Overall was good. Spent a 36hr here and just found some of the staff were either over worked or just didn't want to be here. Bojangles and the fuel desk were the offenders the cash with the cigarettes were great. But people need to realize this is a high traffic store so if you want it clean then leave it clean. It didn't magically get dirty. Would stop here again hands down.

22JUN23 ~ This Loves is as good as any service station where I have stopped. Very clean, outside & inside; Well organized pump station area; Open with plenty of room at the pump stations; All the service station amenities, clean window cleaning fluid, new short & long window cleaning squeegees; Paper towels; Lots of food & nonfood options inside; I love their sausage dogs; The cashier was genuinely nice/friendly; well spoken/articulate, and professional. Thank you!

Clean well managed the employees were nice treated me great. Showers were clean. I liked this place alot. For a truck stop it's a nice place to go. Clean environment & very nice employees lots of trinkets a Bojangles to sit down & eat. I would go again liked everything about this place. I do miss the old one's where ya sat down & they cooked you hot plates of food. I took showers here the staff was very nice to me & it was clean. But I hate that they tell you to hurry only got like less then 15 minutes to bath. I'm a woman I got makeup & fussing to do & I Hate being rushed to feel better & look well. Other then that I liked this place a normal clean truck stop environment.

The Loves was great and they were clean, HOWEVER the Bojangles in the Loves had horrible service and the staff just took their sweet time getting food out, ZERO time management. Not polite at all and the employees kept asking us what we got even though the ticket was in front of their face. Even when we got our food we were missing items, we didn't go back because our 30 minute DOT break was almost up by the time we got the food.... won't be back here.

We just love Love's... It's always nice to see the great big heart and pull in for a treat. Three people there were wonderful... We had a great visit and collected some nice keepsake memory tokens for the kids. We most definitely will be coming back when we go back to Virginia and we certainly will recommend it to everyone... I love you, you all are wonderfully amazing...!!! Have a day as great you are... See you soon... WHODAT!!!

I waited at the fuel desk for 15 minutes for someone to check me out. There was an issue on their end and the manager popped out of the corner to assist which he means he was there the entire time, watching me wait for 15 minutes but was too lazy to get up and do anything. The night manager is awful here. Loves why do you continue to employ these people? The store is dirty, the aisles unorganized and the night manager is useless. I don’t encounter these issues at Pilots. Makes me want to stop coming here. DO BETTER

Ami or Amy, lazy and incompetent! Threw away my bag of food under the guise of (we like to clean). If you look inside of it, which she did, she'd known it was most likely either hidden or forgotten. In this case I didn't want to take it with me to the bathroom so I hid it. Low and behold, the only shelf that was cleared happend to be where my bag was. It's okay, the get back is simple. Now they will know who pressed the red button in the bathroom. Just be happy I didn't throw away $9 worth of merchandise instead like she threw away my food.Idiot!By the time you all find out, I'll be gone. An eye for an eye.

Went to dog park, nice area except no bags for clean up, trash full, Nike shorts and flip flops left behind. Who cleans this place? If visiting, take your own trash bags.

Pretty much the last reliable truck parking you're going to find if you're headed to the coast. Restaurant has a lot of places to sit, otherwise pretty typical Love's. Could use more beverage options is my only nitpick.

I was riding with a friend in his 18 wheeler truck and we stopped here so we can take a shower. I was really impressed how clean the showers bathroom were. It was my 2st time taking a shower at a truck stop 😁 They even had fresh clean towels for you. I had my own but I was glad to see them there just in case I did not have my own. The restaurant that was on site was Bojangles. The food was not very good. The truck stop also offered a variety of hot coffees and other hot food items.I saw 2 Massage chairs in the waiting room lounge with cable Tv

I've been up North for probably 3 weeks now all they have up there is Chester's Chicken don't get me wrong it's good stuff but it's not like that Bojangles this is probably one of the better Bojangles I've ever eaten at and the sweet tea was on point it's good to come back down south and get a little taste of home I would have gave this place five stars but the parking is pretty limited but if you can get up here and get a spot I definitely recommend this Loves

Took shower in shower 1 today not please dirty not been cleaned in a while floors dirty other last guests left there stuff there in shower so pretty sure not cleaned properly with all going around Covid ect not good I do not recommend this location

Called ahead specifically said full synthetic reminded them when I pulled in they put rotella synthetic blend in didn't tighten one of my oil filters and over tightend the other 2 never changed davco fuel filter sat for A-day broke down for another loves to spend more money lost load and another day's work this was the 2nd and last time here. 1st time they put wrong centromatics on my steers on brand new truck and it wouldn't move they said it was the brakes. No it was notUpdate: 2/7/23 Went back yeah stupid me took my own oil. Called ahead they had 1 in for service so I drove over not realizing it takes over 5 hours to service a straight truck. After sitting in front of lube bay that long I left. Will never go back here again. What a wasted day.

