So everything in the end was good. The reason for one star review for this establishment is the supervisor or the general manager not being hands-on helping and yelling / verbally Harassing insulting at employees. General disconnect in getting food completed or made. Along with the wait being 45 minutes for our food and the supervisor halfway through making the announcement where we had half our order redone because the burritos weren't marked out of stock at the kiosks. Everyone besides the general manager or the supervisor were quite friendly in the end and tried to get everything they could do. Food in the end was still good, and the place was clean and well put.

This place is an absolute joke. 35+ minutes and still didn’t receive my food.I ordered curbside at 1:55 pm, and 2pm was told via the app that it was coming out momentarily. After 10 minutes my fiancé went inside and asked about it, the order wasn’t even started. They had a store full of people waiting 30+ minutes, people standing around in the back on their phones. Was told we were just waiting on nuggets, and they never came. People who showed up after everyone else got their food but nobody in the lobby did. My fiance ended up just telling them this is absolutely disgusting and walking out without the food. I placed a request for a full refund, but we will see.

Where is the 0 star button??? This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. You have to wait over 20 minutes for your food every single time and then they still somehow manage to get it wrong. I ordered curbside and sat for 15 minutes before going in and asking for my food and it still wasn’t ready. They really need to get new management and have training. Also health department needs to visit, very unsanitary and not clean. Gloves, hair out…etc

When I say I HATE EVERY MCDONALD'S, I REALLY MEAN I HATE THEM! On occasions, I may eat here, but I only go to McDonald's for my grandson to get a happy meal.At almost EVERY McDonald's, the customer service is horrible, very few people are in the entire uniform, the wait time is RIDICULOUSLY LONG, and the food is hardly ever hot or fresh. I always have to ask for it to be FRESHLY cooked to ensure it's fresh and hot.I don't know what has happened over the years, but I REALLY WISH they would make it a great place again. Now I see why Chick-fil-A is #1 in fast food.

Google says open at 5am door said 5:30am. I placed a mobile order for pickup and arrived at 6:10. Doors are locked and had no response at the drive thru. Called to see if their hours were wrong, told that staff ran late and that they’d start my order. By 6:30 there was still no response at the drive thru window, it’s pouring rain and water kept pouring into my window off the awning. Drove off and requested a refund. Absolutely ridiculous

My family had ordered their food and nothing came as expected. The fries were soggy, they forgot an entire meal, the McFlurry was not blended, they gave us two of the wrong drinks.McDonald’s is the equivalent to Temu. You’re excited when you get but then you open the bag and you get nothing like what you ordered. Do better.

They always get my order wrong, make me pull up to wait on a hamburger while every car behind me gets thier food at the window.Its not that hard to not put cheese on a burger, had to wait 20 mins. for no cheese.Please learn to read the tickets!!

I ordered at the kiosk. I looked at the board that says in progress and now serving. My order number appeared on the in progress for about one second and then moved over to the Now serving. It took a further six minutes before my order was actually up. Then they forgot the coffee. I finally got someone’s attention and asked him for coffee and they didn’t have any lids for the cups.

Went inside briefly to use the bathroom on the way back from a trip. It was filthy. Went back to the car and got in the drive-through line. We waited several minutes for the person to say anything and finally she speaks but said "ya'll gotta hold on". Finally after a couple more minutes, she says, "Yeah, what do you want". So rude! We ordered our food and pulled to the window to pay. The lady there said the total, took our card, and started talking to someone else. We finally got our card back with no greeting or anything. We finally get to the window and get our food. We had ordered with our food a small and a medium coke. They handed us a kiss meal come and what is normally a small. We told the guy, and he said "no, sorry. Those are the right sizes." I go to McDonalds on a pretty regular basis and know that the drinks were the wrong size but because we had already spent so much time waiting, we just took them. We pulled away from the window and started to get back on the road. I had ordered a sausage biscuit, and my husband had ordered two breakfast burritos. My biscuit was so dry that I wound up taking a couple of bites and just ate the sausage patty out of it. Luckily, my husband's burritos were ok but they were cold. I'm so glad that that particular McDonald's is not close to me and was just a restaurant on the trip. Nasty, terrible service and awful food. I feel sorry for the residents that live close by and have to go to that McDonald's.

Most unprofessional and unorganized McDonald's I've been to. No welcome greetings, bunch of ya, ok, uh-huh, no please or thank you.You go inside and three people look at you standing at the registers to order and they all just look away like, "not my job".Just totally worst customer service.

The workers were incompetent. We were originally going to order inside, but the lines were too long, so we opted for the drive-thru, which was a 20 minute wait, to be exact. To make things worse, the cashier was on her cellphone at the counter, leaving an item (black coffee) off of our order. When we got to to the pick up window, we tried to inform them that they left out a black coffee and tried to request it and they refused. Would not recommend to anyone.

Every time I give this place a chance I'm disappointed. Today I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel thru door dash and got a sausage biscuit instead. Terrible serviceWas served a raw burger. Completely under cooked7/22- The General Manager called to Apologize and said that the problem was taken care of.

I ordered inside and got exactly what I ordered; however, once I got my drink I saw there were no straws in the dispenser and there were three of us awaiting straws. A very helpful dark-haired fellow said he would get straws - he was obviously very busy as it was around lunch time and the place was packed and the drive-thru was backed up.I spotted a stack of straws just behind the open counter and asked the fellow if I could grab those and put them in the dispenser. He said “sure”. I stepped about 2’ around the corner of the counter, picked up the straws, offered them to the two other people waiting, kept one for myself and placed the rest in the dining room dispenser.Then a reddish-blonde haired fellow in the dining room (wearing a McDonalds t-shirt, standing in the lobby & obviously NOT working) said very rudely “we were saving those straws for something special.” Really? Saving straws for something special?! That’s laughable. I said “I asked that crew member (right there) if I could get them and he said yes.”This is not the first time (and sadly it probably won’t be the last) that smart-mouthed disrespectful crew members have been rude. You’d be fired from other establishments in a heartbeat. If you can’t be reasonably decent to customers, go find a job at which you don’t deal with the public.Just what special occasion were you “holding” straws for? Customers requesting straws?!

Has the filthiest bathroom in the state of Virginia. I’m sure there’s airborne STDs in there. Managers should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve seen cleaner porta potties. Thought I was at a truck stop forgot I went into a McDonald’s. Smh The need a health inspector visit asap.

my burger was cold and the bun was hard. we got the double cheeseburger combo ..the fries were soft and greasy. there was a long line.. so the food shouldve been hot not cold. my cousin ordered the same thing ..hers was just like mine... awful. needless to say we threw them out once we got up the road. very disappointed . the parking lot needs to be cleaned up .. there was trash everywhere .

Ordered 2 meals, double hamburger, and a caramel frappe. Couldn't get the frappe, because the machine was (broke), had to get a caramel macchiato instead. When we got the food, we got someone's else's instead of ours.....even had a different order # ticket on it. And to add to the wonderful experience, the fries were cold and dried up.
