I love it every time I go shopping in Rose's in Franklin because I know I'm going to get good deals, The employees are friendly and very helpful to me in the Franklin location. I would like to say keep up the good work, and can't wait to come back and do some more shopping.

Although prices are pretty good, the store could use a little better lighting. Just looks really dark and desolate in there. Employees don't acknowledge you when you walk in. I work retail, so I know when you see a customer you say hello. I had to say hello to every employee first before they would acknowledge me. And it must have been a truck day because there were employees walking around everywhere stocking. But not a single one would speak. Great store, could use some sprucing up in appearance and employee attitude/demeanor.

It's not a bad store. But the online hours is a lie they close at 8:00 on line it says nine. We drove 15 miles one way because we thought they were open until 9:00 and didn't find out until we got there at 8:05 that they closed at 8:00 with a handwritten note on the door.

Your store sucks, I got asked for ID on a $1.25 purchase to buy my daughter an after school snack and had left it in my van as I am disabled and don't always carry all my ID and credit cards on me especially when it was a quick in and out scenario and should have taken me longer to get out of my van to take my daughter into your store than to purchase the item. I was quoted that it is store policy to ask for ID even on a small purchase of that amount. I understand having policies and procedures in place to protect yourself and your customers but there is also something that is called common sense and it appears your employees lack that or this manager did as he gave me attitude so I left and took this and will take future business elsewhere as we have been shopping at this store at least once a week since it opened and will no longer be giving it our business due to the lack of respect and common sense shown by one of your managers.

It's Roses lol ~~ household items are reasonable..I like to change my window coverings with the seasons ..they have a wide variety of styles .. And they have furniture ..if you decorating on a budget it's a place to try

Store could use some recognizing. But have pretty good deals on some hard to find items. Customer service is pretty good. Prices not bad either.

The store is a little outdated especially clothing wise , although they have great gift sets During Christmas time . I would recommend updating the store and re opening the garden center.

Signs on clothing racks and items on clothing rack do not match it will say $5 you get to the register and it's more than that O'Reilly's sperience at roses in Franklin Virginia is a nice experience

Decent Rose's however the back half of the store could use to be straightened up. Empty pallets and boxes on the floor causing trip hazards.
