I wanted to purchase an item that was on sale, and the price rang up incorrectly. I had to wait for someone to check the price. I had a clearance item that required a manager, and the clerk called. No one came. I would have given Lowes 1 star, but the clerk at self checkout was nice. It is a shame that management service does not seem to be a priority every day.

I don't come here often. The last time I did however,I was looking for something in specific. In the aisles with nails/hooks,for hanging home decor. The employee (whom I've seen before) walked up to a Caucasian male,asking him if he needed assistance. I was ignored. So much so that the employee started having a conversation with other Caucasian males. I had to insert myself in the conversation & ask for help. There was a pause,stare & silence,before he lead me in the right direction.

Third time I ordered mulch online for curbside pickup. Each time there was a different process and I've been waiting in the mulch corale for over 8 minutes and no one here to load the mulch. I'll just do it my self and help myself to as much as I want. If I had a truck I would be getting 8 bags versus the 4 I purchased. Lol glad I'm honest. They always have employees walking around with their thumbs stuck where the sun doesn't shine and I can't get my mulch loaded.

Went here at about 8:30 am. Parking was plentiful. I was able to find everything I needed for the job I was doing. Quick and easy checkout with a friendly cashier.

Dennis and Jamar went above and beyond the call for any associates I have dealt with at Lowe's, including all locations I have been to. They not only helped find the product I was looking for but also explained the products to me and how to use them effectively. Whether that was with the saw blades with Dennis even going as far as to do his own research on changing out blades and replacing them and showing me how to myself. Or with Jamar locating the boards that I was looking for and finding them in a completely different location. He shuffled and moved other boards until he found the boards that I was looking for. They didn't have to do it. They could have simply said "I don't know what it is or where it is" and continued with their day. But they didn't. These two gentlemen helped me on two different days. I had to go back and ask to take a picture of them because I wanted to show the area that if they are ever in need that these two men will go above and beyond to assist. Thanks Lowe's in Franklin, your team is an amazing one indeed!

Came to get some 3/8 drywall to finish a project.went to the dry wall isle.and where the 3/8 drywall goes is nothing but 1/2" drywall.the 3/8 drywall I found was mixed in with other sizes and had other sizes piled on top of it making it un able to get.and along with it being unable to get.every sheet was badly damaged on both ends.8 will not be Going back to lowes for my home repair needs.

It seems that non of the employees want to help, I saw 4 female employees in hardware just gossiping and wasting time and not helping the customers.Then I need it some help on isle 47, what am looking for there was 1 gaf box on the shelve and damage, then I look up 2 pallets of the product I nèd it.I thought that lowes would have the lumber department ready foe for customers. Or my expectations are more then the management at the Suffolk lowes.!!

The customer service is hit or miss. There are times when the employees go out of there way and you feel like a valued customer and there are times when it’s horrible to the point I want to declare never going into a Lowes

I would like to thank the young man in plumbing for taking his time in helping me find things, and taking the time to know his store products., I know that I couldn't drive 60plus miles so being a gravity drain went with a different rout .taking an innertube cutting it and hose clamping it to make it usable for the mean time. Lowes is lowes. If you have been to one you have been to them all the only difference is the staff and this lowes has some pretty amazing people working there. I would give five stars, but I don't purchase lumber or plumbing stuff to know if they have a great selection.

With this nice weather we have been having I have been able to work in my yard. I ran into Lowes to pick up what I needed. I had quick access, speedy check out and friendly associates as usual. Spotted some deals I am going to return and look closely at later this week.

If there was an option for negative stars I would have chosen it. Hands down the worst construction retailer in the U.S. employees are sparse and generally un helpful. Noone is available to help load and that's assuming that the employees can locate their inventory. I choose to use Lowes as a veteran for the discount, but its not worth my time anymore. Franklin Lowes is where customer service goes to die.

I approached 2 people to ask for help. First one was too busy to be bothered and never sent anyone over to help. The only person who helped was a cashier and they couldn’t leave their station. The second was helpful, however they couldn’t get the item down from the tops shelf. It was the original person I asked for help that needed to get the item. I waited for an HOUR for him to get the item. Despite there being multiple people there that could operate the equipment.Everything is going to be in stock. However, good luck getting the items that you need if they are on a top shelf.

I didn't get the names of the two people who assisted me but they were very friendly and helpful. I purchased two pieces of wood; one 4x4x6 and one 4x4x8 treated, at store 2698, Terminal 02, on 1/30/2021@ 15:17:53. The highlight of my visit was when the lady who checked me out at her register said: "Thank you for your service!" If you only knew how appreciated she made me feel!!

The employee were very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was they were out of stock on some of the items I needed. The customer service more than make up for the inconvenience of out of stock items. Kudos to the crew.

Aside from following what appears to be a retail trend of moving merchandise around so you have to stay in the store longer to locate something you used to know the location of... Hoping, I suppose, customers will impulse-buy more... The store had everything I needed to make repairs to the water line from my well to the house. Employees were very helpful in my search for things like barbed fittings and hose clamps. The store is well stocked.

Self checkout is ok for a few items, but is not when you have several oversized or awkward items. It's really frustrating to see 2 employees manning a self checkout instead of one checking people out and another assisting in self checkout.

Planed for a week for the delivery of my refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher to be delivered today from 8am to 8pm. I call to ask for an ETA at 5pm after waiting all day for them to tell me that they changed my deliver to Tuesday. At no point did they ever notify me about the change of delivery date or asked if I was even available for the items to be delivered on Tuesday. Great customer service. Glad I waisted all day for nothing, and now need to lose a day of work to wait for the delivery from 8am to 8pm since they can't provide me with a better ETA.

Chain store. Miss the old mom and pop hardware.military and first responder discount across the board still. Home Depot can't say that. In the past year they have screwed up two of my orders one as a month past due (took 10% off comp) now another order is past due. The supplier said 11 Jul est ship date nut here it is 1 Aug and not a soul answers the phone there! Wish I could review less than one star.

I have always like the convenience of the location of the store. One issue is ,I was planning on buying a utv side by side the Coleman 750 but they had the 500 at the store for 7999 dollars. When I went back the price had gone up to 8999 dollars. The 750 only came in blue when they did come in several colors. I understand things going up with inflation, but going up a thousand dollars is not just inflation. If I'm going to pay that kind of price then I'm better off to buy a Honda for a little more. Then I have someone local to do repairs if needed instead of sending it off. A few dollars is one thing but jumping a thousand is crazy.