Service is slow! They will get to you but they will take there time! Meaning They will waste your time. As a driver my time is the most precious thing to me. I tried to let them know in person how they performance was a waste of time. And the lack of care wasn't there! So hey! F it! Could have went somewhere else and been out 2 hours ago! This is the second time! Not the first! 3 hours for tape on a door is crazy!

Rude Rude Rude!!And act like they are appalled when you simply ask a question. To change out change for a bill.. super ignorant woman stating umm I just came on. I can't i didn't understand why and said so u can't give a dollar for a dollar of change she rudly said " I said I just came on and so did she. No i cant" she has shaved baldish head but only few long long braids on top of her head to the side.. so ridiculous

Not that reviews do anything but anyways....If you're looking to wind down after a long day with a hot shower, DEFINITELY DON'T EXPECT THAT HERE!!! You'd be better off showering in a 3rd world country or wiping yourself down with baby wipes. No hot water and no water pressure at all. You would get more pressure dumping bottles of water over your head. This is not Love's quality. Do better Love's! I won't be back to this location!!!

This is a pretty neat truck stop. It’s large, clean, and well stocked with plenty of snacks, hot food, drinks, and items for travel, even phone accessories and souvenirs. The restrooms are clean. The cashier that was working was really friendly too. Gas at this location is cheap compared to other gas stations nearby. Good for a quick stop and then some.

Love's Travel Stop is an all-in-one roadside solution. They're a gas station, restaurant (Bojangles), country store and trucking garage located off the South Street exit in Franklin, VA. They really cater to the road warrior.I guess the best thing to call it would be a hybrid. We stopped in here to get some cold drinks while we were on our way to Murfreesboro which is just south of here on 258. The first thing you'll notice is the place is impeccably clean, the pumps, the store, the restaurant, etc. It's well cared for.Upon popping into the store you'll find it's like many convenience stores including a huge coffee bar with a ton of variety. In addition you'll find extra stuff for those road warriors I mentioned. GPS's, CB Radios, police scanners, power inverters, headset communicators for motorcyclists, and so on. It's pretty cool actually because you don't just come across cool gadgets like that anymore at your Best Buy's and Walmart's.Last but not least on the south end of the property they have a trucking garage. At a glance they do light truck mechanical work, tire repairs, washing, oil changes. They also have an RV Dump for grey water and such. Propane tank exchange, etc...This is a cool place. BTW gas was cheap to as we topped off before heading south. Love's is definitely worth a look if you're gonna pull over and gas up.

Had to lay over for 24hrs, found a good parking spot nice big parking area. Seemed like a typical Love's. Why I only gave 3 stars is because of Bojangles. I started to order and the employee's were cussing and yelling at each other. Unreal . To bad Love's can't put an alternative food source but it would be run by employees just like Bojangles so what's the use.

Nice truck stop, always has PS available but those people working at the restaurant are the rudest. They Trash I mean rubbish people. The white lady with the glasses on, she is very rude and the black dude can’t comprehend or I mean i would rather deal with a donkey than dealing with him. These two made the truck stop looks bad unfortunately.

I literally love Love's. That being said, this was a very dissatisfied experience. My shower was filthy. I hope this was a bad night because it was disgusting. First time I have ever been dissapointed in a Love's.

AMY overnight manger 😊 💫 🌟 💫 is amazing! She was kind, friendly and helpful about getting my husband and I a shower this morning. We travel across the country truck driving and this IS the cleanest and best Loves. Im speaking for overnight, but we went to BoJangles yesterday afternoon and it was full of kind people and clean as well. This store is so clean, the showers were clean and AMY deserves a bit of recognition for keeping this store tip-top overnight. Thank you AMY 😃

Reasonably clean bathrooms. Nice, well stocked convenience store. Friendly employees in the convenience store. Great gas prices. Bojangles is dirty, has worn out furniture, and often is out of things like napkins and lids for drinks. Service is slow. Bojangles employees are often being trained indicating high employee turnover. They could have management issues.
