The gentleman with the white hair and long white beard running the cash register up front in the Franklin VA store has to be the rudest person I have ever delt with in a customer service role. Went in about a refund and stopped to ask him and he proceeded to wave me off telling me he was a cashier and told me to go find someone else because he wasn't dealing with me and refused to call anyone to customer service desk for me. I then went and spent 30 minutes walking around looking before I was able to find another employee by the name of Shirley when I told her about the gentleman up front all she could do was laugh in my face. This was not the first rude interaction I had with the gentleman up front either. I went in a few days prior to purchase turkeys and he was extremely rude to me as well as other customers in line then as well. I'm extremely disappointed in how bad this store is as a whole in customer service. My normal store is in Suffolk and we have never had any problems with the employees there.

*RANT*People are so disappointing, I was just buying chicken feed in the store I already hate. I had 600 pounds on my cart and this kid that works there says "WOW, that's alot of feed, do you need help?". I said sure, I'll let you load it in my car, that would be great, Thanks!!!Guess who NEVER came out.... oh and trust me, I started loading as soon as I got to my car..... SMH.

They would rather send you to the Loves truck stop then fill your propane tanks. Seriously? I came in 30 min before closing and was told they didn't have time to fill one tank. Oh i'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I've been shopping at this store for about a year now. So far, I've had nothing but good experiences. If you don't see what you're looking for on the shelf or on a pallet, the staff will gladly check the overstock in the back for it. They also make returns quick and headache free. All dogs are more than welcomed, no matter the breed. If you're ever in this store, be sure to ask for Ms. Shirley. She always seems to make a wonderful shopping experience even better.

Ran in and out to get chicken feed and had 2 ppl asking if I need help. How often does most retailers insist their employees be friendly and helpful. Last week a guy asked if I need help unloading it in car! Yes sir!!! Great friendly place

Fantastic customer service! Tge sales associate helped me find the right bird seed I needed to attract certain birds as well as food for squirrels(who've been eating what seed I was putting out). Very helpful and professional!!

On 12/10/2018 I bought a gun safe online from tractor supply. They later send me an email confirmation and additional information that the safe would be delivered to my home on 12/22/18 between 10 am and 2 pm so I waited here all day and the safe was not delivered. I called tractor supply customer solutions, they told me that the company that will be delivering the safe was closed until the 12/26. The customer service rep was kind enough to call me about 10:15 am on 12/26 to inform me that the safe would be delivered. I called my wife she waited all day and the safe as not delivered again. Tractor supply refused to issue my refund after I ask them to cancel to order. They say not until they have their safe back, I explained to Justin the customer service rep. that I did not get a safe from them so I would like to have my money return to my account. He proceeds to explain that the safe was over $600.00 and that they will not refund my money until they get their safe. Tractor supply is penalizing me for their own negligence how shameful. This is a very disappointing experience and I encourage you not to buy big ticket items online from tractor supply.

I purchased a Jack with a plastic wheel. The wheel broke. Everything else was still fine. They do not sell replacement wheels the same size? They want you to purchase a whole new jack! This makes no sense to me? Even the wheels they had with hardware attached were to WIDE.

Thank you for coming to Franklin. Other place here been overcharging us for propane big-time. "We can't sell it any cheaper". All of a sudden they lower their price by a third. They can keep it. Best selection of dog food around too.

I love this store.. You would be surprised at all the things they have inside . This summer has been the worst for flies and mosquitoes at my house .. A friend told me about a spray that he uses for his kennels to keep the pests away.. Its called Bronco and it works.. I buy it by the gallon for a around 23 dollars. I spray it all around my "outside" living area. Flies hate it 😡.. Oh yeah let's not forget the dog food. If you have a big dog that eats and eats ... they have big bags of dog food too.. reasonably priced. And a good array of pet supplies. Check them out..
