot for tractor trailer temporary parking. Another concern is no shelves pricing.

I place grocery and other items on line for curbside pickup. The pick up process is seamless and very efficient. I usually tip the person bringing my groceries to the car when it's raining outside. It seems like a thankless job but most of the folks putting groceries in the trunk always wear a smile.

While the staff were very helpful and kind, the bathroom needs some improvement!! From one of the stalls lock not properly lining up, and the entrance is extremely hard to enter if you are using the store scooter. There is no accessibility, and someone got stuck trying to enter the restroom, and then got stuck again trying to leave the inaccessible hallway, so they could go to the bathroom.

Does anyone actually LIKE going to Walmart? I think not. But you could do worse, this one is clean and with self checkout it is easy to get in and out. The parking lot is a NIGHTMARE though.

Only 2 cashiers were working. Self check out was available. Due to having 150.00 dollars worth of groceries self ck out was not an option. I am 67 years old. I can not physically use self ck out!!! The lane # 6 had 2 customers in front of me. I was at the corner to get out of the isle. She told me she was closed. I told her I was waiting 5 minutes. So now she says we'll I'm closed. I told her this was not right. No one said they we sorry or short handed. I ask to speak with a store manager. They said " He was not there. No one available to speak to. I am very upset about the way I was treated. The customer is not important anymore, especially the senior citizens. ☹️

Walmart in Franklin VA. The store is extremely warm and this does not provide a comfortable shopping experience for the customers. The cashiers have fans at their workstations, which would not be needed if the company invested in a cooling system. This store rarely has enough cashiers, and the majority of the customers refuse to use self checkout (and should always have this option without having to wait over 15 minutes to be assisted by a cashier).

How is it that Walmart one of the largest companies out there can’t set up Apple Pay machines or Apple wallet, machines and checkout lines other than self checkout. In Franklin, Virginia. Some people just don’t carry credit cards like some people don’t carry cash anymore get with the times Walmart.
